Abstract: These review asses that the constraints and opportunities of goat production in Ethiopia with the aim of delivering summarized and synthesized information for the customer and producer. In developing countries, huge goat resources are present and the demand for meat products is strongly increasing. The significant recent development in the goat value chain is a very high export demand for goat meat from Ethiopia. About 80% of meat exported to the Middle East is goat meat. About 12% of the goat meat that enters the value chain from lowlands (7,924 TECs) is exported to these countries per annum .The hides and skins value chain is composed of a network of collectors, small and big regional traders, and tanners. About 105,714 tonnes of hides and skins are collected. Goat manure is widely used as a soil fertilizer for crop production. Sheep and goats are largely produced in mixed crop–livestock, specialized pastoral and agro pastoral systems. Goat productions are highly hindered by feed shortage, disease and climate change, market fluctuation, mortality, transport, severe water shortage and high. There are opportunities to increase goat production like require short generation interval, high market demand smaller space and capital, large unmanaged land, their high turnover rate, easy to be managed by children and women, and job opportunity. Depending on this review biggest increase in production and profits will occur when multiple interventions are combined.  It is important to use modern production systems with improved technology in urban and per-urban area, and in rural area improve traditional system through Provide training to farmers, development agent, traders cooperatives and transport office. In addition to this Government should provide the investment for pasture improvement, introducing and promoting improved forage, Support livestock sector with special credit service.

Abstract— An Octagonal shaped Annular Ring pattern reconfigurable antenna is proposed for cognitive radio applications which gives Omni-directional and directional pattern at 1.3 GHz. The antenna has the frequency switching capability at 1.5 GHz, 3.2 GHz, 4.8 GHz and 6.8 GHz with the use of a single PIN diode. Further, the antenna is modified by inserting a slotted square shape in an octagonal ring. With the use of two diodes, the proposed antenna shows the pattern diversity at 3.2 GHz and 4.6 GHz with the gain of 6.23 dBi. Also, the antenna shows the frequency switching for 1.5 GHz, 3.1 GHz, 4 GHz, 4.3 GHz, 4.8 GHz and 6.8 GHz with the different states of the PIN diode. The proposed antennas can be used for RFID, S and C band applications.

Abstract: The study investigated the physicochemical and organoleptic properties of cooked cassava dough fortified with selected defatted legume flours. Four different defatted legume flours were used to produce composite cassava flour while 100 % cassava flour was used as control sample. The five different cassava flours were used to produce cooked cassava dough popularly call “Amala-lafun” in Nigeria. The proximate composition, mineral profiles, antinutritional factors, functional and pasting properties of the flours as well as sensory attributes of the cooked cassava dough were determined using standard analytical methods. Results obtained shows that proximate composition and mineral profiles were significantly improved at alpha P < 0.05 compared to control sample while determined antinutritional factors of all the samples falls within tolerant levels. Functional and pasting properties of the sample flours and its cooked dough significantly (p<0.05) improved than the control sample. Sensory property of the cooked cassava dough shows that using defatted legume of the study samples will be acceptable to consumers especially defatted soybean-cassava flour cooked dough which had overall acceptability score of 7.35. The study result shows that fortifying cassava flour with defatted legume flour enhanced its nutrition density, physicochemical properties and sensory attributes.

Abstract. In this article, the leading axiom of providing quality education in the context of globalization is the presentation of theoretical knowledge in visual or direct visual form. As a reflection of this axiom, information and communication technology (ICT) helps to solve the problem of providing students with visualized knowledge. With the help of many programs, browsers and applications that have these technologies, any theoretical knowledge can be visually expressed. The didactic nature of geography provides ample opportunities for the effective use of information and communication technologies in the educational process. The article discusses the didactic possibilities of using information and communication technologies in the teaching of geography.

ABSTRACT: Education is a powerful instrument of social change, and often initiates upward movement in the social structure. Thereby, helping to bridge the gap between the different sections of society. The educational scene in the country has undergone major change over the years, resulting in better provision of education and better educational practices. In 1944, the Central Advisory Board of Education (CABE) published a comprehensive report called the Sergeant Report on the post-war educational development of the country. As per the report, provisions for the education of the handicapped2 , were to form an essential part of the national system of education, which was to be administered by the Education Department. According to this report, handicapped children were to be sent to special schools only when the nature and extent of their defects made this necessary. The Kothari Commission (1964–66), the first education commission of independent India, observed: “the education of the handicapped children should be an inseparable part of the education system.” The comission recommended experimentation with integrated programmes in order to bring as many children as possible into these programmes (Alur, 2002).
