Abstract: Avian influenza virus A (AIV) is found in most instances in birds, and rarely in humans. Sporadic confirmed cases of human infection have been reported since 1997 by H5N1 subtype. In the current study, a highly pathogenic avian influenza subtype H5N1 was isolated from infected birds and confirmed by PCR and sequencing. Sequence analysis revealed some degree of heterogeneity between different isolates in different years. The poly-basic amino acid sequence of the isolated virus was similar to the highly pathogenic strains of H5N1 (PQ↓ (G/R) EKRRKKR↓GLF) with some strains having differences in the (G>R) a singleamino acid within the cleavage site motif. The deduced amino acid sequence analysis of the isolated 9 strains of HPAI(H5N1 subtype) revealed a high degree of homology.

Abstract: Some preliminary works on e-business and banking have been made through using data analysis. This literature review was also conducted to help put the research methodology in a better conceptual framework. In this regard the review focused on: the evolution and definition of e-business; processes of e-business adoption; benefits, barriers and challenges to e-business adoption. E-Business probably began with electronic data interchange in the 1960s  (Zwass, 1996). However, (Melao, 2008) suggests that it was only in the 1990s, primarily via the Internet, that e-Business has emerged as a core feature of many organizations. In his opinion, the hope was that e-Business would revolutionize the ways in which organizations interact with customers, employees, suppliers and partners. Some saw e- Business as part of a recipe to stay competitive in the global economy.

Abstract: The research was initiated to develop a strategy for the management of white mango scale (Aulacaspis tubercularis). Field experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of Imidacloprid 20SL, Dimethoate 40%EC, White oil extract, Pruning, Imidacloprid 20SL + Pruning, Dimethoate 40%EC + Pruning and White oil extract + Pruning against white mango scale insect. The experiments were arranged in Randomized complete block design with three replications. The results indicates that all the treatments significantly (p<0.05) reduced infestation of white mango scale and gave higher yield over the control. Imidacloprid 20 SL + pruning treatment was the most significantly effective which also provide a promising alternative cost to producers against white mango scale insect pest than other treatments. Further study on other management tactics which are compatible with cultural practices and reduced dose of insecticide as a part of integrated pest management strategy is mandatory.

Abstract: A team of Korean researchers say they have discovered the world's first room-temperature superconductivity, a mechanism of room-temperature Tc discussed in terms of the one-dimensional BR-BCS theory. What is the most basic principle of "superconductivity" here? The famous "BCS theory" is a theory of the basic principle of "superconductivity", but it is based on the principle of electron pair theory (BCS is the pair of electrons with spin reversed parallel pairing), is there a more basic principle that includes it?

An Experiential Study of an Immersive Virtual Reality Mental Relaxation Game

YU Aiqi

Panzhihua University, Sichuan Panzhihua, 617000, China)

Abstract: By using a questionnaire, this paper does an experiential study on an immersive virtual reality mental relaxation game. The selected game which designed and developed by the author is called Journey of Relaxation. Then this paper does an evaluation of the experience of the game using the Game Experience Questionnaire; Next this paper does a study of the game’s presence using the Presence Questionnaire. Next this paper does a study of the relaxation effects of the game using the State-Trait Anxiety Questionnaire. The results show a significant decrease in anxiety state after the experience, the relaxation effect is remarkable. There is a high correlation between the effects of mental relaxation and immersive virtual reality environments, relaxation is better in immersive than non-immersive environments. The more immersive the environment, the higher the sense of presence, the lower the level of anxiety state, and the more relaxed the player feels.

STUDY ON EDUCATION SYSTEM IN INDIA

Dr. Vivek Upadhyay

Assistant Professor in Education, Model Public Education College, Chandausi, Sambhal-244412, Uttar Pradesh (India)

Email: upadhyayvivek487@gmail.com

Abstract: The importance of education in India has been seen right from ancient times. Human education in India can be traced back to ancient times when the Gurukul system existed. In this Guru-Shishya (teacher-disciple) system, those who wanted to study would go to teachers and request to be accepted as a disciple. If accepted, the disciple had to stay at the teacher’s place, and apart from learning, he also had to help in other household chores. This system fostered a strong tie between the Guru and Shishya, and it also taught the disciple how to run a household. Teachers of that era taught all the subjects in open classrooms, under the sun. Languages like Sanskrit and holy scripture, as well as metaphysics and mathematics, were part of the learning process. Learning was based more on understanding their surroundings and nature, not just memorizing verses or shlokas

Abstract: The magnificent Chinese Xia, with its thousand years of ancient history, has created a brilliant and splendid costume culture. Chinese traditional costume culture wants to be valued and supported by all walks of life, and can only stand in the forest of world culture if it is based on the root of traditional culture. As an important part of traditional costume culture, the structure of traditional robes and uniforms not only contains the ancient people's concept of ritual, aesthetic interest and value orientation, but also is a symbol of ancient working people's wisdom. Therefore, combing the structure of traditional robe can enrich the knowledge of traditional costume culture. Taking the printed and colored red gauze robe of the Western Han Dynasty as the basis of research, the high knowledge of ancient people on costume making and the pursuit of costume comfort are indirectly verified through the experiments of collar edge structure, sleeve edge structure. In modern clothing design, we can learn and draw lessons from ancient clothing structure, and the design concept of ancient for the present can be regarded as the protection and inheritance of traditional clothing culture. The research results can improve the theoretical study of the garment structure and provide methods and scientific basis for the study of its restoration research.
