Abstract: As we all know that this is the era where most of the things are done usually over the internet starting from online dealing to the online transaction. Since the web is considered as worldwide stage, anyone can access the resources of the internet from anywhere. The internet technology has been using by the few people for criminal activities like unauthorized access to other’s network, scams etc. These criminal activities or the offense/crime related to the internet is termed as cyber crime. In order to stop or to punish the cyber criminals the term “Cyber Law” was introduced. We can define cyber law as it is the part of the legal systems that deals with the Internet, cyberspace, and with the legal issues. It covers a broad area, encompassing many subtopics as well as freedom of expressions, access to and utilization of the Internet, and online security or online privacy. Generically, it is alluded as the law of the web. Cyber crime is emerging as a serious threat. World wide governments, police departments and intelligence units have started to react. Initiatives to curb cross border cyber threats are taking shape. Indian police has initiated special cyber cells across the country and have started educating the personnel. This paper is an attempt to provide a glimpse on cyber crime in India. This paper is based on various reports from news media and news portal.

Abstract: Murdoch’s (and through her, Weil’s) view of (loving) attention as the core moral capacity influenced the development of care ethics, especially in its early (and continuing) form as a type of feminist ethical outlook (Gilligan 1982; Noddings 1984; Grimshaw 1986; Ruddick 1989; Walker 1989; Bowden 1997). Care ethics emphasizes attentiveness and concern for the other person in her particularity, informed by knowledge of the specific needs, desires, and situation of that other person, in contrast to emphasizing a universal category such as “person” or “human being” as the appropriate target of attention and care. Murdoch’s emphasis on the reality of the particular other as the target of loving attention was drawn on to develop this form of ethical theory. In addition both care ethics and Murdoch tend to see personal relationships as the primary domain of morality. Murdoch’s focus on personal fantasy as a prime obstacle to grasping the other’s reality suggests that she is envisioning persons with whom we have a personal relationship. But her language sometimes suggests a broader scope, perhaps to persons known to oneself but with whom one does not have a personal relationship, or even the broader category of persons one encounters in a fleeting way (e.g., fellow riders on the subway). She seldom suggests that it means needy or suffering persons distant from oneself, or members of a general category (e.g., victims of Covid). Something like that idea surfaces only in Metaphysics, where Murdoch associates it with utilitarianism.

Abstract: In the early 1950’s, the idea of Hindi Chini Bhai Bhai represented the hyperbolic and conspicuous reality of their relationship in the international arena. This cooperative trend between China and India seemed to have a torch bearing impact on the newly emerging countries of 1950’s and was also pregnant with a wider implications in the arena of international politics but due to many reasons, the relationship between these two potential powers became confliction in early 1960’s.1 The seriousness of the border dispute did not became apparent until early 1959 when on the heals of the capture of Tibet, the Chinese government came out with direct and extensive claims over some 50,000 Square miles of Indian territory. During five years between 1954-59 incidents of increasing seriousness occurred on the India China border. Since the India government wishfully believed that through negotiations it could come to a peaceful settlement with China. In July 1950, a map was published in an official magazine of China which included some of Indian territory within the Chinese territory.

Abstract: Agroforestry traditionally includes trees under different systems, including silvopastoral, agrisilvicultural, agrosilvopastoral systems (Nair et al., 2009). The components of these systems include perennials such as trees and shrubs, crops and other herbaceous species, and animals. Agroforestry practices include woodlots, dispersed, hedgerows, boundary planting, home gardens, taungya among others. In addition to climate regulation function (through carbon sequestration), tree in agroforestry contribute to soil protection, water regulation, enhancement of local climate conditions, reduces impacts on natural forests and other environmental benefits (Mbow et al., 2014b). Integration of trees on farms has also been shown to improve land productivity and resilience of households through provision of diversified products for sustaining livelihoods (Kahiluoto et al., 2014; Lasco et al., 2014; Mbow et al., 2014a).

Abstract: Tagore's poems on God, Nature, and Man are bound together by the individual chord of love and by Tagore's 'Vedantic Advaita'. The three major themes can be fruitfully termed Godscape, Naturescape and Manscape and their common bond as Lovescape. The poems making the bed-rock of Tagore's thoughts, feelings and visionary concepts not only teach humankind to live in harmony fulfilling God's purpose in creating the universe, Nature, and Man, but also reveal that every atom of this cosmos is His manifestation. The overall message is that man should have a compassionate heart and serving hands, to know His presence in all the objects of nature and in all human beings. Love for God, for Nature, and for Man is the towering theme of Tagore's poetry. He has sung in praise of God and Love; and he has vouchsafed that life and world have purpose. Men have to go on lighting lamps where there is 4 darkness. God has created man in this universe to dispel darkness; he is not to be enveloped in it. He has to fulfil his duty to God, to Nature, and to his own self.

Abstract: Humanism is emphasizing the importance of human beings –their nature and place in the universe. It means love of man with all his flaws and fallacies. It is an attitude that concentrates on the activities of man more than the supernatural world. During the colonial rule, the British lost their humanity and were brutal and cruel towards their fellow- beings. Many novelists used their pens to protest against the violence of the British. Rabindranath Tagore is one of them who used his pen over swords to vehemently protest against the cruelty meted out to his fellow- beings. In this paper, I shall discuss on humanism as a concept in Indian English Literature with reference to Tagore‟s novel Home and the World. The three main characters of the novels portray different personalities and thus reflect humanism. Tagore offered a genuine critique of the glorious past of India, while emulating the worthy ideals of the West. The feminist perspectives of Tagore espousing the amelioration of women are appropriately reflected in the portrayal of women characters in his novels. Understanding the Western culture in a much better light, Tagore displayed the right perspectives of the thematic concerns of significant Victorian women novelists like George Eliot. Capturing the tremors of Virgina Wolfs A Room of One’s Own, Simon De Bovouear’s The Second Sex, Tagore has excelled his contemporaries in a very bold and realistic portrayal of women than the male characters in all his novels.

Abstract: In today’s era, data generated by scientific applications and the corporate environment has grown rapidly, not only in size but also in variety. There is difficulty in collecting, storing, transforming, and analyzing such big data. One of the major issues with big data is that the time taken to execute the traditional algorithms is larger, and it is very difficult to process a huge amount of data. Clustering is one of the popular data mining tasks. It is used in various domains. Machine learning is well-known for its unsupervised learning methods, such as the K-Means clustering algorithm. It has the benefits of easy implementation, good effect, and simplicity of the concept. But as the Internet expanded rapidly, the number of data collection points also increased, leading to the era of big data and information explosion. This research work proposes the IK-ABC (Improved K-Means - Artificial Bee Colony) Algorithm to address the issue of k-means clustering algorithms, such as low global search ability, sensitive selection of cluster center, initialization randomness, early development, and slow convergence of the original artificial bee colony Algorithm. A fitness function adapted to the K-means clustering method and a position update formula based on global guidance was created with MapReduce to speed up computation and increase the effectiveness of the iterative optimization process.
