Email: hatem_022@hotmail.com

Abstract:  Nokia has suffered significant losses despite its control of the smartphone market and operating technology in previous periods. Its sales decreased due to the operating system and the neglect of the Android system; the company followed many strategies, SWOT analysis, PESTEL analysis, and other analyses and strategies to rise again. Despite the Nokia crises, Nokia management still has a solid determination to remain, develop, and improve its products and services. Up to the present time, the word Nokia still means the beautiful past, and its customers still have high loyalty to this pioneering company.

At the end, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations that would enable the company to survive in global markets.

Abstract: This paper draws the advanced experiences of library from Singapore, the United States, Japan, and other developed countries. It is put forward that our university library should start from the concept of library management, library environment, library resources, equipments, human services, professionalism of librarian, service attitude, and so on. Employing library becomes the place where the knowledge is respected, school development is promoted, teachers/students feel convenient, fashion, and comfortable. Making university library become the "heaven on earth", where the readers can freely enjoy the pleasure of reading.

Abstract—In this paper a comparative study has been done on the selection and usage of Software Process Models in the Software Companies being adopted for project/product development. Most of the targeted companies selected for analysis are working on small to medium level projects. The triggering factors that influence the selection of a Process Model have been identified and discussed. Descriptive statistical tools have been used for the analysis of datasets collected through the questionnaire. The results taken out of the collected datasets show the Linear or Phased models (Waterfall, V Model, Incremental, etc) to be the mostly used models in the software companies, who are working on small to medium level projects. The triggering factors that were identified as the key factors towards the selection of a process model are, a model’s cost effectiveness, time efficiency, feasibility, risk reduction and streamline activity flow.

Abstract: With the deepening of globalization in the 21st century, cross-cultural education has become a new trend of thought in the internationalization of education. How to transform the rich cross-cultural resources into teaching resources and integrate them organically with the cross-cultural classroom is a new topic brought by the new trend of thought. Based on the introduction of the current situation of international students in China, this article focuses on the psychological problems of international students due to factors such as lifestyles, study conditions, social culture, etc. It analyzes the causes of the problems in detail, and proposes corresponding psychological problems and educational countermeasures to help international students successfully complete their studies and to achieve the goal of studying in China. Through analyzing the current situation of cross-cultural teaching in China, this article focuses on the educational and psychological strategies of overseas Chinese students from the perspective of intercultural communication.

ABSTRACTS: A cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2021 to July 2021 on 384 randomly selected goats from six purposively selected districts of Mojo town to determine the prevalence and associated risk factors of gastrointestinal helminths infestation. Fecal samples were collected from all study animals were subjected to parasitological investigation using simple test tube floatation and sedimentation techniques for screening the eggs of observed gastrointestinal (GIT) nematodes. The overall coproscopic prevalence of gastrointestinal helminthes in goat was found to be 33.6% (129/384). Among the identified nematode parasite eggs, were Strongyles, 123(95.3%) while among cestodes only Moniezia eggs 6 (4.7%) were identified. There was a significant difference (P < 0.05) at 95% confidence interval in prevalence of GIT nematodes between animals of different body conditions. Questionnaires introduced to animal owners revealed that helminthes control in the area is exclusively based on the anthelmitic treatment. Farmers and animal breeders also experienced to treat their animals with anthelmintics based on individual animal exhibiting clinical parasitism. However, this treatment regimen could lack precision in determining the appropriate dosages. The records available indicated that the types and sources of anthelmintics used on the farms included mainly albendazole for sheep and goats as well as tetraclozan (tetramisole 450 mg and oxyclozanide 450 mg) for sheep and goats, Ivermectin injectable were all available on the local markets. It can be concluded that, in the study area there was high prevalence of GIT parasites in goats with different age, sex and body conditions. Therefore, deworming and good management practice is recommended as well as further studies should be carried out to determine the parasites burden and their seasonal occurrence.

Abstract: The real estate industry has long established methods to assess the value of property. However those methods are only known amongst the real estate community. Attaching a financial value to intellectual property for commercial purposes is a new trend in Malaysia. There is yet known or standardized valuation methods for intellectual property. In fact there is no specific professional body in Malaysia officially responsible in appraising and valuates intellectual property. So far, the task is mostly undertaken either by patent attorney or representative from the finance or banking sectors. They could be an accountant, auditor or finance officer. In conducting their work, the valuer normally uses accounting theories and methods. Apart from that they rely heavily on personal experience, observations as well as adopt trial and error approach. It is highly timely for those who are involved in appraising intellectual property to finally have and use a proper method in valuing intellectual property. The article proposes the use of real estate methods in valuing intellectual property since there are several common features between real estate and intellectual property.

Abstract: In determining the application efficiency the capability of inter-node connectivity among nodes is essential. Some nodes are also involved to uphold the flow of information from the sensor to remote users. A node loss can be encountered due to deployment ruthless and unattended areas. The network may get partition into multiple disjoint blocks and stop functioning because of depletion of onboard energy or due to physical damage. In this paper, the current and up to date state of research on the dynamic node relocation in Wireless Sensor Networks is presented. This work categorizes the node relocation techniques in to post-deployment and on-demand relocation depending whether the optimization is performed at the time of deployment or when the network is operational. This paper also identifies the open problems and future directions in this area of research.

Abstract: Formal model is important during the software life cycle. It uses formal language to precisely describe model specification, and can be used to model reasoning and verification. MARTE is an UML profile for real-time embedded software, and it can model the non-function properties. But it is lack of precise semantic, and cannot analyze and verify software model with effect. Combining the advantages of Object-Z and PTA in formal modeling, we propose an integration model of heterogeneous formal method, called PTA-OZ. This model can be used to analyze and verify the static structure and dynamic sematic of embedded software at the same time. Since formal method is dull and is not convenient for software developer, we design an executable transformation between MARTE model and integration model under MDA, and also base on XMI to realize the transformation.
