Abstract: The study, designed to find out the gender outcome, gender roles, and labeling of labels in the department's head examination, was conducted using 194 study participants recruited from lecturers at Dire Dawa University in Ethiopia 116 women and 78 were males aged 29.23. The following five labels are used: Department head in general, efficient male Department head, efficient female Department head, inefficient male Department head, and inefficient female Department head) were responded to by the research participants.  Seven different hypotheses were tested using ANOVA. Findings revealed that gender role orientation had a significant effect on the evaluation of the Department head. Furthermore, there were no significant effects of gender, and attachment of labels on the evaluation of Department head and no interaction effects of gender and gender role orientation, gender and attachment of labels and gender, gender role orientation, and attachment of labels on the evaluation of Department head.

Abstract: This research was conducted at 15 government schools in Addis Ababa. The objectives of this research are to identify principal style and its effect on academic achievement. The “Leader Behavior Description Questionnaire” (LBDQ) formed by Halpin (1966) was used. Meanwhile Academic achievement was measured using the “School Certificate Examination Results from 2017-2020. A total of 191 teachers and 15 principals from government school in Addis Ababa were randomly chosen. Pearson correlation was used to analyze the data. To support data obtained from questionnaire given 10 teachers were interviewed. The results showed that most of the school leaders adopt a democratic style of leadership. There was a significant correlation between the structure of task-oriented leadership style and students’ performance in the examinations. Correlation analysis also showed that principals practice task- oriented structure and consideration-oriented structure in relation to their work responsibilities. Furthermore, findings also showed that majority of the principals are more likely to practice consideration-oriented leadership style compared to structure-oriented leadership style.

Abstract: This study was carried out to determine the prevalence of, and reasons for the various forms of addictive use among the students of the University of Dire Dawa. The research system is used, cross-sectional, questionnaire-question. This study has been carried out, including the first-and second-year students at the University of Dire Dawa. The study included 164 students who have completed a structured questionnaire. The Data was analyzed on SPSS version 16. The prevalence of addictive use was 20.7%, with 64.7% of the male students are dominating. It is the most common addiction among students was that the Chewing of Chat (38.2%), followed by cigarette smoking (23.5%), marijuana smoking (17.6%), shisha smoking (8.8%), alcohol (6%), and 5.9% were of other addiction. The most important factor appears to be the pleasure to compete and not being able to love. The vast majority of addictive users of the students (47.1%) were motivated by the friends of the start of an addiction. addictive usage among university students, even though they are well known about their dangers, a cause for concern. Education, training, counseling, and proper training can help prevent the dependency of prospective students, who are expected to serve the community.

Abstract: The fusion of China, I like to move the arrow of the dynamic field on the Taiji chart to the heart of one of the following laws of motion, the creation of yin and yang, the movement of metal, wood, water, fire and the earth to give rise to all evolutionary philosophical thoughts. The Taoist inaction WTO emphasizes the unity and contradiction of opposites. Confucius is indeed another gossip about the centrifugal movement, such as arrows, benevolence, justice, etiquette, wisdom, and belief in the birth of Confucianism. They are born to promise the highest degree of ethical adaptation. Unfortunately, they are usually viewed from a macro and micro perspective. Analysis of the problem. I don’t really understand the picture of the voltmeter of Tai Chi Bagua, and there is no way to find the source below, nor does it explain all the real meanings of Taiji Bagua. It cannot play a huge role in science and technology.

Abstract: This paper demonstrates the potential and advantages of the Ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) as a tool for assisted history matching, based on its sequential processing of measurements, its capability of handling parameter set, and on the fact that it solves the combined state and parameter estimation problem. The EnKF is a Monte Carlo method for data assimilation that uses an ensemble of reservoir models to represent and update the covariance of variables. Formation properties are one of the key factors in numerical modeling of flow and transport in geologic formations in spite of the fact that they may not be completely characterized. The incomplete knowledge or uncertainty in the description of the formation properties leads to uncertainty in simulation results. In this study, the ensemble Kalman filter (EnKF) approach is used for continuously updating model parameter such as fracture length in a fracture well and model variable such as pressure while simultaneously providing an estimate of the uncertainty through assimilating dynamic and static measurements. The proposed algorithm uses an ensemble data assimilation approach to provide stochastic characterization of reservoir attributes by conditioning individual prior ensemble members on dynamic production observations at wells. The prior sample mean and covariance are derived from nonlinear dynamic propagation of an initial ensemble of reservoir properties.

Request to immediately stop radiotherapy and chemotherapy to treat leukemia, cancer, AIDS

Abstract: Never mistake the virus for causing cancer cells to grow wildly. Long-term use of radiotherapy, chemotherapy and water infusion. Because the human body is a complex systematic project, such as more water and less water, high and low water temperature, fast and slow water flow rate, and treatment of entering the patient's body and stomach, we should pay more attention to it. Water can relieve pain, and water can aggravate illness. If you hang water for a long time, it will at least destroy the unity of the system's work and movement in your body, and will not cure the root of your illness. Such long-term treatment will be combined with the painful airflow during the treatment of patients, etc., and will be rolled by the gene centripetal vortex system, like snowballing, which will roll the chemicals and painful airflow bigger and bigger, and polymerize and copy them into a complete new cancer cell with poor quantity [that is, chemotherapy will encourage the generation of anti-treatment cancer cells].

Abstract— In the article are given the modern medical institutions produce and accumulate huge amounts of data. The quality of medical care, the general standard of living of the population, the level of development of the country as a whole depend on how competently and effectively these data are used by medical professionals. The purpose of the article is to study the features of the process of creating an information system, creating a software module, as well as their implementation in a medical and preventive institution. In the course of the work, information is provided on the theory of building medical information systems and on the practical application of this knowledge. In particular, the following issues are considered: ensuring the operation of the information system; organization of staff interaction with the information system and the "Medical examination" module.
