Abstract: The study attempted to find out the awareness of rural investors about various investment avenues, their preferences and considerations for investing money. A sample of 300 respondents was selected from four villages from Sillod block of Aurangabad district, Maharashtra. The major focus of the study was on investigating whether there was difference between investment awareness level and educational qualifications of male and female rural investors. The study disclosed that there was no significant difference in awareness level of rural male and female investors and their educational qualifications. The nature of financial market has changed drastically. Investing money has become a very complex task because of huge number of savings and investment companies and products offered by them, terms and conditions of investment and prevalent complex rules and regulations. Most of the investors, particularly rural investors are found unaware about investment avenues and rules and regulations. In spite of remarkable growth of economy and increasing income levels of people, the pace of saving mobilization is lower in India. Rural savings are not mobilized and invested properly. Investment is an economic activity which creates capital required for various sectors of economy. So every earning person should be motivated to save and invest his/her money.

Abstract: The problem of locating roots of nonlinear equations (or zeros of functions) occurs frequently in scientific work. In this paper, we have introduced some techniques for solving nonlinear equations. The techniques were based on the central-difference and forward-difference approximations to derivatives. We have shown that that three of the four methods have cubic convergence and another method has quadratic convergence. The introduced methods can be used for solving nonlinear equations without computing derivatives. Meanwhile, the methods introduced in this paper can be used to more class of nonlinear equations. The numerical examples shown in this paper illustrated the efficiency of the new methods. We used the well known software MATLAB 7 to calculate the numerical results obtained from the proposed techniques.

Abstract: The antibacterial effect of Jatropha curcas and Ricinus communis oils against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), Bacillus subtilis (ATCC 6633), Escherichia coli (LMG 21766) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC 9027) was carried out. The crude extracts were obtained by mechanical exhaustive extraction using the hydraulic press from the seeds. Antibacterial activities of the oil extracts were determined against the bacterial strains using agar well diffusion technique. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were investigated by broth dilution technique. The activities of two commonly used antibiotics served as controls against the test organisms. Oil yield for both seeds was 10%. The two oil extracts were effective against all the test organisms but significantly lower (p<0.05) than the control antibiotics (26.0±1.00-34.0±0.00 mm). The antibacterial effect of J. curcas oil was significantly higher (P<0.05) with zone diameter of inhibition of 12.5±0.50 mm than R. communis 10.5±0.50 mm against P. aeruginosa at a concentration of 100mg/ml. The MIC for J. curcas (50 mg/ml) was significantly lower (P<0.05) than that of R. communis (100 mg/ml) against P. aeruginosa. Similarly, the MBC for J. curcas and R. communis against P. aeruginosa were (50 mg/ml) and (100 mg/ml) which were effective against the test organisms but significantly lower (P<0.05) than the MBC of the control antibiotics (12.50 mg/ml). The antibacterial effect of the oil extracts increased with concentrations.

Abstract: Bharat Ratna Dr. B. R. Ambedkar was dynamic person in Indian history. He was contributed as an economist, sociologist, legal luminary, educationalist, journalist, Parliamentarian, editor, social revolutionist, height of the human rights etc. He was a first highly educated scholar within untouchable community in India. He wrote three scholarly books and many papers on economics. Indian economy is mixed economy and have impact of changes in social, political and economical changes before and after independence. He represented problem of physical and economical exploitation of rural poor through his movements. Dr. Ambedkar has given new socio and political view to Indian economics. Dr. Ambedkar decided to “changeover from economics to law and politics” He argued for fixed gold standard for exchange rate. He told that low exchange rate increases exports and boosts internal prices. In the age of global market vision 20-20 mostly contain his economical thoughts. The economically use of public funds and its proper utilisation for planned objectives can be growth the economy of nation. Democratic people must to enlightened each other for his canon and judicial provisions regarding public funds and its uses. It is solution for positive impact on elected representatives. He proceeds to say that, if agriculture is to be treated as an economic enterprise, then, by itself, there could be no such thing as a large or small holding. He also suggested ‘Industrilisation’ as a helpful and effective solution for both agriculture and Indian economy. In his early life he scholarly contributed Indian Economy with his writings. Within middle of 20th century he devoted his life for upliftment of backward classes with constitutional efforts. He was a scholar modern economist and his thoughts background of current scenario. Now the days need to upliftment of real economical backwards to build economically powerful nation.

Abstract: We represent each column of a certain matrix (order m× n) in a well defined pattern of a nth degree polynomial in a single variable; say x. This, in turn can help determine each column as being a mth degree curve for each column. This particular convention casts the specified matrix of order N × n matrix as a set of n curves each of order N in a single adjustable. We determine that the square matrices could be classified according to several unique properties; right here it's the amount of each column entry. This particular amount - known as the Libra worth, plays a crucial role and remains at par in connection to the algebraic properties of its. Additional distinction is completed on introducing the attributes connected to algebraic sum to row entries. As we go on introducing the' sum property, generally called Libra value', we get narrow down but get much better refinement and hence better convergence to the ultimate goal of ours of commutativity.

Meena Kandasamy’s: Poetics of Dalit Resistance

Indra Pal Singh

Former Ph.D. Research Scholar, Department of English, University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, (Indian)

Email: indrapal1219@gmail.com

Abstract: Meena Kandasamy and her poetry embody a long withstanding fight against the stringent subjugation and atrocities undergone by the non-dominant caste community. While her poetry revolves around issues of caste, sexuality, political agendas, violence, gender oppression and language, her work mainly urges her readers to act. Active resistance or revolutionary activism, the discourse which seeks to analyze what needs to change and set it right, is the core theme of Kandasamy’s raw and outrightly unbridled poetry, “full of jagged edges” (Duarte). Some of Kandasamy‟s poems even though convey a sense of ease and familiarity most of them share a sinister lament for change. These poems are jarring for an audience who knows where she comes from. But the y are at loss of words once the y go through the history of her times. In spite of their awareness of the social hierarchies people still exclaim as if unaware “do such systems still exist? To such a heartless question her poems are a silent reply. Society has always been harsh to people who refused to follow, and Kandasamy‟s case is no different. Her principal consideration in her poetry is to empower women mainly the marginalised women to acquire a comprehensive vigilance and knowledge about their miserable situation. Her poems are born out from her own experiences and her commitment with the espousing caste and gender equivalence. Her poems provide a visual effect; she has a way of roping her readers in a forceful manner. She breaks the long silence that has misled traditional Indian women, their feminine experience and their female world.
