Abstract:
Background:
Endoscopic retrograde
cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) is considered as a diagnostic
and therapeutic procedure used to treat problems associated with
biliary and pancreatic diseases. The benefits of ERCP over
surgical treatment are well documented; however, there is
complications including infection, pancreatitis, hemorrhage, and
perforation can occur even in expert hands. Several factors may
affect, such as patient selection, skills of the operator, and
the how complex the procedure was. This work studies ERCP
complication rates, predictive factors for incidence and
management plans to improve outcomes. Aim of the work: to
spot complication happened post-ERCP and how to manage it.
Patients and methods: In a prospective, 2-years study from
September 2017 to September 2019 of 50 patients applied for ERCP
and notice if complications happened and the risk factors for
that complications. Results: 20% had post-ERCP complications,
with pancreatitis (8%), perforation (8%) and infection (cholangitis
and cholecystitis) (4%). The perforation considered the most
serious complication of ERCP. It demands early diagnosis and
good management. Surgical intervention is may be urgent solution
to manage post- ERCP perforation (3of the 4 perforated patients
applied to surgical intervention. Conclusion: ERCP is a safe and
widely used all over the world to overcome its complications it
demand well preparation for patients, Increase our experience,
short procedure especially in risky patients, and close
observation post-ERCP to patients to early diagnose the
complications and early manage them if happened.

Planck’S Constant: Its
Fundamental Role In The Universe
Antonio PUCCINI
Neurophysiologist

or

Abstract:
Using the Principles of
Quantum Mechanics and Relativity our calculations show that
Planck’s constant (h) has an equivalent-mass
corresponding to 10-48 grams.
This non-zero
h value, although infinitesimal, can acquire a determining
role in many physical phenomena: in the atomic and subatomic
physics, in Quantum Mechanics, as well as in Astrophysics.
Thus, the h
equivalent-mass can help explain the intimate physical
mechanism of known phenomena such as the photoelectric effect or
the Compton effect, or less known and less investigated
phenomena such as the decrease in the temperature of the Black
Holes, or the negative value of their specific heat.
In addition, the
non-zero h value added to the radiation pressure exerted
by electromagnetic radiation, could give a concrete, physical
consistency to the Wave Function Collapse of a quantum
object and contribute to the description of this phenomenon, as
well as solving one of the most intricate and intriguing puzzles
of the subatomic Physics and Quantum Mechanics: the
Measurement Paradox.
Furthermore, a
non-zero h value may represent a possible solution to the
problem of divergences, which constantly emerge from the
Perturbation Calculus.
Lastly, the
infinitesimal value of h could help us understand, and
try to solve, one of the major scientific problems still
unsolved: the nature of Dark Energy.

Abstract:
India is always being a rich
country by its spirituality and cultural aspects, but the thing;
that is yet to explore fully is the scientific temperament
behind the spirituality. The transformation of wild
plants into bountiful, reliable crops profoundly altered the
trajectory of modern humans. In India there are many blessed
plants are prehistorically used through the linage of
anthropological and ethnobotanical significance. Navapatriaka
pants are one of that blessed plants which are mainly associated
with the eastern part of India, specifically in the land of
Bengal provinces. Food, Medicine & Shelter these are the primary
necessitates of each nation, these nine plants are fulfilling
all such dictum of colloquial livelihood of Bengal peoples.
Through the Ayurveda to the modern pharmacological qualification
and both quantification of these plants are already tested, but
in this review we tried to spot out the antimicrobial efficiency
of these holy plants for their future application of
immunoglobulin associated study.

Abstract:
This study
investigated the proximate composition and the stability of the
natural food flavouring agents present in Aframomum melegueta
and Xylopia aethiopica after Soxhlet extraction using:
acidified ethanol; 1.5M HCl, acidified ethanol;1% citric acid,
2% citric acid, acetone and hexane. Efficiency of solvent
extraction was determined and four extracts with the highest
yields were studied: for stability, the (pH) was monitored for
15 days period of storage and the titratable acidity was also
determined over the period. Peroxide values were determined over
the period of 5weeks to monitor the shelf-life. Minor changes
were observed in the peroxide values during the period of 5
weeks of storage. There was very little secondary
oxidation of the extracts during storage. The nutritional
potentials of these two medicinal and flavouring plants (seeds
and fruits) and their extracts were evaluated through their
proximate compositions. Xylopia aethiopica had a higher
crude fibre (15.20%) compared with Aframomum melegueta
that was 8.55% Moisture contents of Xylopia aethiopica
and Aframomum melegueta were 7.35% and 7.47%,
respectively. The total ash contents of Xylopia aethiopica
and Aframomum meleguata were 3.70% and 3.30%,
respectively. Crude lipids of Xylopia aethiopica and
Aframomum melegueta were 30.80% and 8.85%, respectively
while the total protein of Xylopia aethiopica and
Aframomum melegueta were 4.37% and 3.75%, respectively.
Total carbohydrate of Xylopia aethiopica was 38.58% and
that of Aframomum melegueta was 67.80%. Alligator pepper
seeds had higher titratable acidity values than Ethiopian pepper
and their extracts have shown high oxidative stability over the
periods of this study.

Abstract:
Guidance and counseling helped
students in solving problems, imparting high self esteem,
positive self-concept, good morals, peer respect, discipline,
and parental acceptance and improved their study habits. The
analysis on role of guidance and counselling revealed that the
students scored the highest mean indicating that all the
students supported development of good personality and health
awareness as roles played by guidance and counselling in
secondary schools. This was followed by the students’ agreement
though with little variation that guidance and counselling
played a role in helping them to better understand themselves.
Analysis of the perceptions towards career counselling revealed
positive perceptions. The highest agreement concerning the
perception towards career guidance was that it reduces anxiety;
all students should consult counsellor when making career
decisions, assist individuals in dealing with career issues,
helps students to access career information.

Abstract:
The term sustainable development
has been used in various definitions. The earliest definition
can be traced back to 1972. In order to deal with four decades
of global economic, social, and environmental challenges,
sustainable development was adopted by international agencies,
national and local governments. On the other hand, new
approaches in urban planning were employed in order to reach a
sustainable development. The aim of this study is presenting
strategies for Sustainable Urban Development of Sirjan city.
This study is applied and the method is investigation is
descriptive analytical. Researches indicate that, the model of
urban growth is sprawl and this leads to ecological, social,
economic, and urban form. The Sirjan case is interesting for
several reasons: first, it is a case of very fast urban growth
even for a developing country; second, it portrays a land
substitution process in which agricultural land is not the
primary provider of urban land which is almost rare. Third, it
illustrates how the fastest rates of urban sprawl may correspond
to middle size cities rather than large centers.

Abstract:
Consider the problem
of pricing a discrete barrier option under a time-dependent
framework. This article provides an analytical solution for such
an interesting problem in two steps. Namely, in the first step,
the problem in hand restates a time invariant which has an exact
solution. Secondly, the exact solution for the time-dependent
model arrives by substituting such a solution in an integral
equation. Applications to the Greeks of the contracts are given.

Abstract:
In the higher
education system, effective faculty members are a remarkable
advantage that a university can enjoy based on a competition in
the production of science. Some curriculum experts argue that in
a standard model of the future university, the main topic to
boost a spirit of University is merit components codification of
faculty members. In their view, outstanding lecturers are men
and women who bring students together and help them progress
with a common goal. They will have a positive attitude towards
their future and the changes which will follow. They will also
question the value of the sacred idols which are so called
traditional teaching methods. In addition, they give the
students liberty and freedom to arise new ideas. This paper
examines merit components codification of faculty members as
well as describing the nature and concept of each of them in the
higher education curriculum via descriptive- analysis approach.
Responding positively to change and revolution, development of
practical knowledge, growth in the Information Technology and
re-organizing knowledge, Phenomenologist, helping students to
comprehend teaching, being independent and scientific, having a
collaborative spirit and merit in teaching, being sage, creative
and decisive, scientific discussion designer, evolution leader
through teaching are the main merit components codification of
faculty members of the top universities in the world over.

Abstract:
The present study
examines the impacts of globalization on political developments
of Turkey. The literature on globalization suffers from the
paucity of research in this critical issue. The main research
question of the research is that what impacts have globalization
brought about in political developments of Turkey. To answer
this enquiry, this hypothesis is formulated; the globalization
process has accelerated the political developments of Turkey.
Therefore, in the first section of the study the theoretical
framework will be elucidated to give a fuller view of
globalization theories. In the second section touches upon the
impacts of globalization on political developments of Turkey
with regard to political system, ideology, constitutional law,
Army, Judiciary, civil society, parties and other cohorts,
religions, races, democracy and free election, independent
media. Finally, the hypothesis will be tested and the results
will be presented.
