Abstract:
Cloud RAN(C-RAN) is also known
as Centralized RAN is providing flexible for operators for
capital expenditure and operational expenditure. The benefits of
C-RAN minimize the Total Cost Ownership (TCO) and improve the
network performance. It is providing benefit for low-latency
network in 5G as Ultra-reliable Low-latency Communications (uRLLC).
The 5G C-RAN providing the benefits of no need of rebuild the
transport network. C-RAN architecture it is essential
dynamically mapping of Remote Radio Heads (RRHs) and Baseband
Units (BBUs). Otherwise, it will cause call blocking and network
connections with less quality. The proposed paper optimization
of reduce blocking calls as well as load process balance of BBUs
by using Swarm Intelligence (SI) algorithms. In simulation
results it’s proved that SI algorithm reduce the blocked calls
and maximize balance of processing load of BBUs.

ABSTRACT:
This research work
aimed to examine the comparative analysis on the diastolic blood
pressure of some selected age group in Ise-Emure Local
Government, Ekiti State. The data used for this research work
covered the age group between 20 years and above with record of
Diastolic blood pressure and patients ages of forty (40) people
in Ise-Emure Local Government, Ekiti State. The data used for
this research work was secondary which was extracted from the
surveyed record of laboratory test department of general
hospital, Ise-Emure Local Government, Ekiti State. From the
graph, the diagram showed that,
as the age increases so also the diastolic blood pressure rises
at a slowly manner. The result of the analysis carried out using
SPSS from the data revealed that the Pearson’s correlation
coefficient computed to be
,
which implies that there is steady relationship between Age and
Diastolic blood pressure of the patients at general hospital
Ise-Emure, Ekiti.. From the analysis we observed that the
p-value (0.002) is less than the alpha level (0.05), of which we
reject Ho.
Under the test for
independence, the was
computed to be while
that of corresponding was
observed to be 1.686, of which ,
by comparison was
rejected.

ABSTRACT:
This paper is focused on the
study of some quality characteristics of Paracetamol Tablet
produced by TUYIL Pharmaceutical Industry Limited, Ilorin, Kwara
State between January and June 2019. The data used was a
secondary data collected from the quality department of the
company, and collected on the following four quality
characteristics: average weight (milligram), hardness (kilo
pounds), disintegration time (minutes), and friability
(percentage) as in the appendix. The Pattern of distribution was
examined for the characteristics through their histogram and
monitored using -chart
and R-chart. The process capability analysis was carried out by
estimating the capability indexes ().
All the quality characteristics studied are in statistical
control, capable of producing within their specified range. All
the pairs of the quality characteristics are significantly
correlated.

Abstract: The study on the
Impact of Long-lasting Insecticides Net on the Entomological
Inoculation Rate of Anopheles gambiae in some communities
of the FCT was carried out from April 2019 to March 2020 to
access the influence of Long-lasting insecticides treated net on
the level of malaria transmission. Pyrethrum spray catches and
CDC light trapping methods were used to collect mosquitos three
times in a month in households with net and without net. The
collected mosquitos were sorted out into genera, with
Anopheles further identified to species level, The relative
abundance of mosquito genera in Paiko was 76.28% Culex,
21.76% Anopheles,1.96% Aedes in Dukpa Culex
constitute 73.79%, Anopheles 23.26%, Aedes 2.96%
respectively. The mean man biting rate estimated in both
sentinel sites were numerically lower in netted households than
non-netted households with a statistical significance difference
of P=0.0317 (<0.05) in Paiko and P=0.0374 (<0.05) in Dukpa. The
mean sporozoite rate were also numerically higher in netted
households than non-netted households in both sentinel site with
no statistically significant difference of P=0.559 (>0.05) in
Paiko and P=0.702 (>0.05) in Dukpa. The annual entomological
inoculation rate in netted households and non-netted households
in Paiko were 1.78, 10.52 and in Dukpa, 8.09 and 27.47 infective
bite per person per year respectively indicating a stable
malaria transmission.

ABSTRACT:
This paper is aimed at projecting the future population of
Nigeria using
the exponential and geometric growth models
from 1991 and 2006 population censuses of Nigeria. The data used
in this research paper were extracted from the National
Population Commission of Nigeria bulletin which was secondary
data. The forecast for Geometric and Exponential models were
made using last Nigeria population census 2006 as base
population and projection were made from 2012 to 2022
and adopt the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) to detect which of
the methods adopted is better for population projection. RMSE of both
geometric and exponential population projections are
1,832,610,950 and 1,930,404,821 respectively. The multiple bar
chart was drawn which indicated higher increase in population
projection for both geometric and exponential growth models.

Abstract: This
research work centered on econometrics analysis on significance
of transportation sector to the Nation Gross Domestic Product
(GDP) in Nigeria economic. The aim of this research work is to
test for significance of transportation sector to the Nation
Gross Domestic Product. The literature review explain
extensively on the important of using econometrics to carry out
this research and why is desirable to fit the model. The
methodology employs the use of multiple regression analysis,
test of parameter and coefficient of determination. The road,
sea, rail and air transportation are useful in predicting the
value of Gross Domestic Product. The value of R-square show that
combination of IR, ER, CPI and PIE explain variation in GDP
which is significantly implies that the four variables are
important in GDP and the Sea transportation contribute majorly
to the nation Gross Domestic Product. Testing the significant of
the parameter, it is observed that there is presence of
multicollinearity, heteroscedascity and autocorrelation and
necessary correction are made on them.
