Abstract:
Superior grapevines grown under Minia region conditions were
fertilized with NPK via nano technology versus normal NPK during
2016 and 2017 seasons. The vines received nano NPK at 10, 14 and
40 g / vine and normal NPK at 60, 84 and 240 g/ vine,
respectively. The target was examining the effects of both nano
or normal NPK on yield and berries characteristics。
Yield and berries characteristics were improved by using all NPK
fertilizers either alone or in combinations via nano or normal
methods. Using these fertilizers via nano was materially
preferable than using them via normal method. For promoting
yield and berries quality of Superior, grapevines grown under
Minia region conditions, it is suggested to use NPK via nano
system at 10, 14 and 40 g / vine, respectively.

Abstract: Background:
During adolescence, an optimal vitamin D level is tremendously
important for normal growth and bone mineral deposition. There
are in adequate knowledge on the incidence of vitamin D
deficiency between healthy adolescents. Objectives: This
investigation was designed to assessment the frequency of
vitamin D deficiency among a sample of adolescents and study the
factors linked with vitamin D level. Methods: A
cross-sectional study was performed on 30 adolescents, their
ages 10–19 years,
they were selected randomly from middle schools at Cairo
governorate, Egypt. Information were
obtained from adolescents through face-to-face interview and
from their parents via self-administered questionnaire. Vitamin
D level was estimated by ELISA technique. Both anthropometric
assessment and dietary assessment were performed and interpreted
according to WHO references. Results: The prevalence of
calcium deficiency was 100%. The majority of the studied sample
had low serum vitamin D severe deficiency reported in the
majority of the cases 22 (73.7%) subclinical
deficiency reported in 20-30 3
(10%>30 ) only 5
(16.3%) % of adolescents were vitamin D-sufficient. In
parathyroid function was only high in 3.5%other lab finding
regarding hemoglobin or stool parasite or urate were not
significant. The incidence of vitamin D deficiency was
significantly higher between girls 27 (90%) than boys (10%). In
the final model, gender, age, the majority of the studied group
27
(90% sun exposed minority not exposed 3 (10%), Body mass
index, dietary intake of vitamin D and calcium rich sources and
other food hinder all significantly related to vitamin D and
calcium deficiency. Conclusion: High prevalence of
vitamin D deficiency and calcium deficiency was noted among a
sample of Egyptian adolescents despite the abundant sunshine,
which may reflect strong Dietary pattern poor dietary habit.
Good nutritional education is required to achieve good bone
health we demand for locally designed guidelines for supplement
of vitamin D.

Abstract:
Although hepatorenal toxicity was recorded as aside effect of
paraceamol high doses, Paracetamol was used as antipyretic drug
and growth stimulator for long time in poultry. Hepatoenal
toxicity by paracetamol in broilers was mirrored by increase
lipid peroxidation, depletion of glutathione and increase liver
enzyme or even sudden death. There for this study was designated
to evaluate the effect of silymarin and L.carnitine on
hepatotoxic effect induced by high doses of paracetamol. The
study was applied on 100 chicks (from 1 day old till 35 days
old). In special cages divided into 5 groups each one contained
20 chicks. The first group was remaine as a control one, while
the 2nd,
3rd and 4th groups were eopplemented by
silymarine, L.
carnitine and paracetamol respectively. The 5th group
supplemented with silymarin, L.carnitine and paracetamol
together. Serum samples were collected for measuring glutathione
reductase, malondialdehyde, ALT, AST, superoxide dismutase,
triglycerides and cholesterol.

Abstract:
As a result of the dependence of Saudi Arabia on oil as a main
source in the general budget, which represents about 80% of
government revenues that finance government spending in the
Kingdom, it is clear that the fluctuations in oil prices will be
reflected on the budget of the Kingdom. The study concluded that
fluctuations in oil prices Direct impact on the state budget
where these risks increase in the long term in the case of the
adoption of the general budget on oil as a major source in the
financing of government spending. The budget is also exposed to
multiple levels of risk may be high, medium or low depending on
the extent and atmosphere Deficit or surplus in the last budget
before the fluctuations of oil prices in the short and medium
term. The researcher recommended the need to rely on several
alternatives: short-term alternatives, which are:
rationalization of government spending, rationalization of
government support, reduction of diplomatic missions and
students, medium term Including: Re-evaluation of existing
productive projects as in France for the possibility of
development and maximum utilization thereof, and the development
of the method of preparing the general budget and long-term
alternatives, including: expansion of the establishment of
industrial cities, encouraging the private sector to produce and
export, Small and Medium Enterprises, Encouraging Joint and
Direct Investment.

Abstract: Background:
An intrauterine device is one form of long-acting reversible
contraception, which is the most effective type of reversible
contraceptive. Failure rate with the copper IUD is about 0.8%,
with the greatest satisfaction among users of
contraception. As of 2007, IUDs are the most widely used form of
reversible contraception, with more than 180 million users
worldwide Objectives: to evaluate and compare the
efficacy of mefenamic acid and tranexamic acid in controlling
menorrhagia induced by Copper T-380A intrauterine contraceptive
device (IUCD) by clinical assessment and study of uterine artery
Doppler. Materials and methods: 60 women, aged (18-40 ) years
old who had menorrahgia with copper IUD insertion were recruited
from outpatient clinic of Alzhraa university hospital between
August 2018 to April 2019. The women was randomly divided into 2
group: Group 1, women who received tranexamic acid
500 mg three times daily for 3-5 days for three consecutive
menstrual cycles). And Group 2, women who
received mefenamic acid 500 mg three times daily for 3-5 days
for three consecutive menstrual cycles. The method of blood loss
volume calculation was instructed to all participants during the
first visit. Results: both drugs, tranexamic acid
and mefenamic acid had the same clinical effects on Copper
T-380A IUD-induced menorrhagia. As regarding uterine artery
Doppler, it shows that there was a significant difference
between the two groups regarding the percent changes in uterine
artery Doppler between group1 and Group II. Conclusion:
Both drugs, tranexamic acid and mefenamic acid had the same
clinical effect on Copper T-380A IUD-induced menorrhagia but the
effect of mefenamic acid on uterine artery dopler study was more
significant than the effect of tranexamic acid.

Abstract:
The Laplace transformation is a mathematical tool which is used
in the solving of differential equations by converting it from
one form into another form. Regularly it is effective in solving
linear differential equations either ordinary or partial. The
Laplace transformation is used in solving the time domain
function by converting it into frequency domain function.
Laplace transformation makes it easier to solve the problem in
engineering application and make differential equations simple
to solve. In this paper we will discuss How to approach the
Laplace Transformation to Simultaneous Linear Differential
Equations.

Abstract:
First of its kind study conducted in Kashmir showed that the
workers remain continuously exposed to the risk of accidents and
diseases especially respiratory illnesses and physical injuries.
Majority of the workers acquired their skills and expertise from
their practical experience during the job period. Further the
personal protection devices such as earmuffs or plugs, hand
gloves were either unavailable or if available used inadequately
and often considered as irrelevant and disturbing. The study
also revealed that no standard functional first aid boxes and
fire extinguishers were available at the workplace, thus further
increasing the chances of any health risk. Therefore the
introduction and enforcement of safety health measures through
training and regular inspection by the relevant agencies can
help to further promote the adoption of safety among sawmill
workers in order to safe-guard and maintain good health and
wellbeing among them.
