Abstract: While this study is to draw from the autocratic and transformational leadership styles to advance further understanding on the underlying mechanisms that enable leaders to behave in an autocratic or transformational manner; and to affect employee motivation, their behaviour and consequently, their organisational oriented ventures. The paper intends to establish the role of leadership style in motivating the teaching staff to be committed to their work. From these 7high schools, 84 teaching staff were selected to participate. It should be noted that these ‘high schools were not performing above the provincial benchmark. In order to obtain a holistic view of the overall leadership style present in the school system, a Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) was used. The researchers administered the questionnaires with the assistance of schools’ administrative clerks and the completed questionnaires were collected by the research support group. Data were analysed by descriptive statistics, such as percentages, frequency and the Cronbach-alpha coefficient to test among other things, the reliability of describing the impact and the leadership style in these schools. The study reveals that there strong relationship between transformational leadership behaviours and commitment (affective commitment; continuance commitment; and normative commitment). The findings further highlighted the relationship trust, inspiring a shared vision, encouraging creativity and emphasising development as positive aspect that motivate staff. While it can be argued that transformational leadership cannot raise job satisfaction, however the commitment of teachers to their job can raise job satisfaction and ultimately improve the school’s academic performance.

David Herbert Lawrence Novel: The Rainbow

Abstract: This is the story of three generations of Brangwens.  The Rainbow is one of Lawrence's great creation, partly for its tale of three generations of Brangwens and partly for its symbolism of The Rain bow. The latter figures in the end of the novel, when Ursula, representing the third generation of Brangwens, envisions a rainbow, symbolizing her hope, as of the novelist himself, after her fiasco with Skrebensky. Not coincidently the last chapter of the novel is also titled "The Rainbow". What could have given her a setback, infused her with a new life. Her flesh thrilled, though her soul was still sick. She suddenly found liberated, nonetheless, because Lawrence would care for the health of body more than for the health of soul. It seemed, as Lawrence writes, "this child like the seal set on her own nullity" (499). Lawrence's conception of nothingness or nullity is born out of human desire. She desired Skrebenskv but he left for India and married there. She wanted to "marry him, and live simply as a good wife to him"(499). Thus she had assured herself that the only kind of life was that of a simple sacrifice, subjugating her freedom and identity. Lawrence is obviously critical of Ursula was becoming a sacrifice. In fact, while thinking in these terms, Ursula was herself conscious of the fact that freedom did not matter. She asked a rhetorical question to herself : "What did the self, the form of life matter?"(499). It is ironic that Ursula decided to live in bad faith, knowing full well that herself, that is, her identity was all that mattered. But somehow the self in its freedom and identity becomes a burden, as it did for Urusla. She was tired of her struggle with Skrebensky. So she decided to compromise offering to live from day to day. This alone mattered for her ¾ "the beloved existence in the body, rich peaceful complete with no beyond, no future trouble, no further complication"(499). She felt guilty for she had been arrogant and wicked, "wanted that other thing, that fantastic freedom, that illusory conceited fulfillment which she had imagined she could not have with Skrebensky"(499).

Abstract: India began formal engagement with ASEAN in 1992 as a “Sectoral Dialogue Partner” (and subsequently as a “Dialogue Partner” in 1996. The initial years as a Dialogue Partner (DP) entailed interaction at the Foreign Minister level which was further upgraded to the Summit level in 2002, when the first such Summit level meeting was held. Engagement with ASEAN is a multi-level interaction process. At the apex is the annual summits (“ASEAN-India Summit”) supported by meetings at the Foreign Minister level (“ASEANIndia Foreign Ministers Meeting”-AIFMM; In ASEAN’s terminology, it is called ASEAN Post Ministerial Conference(PMC) 10+1 Sessions with Dialogue partners) and Senior Official level meetings (“AISOM”)(ie, standalone, prior to AIFMM, prior to AI Summits). In 2021, 18th ASEAN India Summit was held on 28 October, 2021; AIFMM was held on 04 August, 2021 and 23rd AISOM was held on 28 April, 2021.The cycle of meetings begins at Ambassador’s level, ASEAN India Joint Cooperation Committee Meeting (AIJCC),which was held on 23 March 2022. On October 28, 2021 Prime Minister co-chaired the 18th India-ASEAN Summit with Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei, the current Chair of ASEAN. The Summit was held virtually and saw participation from the Leaders of ASEAN Member States.

Abstract: Kim, thus, a tale never flags in the varied interests that absorbed the two sides of Kipling's brain–the mystic soul of the East and the ordering intelligence of the West are symbolized in a story that holds the least   reader in the grip of its kaleidoscopic romance. Creighton sahib and our old acquaintance strickland are now familiar stamp; but the swarms of orientals in this inexhaustible variety are hit off with unfailing individualizing touches. Kipling is all but a humorist in the scenes with the old lady of Kulu and the woman of Shemleigh and her submissive husband but the reader is inclined to make friends with Hurree Chander Mookerjee in spite of the quizzing of his 'Babudom'.

Abstract: Review of related literature is based on the material available in the University Library and in no way be considered exhaustive. The review is brief and presented chronologically in the following section. Carter (1985) in a study examined relationships between sex-role orientation and cognitive flexibility in 100 male and 100 female undergraduates. Specifically differences in cognitive flexibility between persons with different sex role orientations and the contributions of masculinity and feminity to the differences observed were examined. Subjects completed the Ben Sex-role Inventory and the Alternate Uses Test-Form A (AUT) a measure of cognitive flexibility. Androgynous subjects were expected to exhibit greater cognitive flexibility than traditionally typed subjects findings show that men scored significantly higher on the AUT Than Women. Androgynous subjects as predicted were cognitive flexibility flexible than were famine or under differentiated subjects but no differences emerged between androgynous and masculine subjects Journal abstract. Arora (1986) conducted a study on college students studying in different streams of professional courses completed personality tests. Findings indicate that personality adjustment was inversely correlated with self-concept and creative potential but was positively correlated with level of aspiration creative potential was immensely correlated with self-concept.

Virus Research Unit, Department of Microbiology, University of Port Harcourt, Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

ABSTRACT: Background: Rubella is an acute contagious viral infection that can cause devastating effects on a developing foetus resulting in miscarriage, foetal death, or the birth of an infant with congenital rubella syndrome (CRS). Materials and Method: Using ELISA kits, a cross-sectional study was performed to determine anti-Rubella IgG and IgM antibodies in blood samples obtained from 90 pregnant women attending an antenatal clinic. Results: An overall seroprevalence of 96.7% for rubella-IgG antibodies and 15.6% for rubella-IgM antibodies were obtained, while 3 (3.33%) and 74 (84.4%) tested seronegative for rubella-IgG and -IgM respectively. However, none (0%) participants were Rubella IgG seronegative and rubella-IgM seropositive. While most factors studied were found not to influence rubella (p>0.05) significantly, marital status (p=0.035) and history of abortion (p=0.000) were found to affect IgG seropositivity significantly, and STD history significantly affected IgM seropositivity (p=0.006). Conclusion: This study found a large proportion (96.7%) of pregnant women to be immune to rubella and 15.6% with evidence of recent infection. However, 3.3% remain susceptible to acquiring rubella. Thus, to keep this susceptible group at the bare minimum, women of childbearing age should be continually screened before conception, and adequate vaccination programs and a continuous surveillance system should be implemented.

Abstract: There is a need to do researches on some things which are unsolved in science. Inventing Super-human is one of them. I tried to my best to invent superhumans in modern methods.cSuper-human has proposed and designed by me with a scientific methodology with some clues and ideas which we can create super humans by which he has super strength, super speed, super agility, super  reflexes, super dexterity,  super levitation, super flight, super invulnerability, super stamina, super jumping,  super healing factor, super longevity, super immortality, super senses, super hearing, super olfaction,  super telescopic vision, super x-ray vision, super microscopic vision, super eidetic memory or photographic memory,  super genius level intellect, super solar energy absorption, super heat vision, super breath, super freeze breath,   super dexterity, super invisibility and intangibility by vibrate his molecules, super outer space travel and super inner atomic space travel. He could fly so fast he could travel through time, his strength was enough to move the planet, his invulnerability became pretty much absolute, and he was given a raft of sensory powers-heat vision and even super ventriloquism. I proposed and designed superhuman with a new scientific methodology through this it is possible to invent Super-human and I tried to conduct researches but uncompleted due to lack of support and opportunities. I call on world scientists to do researches that invent Super-human. The researches and studies done by me on the invention of Super-human can be useful and inspiring for future generations. So, scientists can study the researches, studies and published works I have done thoroughly and go up with solutions to solve the issue.
