Abstract:
The intellectual property right is a legal right that is granted
to the inventor to protect his or her invention. It is a legal
right of the owner that protects the creation, invention, symbol
or design, etc. of the one who created them so that they can
enjoy their property without the disturbance of others by
preventing anyone from using or copying them for a specified
time. Intellectual Property is an intangible property that is a
result of human creativity. There are several types of
Intellectual Property for eg. Patent, Trademark, Copyright,
Geographical Indication, etc. Intellectual Property Right gives
a person an exclusive right to use his or her creation which
means that no one can copy or use that creation without the
prior permission of the creator or inventor. In this article, we
will only discuss types of patents and laws related to them in
India.

Abstract:
The life and the philosophy of D. H. Lawrence influenced his
novels. The emotional turmoil of his life, his obsession with
perfecting human relationships, and his fascination with the
duality of the world led him to create his most experimental and
pivotal novel, The Plumed Serpent. In The Plumed Serpent
Lawrence uses a superstructure of myth to convey his belief in
the necessity for the rebirth of a religion based on the dark
gods of antiquity; coupled with this was his fervent belief that
in all matters, sexual or spiritual, physical or emotional,
political or religious, men should lead and women should follow.
Through a study of Lawrence's life and personal creed, an
examination of the mythic structure of The Plumed Serpent, and a
brief forward look to Lady Chatterly's Lover, it is possible to
see The Plumed Serpent as significant in the Lawrencian canon.
Though didactic and obscure at times, the novel is an important
transitional work.

Abstract:
Religion was our first attempt at literature, cosmology,
ecology, making sense of where we are in the universe. All
religions are inherently predisposed to mystical experience – a
harmonious and balanced existence and substantiation of Nature
and man – man, who is conscious of his existence both in the
material and the spiritual realm, as man is the highest spirit
and the lowest matter linked by mind. Ecomysticism embraces the
idea that all life is sacred and hence revered. This paper
discusses the ecological philosophy which enunciates God’s
presence in every being that surround us and tries to evaluate
the holistic spiritual ecology launched by Tagore. The unity of
being in his works teaches that everything in the universe
arises from the One, emanates from Him; deduces that the
Supreme, humans and the environment form one ecosystem and
recognizes the mutually augmenting relationships with the
natural world – an understanding of the unity and
interdependence of the bio-network. It elicits that the manifest
is on voyage to the Unmanifest together with our pilgrim souls.

Abstract:
The nature of Indian humanism is spiritualistic. Indian humanists
give importance to spiritual ethical nature of man; whereas
Western humanists though do not reject the importance of ethics
for human beings, give more importance to material nature of man
than to spiritual. The humanism of Rabindra Nath is influenced
by Renaissance humanists, still his humanism resembles Indian
humanism of Upanishads, Buddhism and Vaisnavism, and therefore
is spiritual in its nature. Though Tagore gives equal importance
to man's economic, political and social welfare, he looks at
these problems from spiritual viewpoint. Any attempt, made tor
welfare of mankind is to him adequate where it helps to reveal
the spiritual and ethical nature of man. Man is accorded highest
place in the world because he has spirit in him. Man is replica
of the Divine spirit, the ultimate consciousness is revealed in
man. Tagore has seen the great 'purusa' the universal spirit
manifested in man who is one; the poet has seen him in many.
Therefore, we see, there is no conflict between his spiritualism
and humanism. His spiritualism does not make him reluctant of
world and man, but brings him nearest to man. Belief in
spirituality is translated into love for humanity. For realizing
the spirit in himself man does not have to go to any
supernatural world, but in this worldly existence he realizes
spiritual nature of him. The aim of spiritual discipline for
Tagore is to enter into the hearts of all men. Tagore believes
in harmony between man, nature and the universal spirit.
Therefore, he says, "From grass to man, where ever in the world
my mind becomes indifferent, there my spirituality becomes
limited. When our consciousness, our spirit get diffused in the
whole world then we feel all consciousness with our
consciousness.

Abstract:
India is a
developing country. Even if there is growth in its economy, the
nation faces many challenges that act as an impediment in its
development process. One such challenge is the existence of
widespread poverty in India. Although there is a reduction in
the percentage of people residing below the poverty line, the
digits aren’t favourable after that either. As of May 2021,
about 84 million people were found dwelling in severe
deprivation which makes up about 6% of the total population of
the country. However, the Government has been attempting hard to
raise aloft these individuals out of the clutches of poverty
through various poverty alleviation programmes, but that
has some contradicting perspectives in India.

Abstract:
Mahatma Gandhi is not only a
universal figure but also an immortal one. During the
preIndependence phase of India, Gandhi became first a national
and soon enough an international leader of immense political and
philosophical significance. Gandhian literature began pouring in
form all corners, native as well as outside. Even today Gandhi
continues to have a dominating presence in the literary world
and in fact literature that ignores Gandhi attracts critical
attention. Though his treatment in the post-Independence phase
has undergone changes from that in the pre-Independence times,
nevertheless, what is certain is that Gandhi can never be
separated from writing. India in contemporary times is a set
stage for Gandhi and Gandhigiri1 . Be it as the historical
figure or creator of Gandhism or as a symbolic Gandhian cap.
Mahatma Gandhi permeates fiction as well a non-fiction in Indian
writings both in English and other languages. These include
works written from within and outside India. In creative works
from India and the space of diaspora, whether it is his
reverence or lampooning, Gandhi is redefined in ways that are
quite contemporary. Whereas in some cases there is an attempt to
grapple with Gandhi and ultimately accommodate him, in other
instances nothing of Gandhism remains unchallenged. Whatever be
the case, in creative writings there is a sense of strong
involvement as the writers pen Gandhi and Gandhism.

Abstract:
Water generally collects in a river from precipitation and other
sources such as groundwater recharges, springs, natural ice snow
packs and climate changes, heavy rains, droughts affect the
river. It is possible to predict what climate conditions will be
like in river basin catchment areas in the next 50 years roughly
through Monsoon Time Scales. According to an estimate, the
Ravi river will overflow with
floods in the coming years. Through this research proposal we
can know the future consequences of the
Ravi river. Plans can be made
accordingly. So, scientists can establish Monsoon Time Scale for
that river basin catchment areas and predict what is going to
happen in the Ravi river basin
catchment areas in the coming 50 years roughly.
