Abstract: A critical requirement for practical combustion systems is to sustain a stable flame over a wide range of operating conditions in terms of equivalence ratios and velocity of reactants. Historically, bluff bodies were considered prime candidates for flame anchoring that is attributed to the generated recirculation downstream the bluff body which acts as a continuous ignition source for the fresh reactants. In present work, a novel hollow bluff body design with a trapped recirculation zone is employed to allow for preheating the fuel-air mixture before entering the combustion chamber. Flammability limits of a LPG/air gaseous mixture were experimentally obtained considering the effects of a modified geometries as well as the variable length of the preheated fuel-air mixture path. These new geometries were found to be performing under very low lean limits and high operating velocities, an equivalence ratio of 0.46 that is corresponding to 119 m/s blowoff velocity was achieved when using a hollow bluff body with 0.5 blockage ratio, while the maximum operating temperature of 1608 K was obtained by similar geometry but with a blockage ratio of 0.25.

Abstract: Steganography is the art of concealing data within data in such a way that it is almost untraceable. Out of the multitude of information carriers, digital images are the most popular ones used in steganography. Various techniques of concealing information exist for various kinds of applications. Every application calls for different requirements and appropriate techniques have to be chosen accordingly. Steganography contributes vastly to the field of security and helps to lessen foul play or breach of information sharing rules. Embedding a small amount of pixel information of an original image into a larger image where each of its pixels contains information related to the original image makes it almost difficult to retrieve the actual information. The reverse process points towards the decompression of the larger image until the original information is found. This type of process uses LSB technique of pixel embedding and is widely used for a variety of applications. It serves the dual purpose of securing vital information by obscuring it in addition to compressing the image information for resourceful use of memory.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of  The relationship between Current and Cash Items on Net Return on Assets in Tehran stock exchange .Previous studies have provided evidences that, higher accrual profitability obligation in comparison with accrual profitability in each period is associated with lower profitability performance in future periods. These findings were interpreted as an increase in operating accruals adversely affect operating profit in future periods, thus decreasing the profitability of coming period. 143 companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange in the period 1382-1388 is reviewed. In this study, we demonstrated that, accrual profitability has no adverse effect on the operating profitability of the next period and lower stability of current accrual profitability to cash profitability in relation with operating profit of the next period lies beneath the stronger correlation between current accrual profitability and cash profitability with net operating assets.

Abstract: This paper discusses a case study, development of kaizen culture in automobile service provider organization of Pakistan to reduce high turnover rate of its employee’s. Kaizen is small continuous improvement technique involving employees of the organization, resulting development of human resource, increasing quality of the service and reduction of waste in processes of the organization Different causes of high turnover rate in the organization were identified through employee’s interviews and survey. Asking why, 5 times technique was used to carry out further deep analysis of each root cause of high turnover rate. The main focus was to introduce changes in a corporate culture of the organization by involving employees of the organization in decision making, to reduce high turnover rate through involvement of all the stake holders. Employee survey regarding different causes of employee’s low morale / high turnover rate was carried out and solution to highly recommended causes was finalized through brain storming and discussion with higher and middle management of the organization. Different weigh tags were given to employees recommended solution. Company viability in (%) to act upon the given solution was solicited from the management. Ease for implementation of recommended solution for the company was calculated through multiplication of the weight age and percentage viability of the company. Option with maximum value to all was incorporated in company and reduction of 26% in overall turnover rate of the employees was observed.

Abstract: The Electricity Supply Industry (ESI) across the globe is seeking ways on how to improve its services to its ever increasing teeming customers and one way it hopes to achieve this is to put forward a load forecasting model that will help it meet the effectively the future load needs of its customers so as to serve them better. In this paper a novel method for Short-term load forecasting (STLF) that combines empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and artificial neural network (ANN) that yields a high forecasting accuracy have been put forward. EMD is used to decompose the historical time series data into several intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) and residue components of various frequencies were obtained by this. This is aimed at making the series stationary. For each of these IMFs an appropriate neural network model is built. The predictions from these IMF-ANN models are combined together to obtain the proposed EMD-ANN model. This model is then used for forecasting purposes. To assess the performance of the proposed model, the study adopted real life load data from Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN), Bida, Nigeria. The MAPE of the proposed EMD-ANN model recorded an improvement of 2.44% increase over traditional BPNN model for the whole year and 2.46% over the BPNN model for week day load.

Abstract: Background: Exercises are extensively studied as a non pharmacological treatment of attention deficit hyperactive disorder to alleviate   inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. Objective: The current study assessed the effects of a single bout exercise on brain waves related executive function (attention control ) and hyper activity in ADHD patients. Design: within subject design. Methods: 25 child were diagnosed as ADHD tested by single channel EEG / EMG biofeedback unit pre and post a single bout of moderate aerobic exercise for 10 minutes, THETA / BETA ratio as indicator of executive function and EMG as indicator of hyper activity were collected and statistical analysis was done to investigate the effect of exercise on EEG and EMG activities. Results: Acute exercise decrease the amplitude of theta band frequency and increase the amplitude of beta band frequency resulting in decrease of theta/beta amplitude ratio  and decrease the EMG activity. Conclusion: These findings suggest that a single bout of aerobic exercise improves attention control and decreases hyperactivity in ADHD. Recommendations: To conduct therapeutic exercise sessions for children with ADHD as part of their treatment plan before school and even during school hours as a method of temporarily increasing students' concentration and reducing hyperactivity.

Abstract: Based on the era of integrated media, this paper pays attention to the changes in the dissemination of the intangible cultural heritage of Heilongjiang Province in the new era, and studies the use of new technologies and new platforms in the era of integrated media to strengthen the inheritance and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage. Protect, expand the channels of transmission, and enhance the effect of transmission. There are many unique ethnic groups among the ethnic minorities in Heilongjiang Province. The intangible cultural heritage such as folk literature, music, fine arts, handicrafts, dances, operas, and folk customs created by these ethnic minorities in their long-term production and life has distinctive regional style characteristics. It is an important part of the Chinese national culture. As a multi-ethnic "cultural community", the culture of ethnic minorities occupies an important position in the entire Chinese culture and gives the national cultural value its due meaning. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the incremental effect of Internet technology on economic and social development. Some of them are on the verge of being lost, and the methods and effects of intangible cultural heritage publicity and protection still need to be improved.

Abstract: In this paper, we first had a overall study of existing POS tagging on different languages other than English as because till now, most of the research done on POS tagging is for English. We observed that even though the research on POS tagging for English is done exhaustively, but there are other languages that are progressing and are improving. The goal of this paper is to highlight the idea that POS tagging can be performed on any language having odd features with little consideration related to their syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic and many other issues. Keeping the illustrated issues in mind once can develop a very efficient POS tagger for respective language.
