Abstract: Ergonomics evaluation is the human factors engineering which studies the comfort-ability and injuries caused on end-users as a result machine usage. This study investigated the ergonomics evaluation of a coffee threshing machine including anthropological measurement (body weight, age, height, arm length, body mass index) and physiological evaluation (blood pressure and heart beat rate at normal rest position and after machine operation). The oxygen consumption rate and energy expended in operating the machine were also studied. 30 subjects were randomly selected within age groups 15-25, 26-35, 36 – 45, 46 -55, and 56 – 60 years with average ages 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 years respectively. The body mass index of all age groups were normal with only mid age group 60 showing an overweight body mass index also, the physiological test showed that the machine usage has light energy expenditure on humans though mid age group 60 complained of slight pain after the operation of thresher which was reportedly negligible though prolonged use over time may have some detrimental for this age group over a long period of time.

Abstract: Good management is the most important driver of productivity, new research suggests. And a firm’s management performance is driven by ownership type, competition, labor market regulation and skills. The techniques of good management are well known and in the public domain so the fact that they are so poorly disseminated suggests either that successful implementation is elusive or that it is not a priority for many firms. The team also found that managers interviewed had little idea of the overall management performance of their own organizations. Improving management practice is also associated with large increases in productivity and product.

Abstract: To carry out this research, the total number of headlines arrived at 200 headlines selected from Tehran Times and New York Times. A careful and quantitative analysis of newspaper headlines as a text written by native and non-native speakers was conducted in terms of lexical density. With a careful analysis of lexical density in the two sets of newspaper headlines, the results revealed that New York Times headlines featured a higher lexical density index in comparison to Tehran Times. By taking Flesch's Reading Ease Scale into consideration, this study suggests that headlines written by Tehran Times and New York Times are actually appropriate for native and non-native English students at the postgraduate level, when they are assessed with regards to the American educational attainment levels.

Abstract: The goal of the present study is to study the relationship of the two elements of social self-efficiency and emotional intelligence with the suicidal tendencies of the adolescents of high school second grade in Orumieh. The research method is descriptive and of solidarity type and the statistical society includes all students of high school second grade of Urmia city in 2012-2013 school years. Classified random sampling method is used and according to the Krejcie-Morgan table, the size of the sample is 363 people (173 female and 190 male). To gather the information three kinds of questionnaires like the multiple approaches to suicide, shoot emotional intelligence and social self-efficiency of the adolescents. To analyze, organize and study the data, descriptive and deductive statistics is used. The results of Pearson correlation test show that there is a positive and meaningful relation between all elements of social self-efficiency and emotional intelligence. In this relationship the only meaningless relationship was between social skills and evaluation of the emotions. The step by step multiple regression analysis results show that of the social self-efficiency aspects and emotional intelligence, the elements like participation in social groups activities, helping and settling and application of the emotions can predict the rate of interest in life.

Abstract: The development of entrepreneurial skills within the education system increases the possibility of producing more entrepreneurs in future. Many economists now believe that entrepreneurship plays an important role in economic growth of a country. Entrepreneurial education can be used as a mediation tool for impacting attitude of people towards entrepreneurship. A Mentor plays an important role in entrepreneurial development of an individual. It is a mentor who guide entrepreneur from conception of business to product development and business growth, but in order to provide mentoring a mentor need to have certain qualities and a proven track record. Select the right mentor is most important because a mentor who is incompatible with entrepreneur’s personality or requirement may cost entrepreneur the whole business. This research puts a light on subjective and objective qualities a mentor should possess and will provide a guideline to protégé regarding selection of appropriate mentor.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship skills on Allameh Tabatabaei students' self efficacy skills. The applied tool in this research is the general self efficacy scale (GSE) which is developed by Sherer et al (1982). Its reliability is examined by the split half method and also its validity is reported by the construct validity. The research population included all Allameh Tabatabaei job-seeking students in Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences (2008-2009) and they accepted the invitation to attend the entrepreneurial skills training. Fist, all Psychology and Educational Sciences students were invited to participate in an entrepreneurship skill course. 42 students registered for the mentioned course and 34 ones were chosen randomly. Then, they were classified into two groups: experimental and control groups. After sampling, the members in two groups responded to the mentioned questionnaire. Then the control group was put in the waiting list and the experimental group attended in 2-hour 10 sessions of entrepreneurship skills training course. After performing the training program, a post-test was taken from all the members of both control and experimental groups, and the data was analyzed by the covariance analysis test. The result of research indicates that this training method has been effective in enhancing the students' general self efficacy beliefs.

Abstract: The supply chain optimization is a difficult problem to solve in the context of distributed information across different members and dynamic changes in the structure and content of the information environment with multidisciplinary decisions employees' decision making at different levels. In this research work, an approach to the dynamic optimization of local decisions to assure global optimization in supply chain performance is developed within the frameworks of a Collective Intelligence and Multi-Agent Systems. As a COIN, we mean a large multi-agent system where there is no centralized control and communication, but also, there is a global task to complete: the global supply chain optimization. The proposed framework is focused on the interactions at local and global levels among the agents in order to improve the overall supply chain business process behavior. Besides, learning consists of adapting the local behavior of each agent (micro-learning) with the aim of optimizing a given global behavior (macro-learning). Reinforcement learning algorithms are used at the local level, while generalization of the Q-neural algorithm is used to optimize the global behavior. The framework is implemented over JADE agent platform. The experimental results demonstrate that this problem is a good experimental field for the investigation and application of the COIN theory.

Abstract: Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It was first identified in December 2019, and has resulted in an ongoing pandemic in the world. As of September 22 2020, more than 31.3 million cases have been reported across 188 countries and territories with more than 965,000 deaths, and more than 21.5 million people have recovered. Common symptoms include fever, cough, fatigue, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties loss of smell and loss of taste. While most people have mild symptoms, some people develop acute respiratory distress syndrome possibly precipitated by cytokine storm, multi-organ failure, septic shock and blood clots. The incubation period may range from 1 to 14 days.
