Abstract:
Objective: To compare the ICSI-ET outcomes in poor
responders underwent ovarian stimulation by the ultrashort GnRH
antagonist protocol with or without adjuvant GH injection.
Methods:
This randomized controlled trial
was conducted at Al-Azhar University from November-2016 to
January-2019. All patients received the same preparations. After
randomization, in the study group, women received GH 4IU/day
subcutaneous injection stopped 1 day before ovum pickup. While
in the control group, women received subcutaneous saline in the
same dosing as in the study group. After intervention, all
procedures were the same in both groups. The main outcome
measure was the clinical pregnancy rate.
Results:
Both groups were comparable with regard their age, BMI, duration
of infertility and the number previous cycles with poor
response. Ovulation characteristics were comparable (p 0.618) as
well as their AMH (p 0.795). The level of E2 is significantly
(p=0.005) higher in the GH group versus the control group. The
oocyte retrieved number was significantly (p<0.001) higher in
the GH group 4.94 (1.77) than in the control group 3.74 (1.82).
The mean number of MII oocytes was significantly (p<0.001)
higher in the GH group 3.3(1.36) than in the control group
2.29(1.24). Fertilization characteristics were comparable. The
implantation rate, the chemical pregnancy rate and the clinical
pregnancy rate were comparable (p-values>0.05) between groups.
Conclusion:
This study showed no significant increase in clinical and
chemical pregnancy rates by the addition of GH to the ultrashort
antagonist protocol in poor responders. The number of retrieved
oocytes was significantly higher in the GH group.

Abstract:
The interest in computer vision has been popularised since a few
decades. With the passage of time, its efficiency and accuracy
of face detection is being improved day after day. As per the
speed of computer is being rapidly increased but we are still
willing for much better, similarly the speed of detecting a face
is also being improved for Excellency. This document describes
the concepts and techniques to get a face detected through a
camera by using open-CV and Python. In this process, a neural
network is used to get accurate results in face detection and
there are different algorithms adopted for a neural network such
as Deep Neural Networks (DNN), Convolutional Neural Networks
(CNN), etc. Tensor-Flow recently uplifted by Google while
working on Neural Networks, is the great tool to train data set
in a better way having three layers named input layer, hidden
layer and output layer. With the help of open source libraries
an image or a frame can be detected if there present the
specific functionalities the library is about, similarly face
detection library also focusses the face in the image and to get
more accuracy hence we have the concept of Artificial Neural
Network (ANN).

Abstract:
Synthetic insecticides have been
mainly used for the control of stored products insect pests. But
have now becoming limited due to many drawbacks. Nano sciences
and nanotechnology are the study of extremely small things at nm
scale. The present study was carried at Chemistry Laboratory,
Punjab Bioenergy Institute, University of Agriculture
Faisalabad. Tribolium castaneum were collected from grain
market, located in Faisalabad and population of insect was
acclimatized to the laboratory. After extraction of plant
materials (oils from Ricinus communis and Citrus
paradise) biosynthesis of nano-particles was done
accordingly to standard procedure. Toxicity bioassays was done
by three concentrations (5, 10 and 15 %) of the plant oils (for
each of the simple plant oil) and 100, 200 and 300 ppm (for nano-particles)
were used. Data regarding mortality was recorded after 24, 48,
72 and 96 hours of the treatment application. In case of plant
oil, highest mortality (36.12%) was recorded by R. communis
at 15% and after exposure period of 96 (hr.) while R.
communis silver nanoparticle gave 41.40% at 300 ppm.
Repellency bioassay was done by area preference method. Silver
nanoparticles repellency highest range was 67.89% at 15%
concentration of R. communis and lowest was 28.31% at
same concentration of the C. paradise oils, used.
Hence, plant based insecticides can be helpful for the
management of stored commodities insect pests.

Abstract:
Due to great diversity
in their forms and habitats, insects are seriously influencing
man since long time. Among them, a significant role is played by
the mosquitoes and the most widely affecting species include
Culex quinquefasciatus, A. albopictus and A. aegypti
which serve as vectors for many hematophagous diseases
Various control measures have been used to control the
mosquitoes but most important is the use of synthetic
insecticides. Bio pesticides such as plant extracts and green
synthesized nano-products have received much attention as
potentially useful bioactive compounds against mosquitoes. This
research focused on the use of botanical extracts and green
synthesized silver nanoparticles of four different plants i.e.
Azadirachta indica,
Zingiber officinale, Syzygium aromaticum
and Datura stramonium. Percent
mean mortality was calculated. The results of the study
indicated that on maximum concentration and all-out exposure
time (96 hours) of application of plant extracts and green
synthesized silver nanoparticles on mosquitoes Azadirachta
indica based plant extract give highest percent mortality
that was 79% and Silver nanoparticles of that plant also give
highest percent mortality that was 92%.

Abstract:
Stem cells are derived from embryonic and non-embryonic tissues.
Most stem cell studies are for animal stem cells and plants have
also stem cell. Stem cells were discovered in 1981 from early
mouse embryos. Stem cells have the potential to develop into all
different cell types in the living body. Stem cell is a body
repair system. When a stem cell divides it can be still a stem
cell or become adult cell, such as a brain cell. Stem cells are
unspecialized cells and can renew themselves by cell division,
and stem cells can also differentiate to adult cells with
special functions. Stem cells replace the old cells and repair
the damaged tissues. Embryonic stem cells can become all cell
types of the body because they are pluripotent. Adult stem cells
are thought to be limited to differentiating into different cell
types of their tissue of origin. This article introduces recent
research reports as references in the related studies.

Abstract:
Virtual reality news relies on
virtual reality technology to give viewers a new experience that
is different from traditional real-time news reports. At the
same time, the diverse and intuitive reporting methods have
significantly increased the predictive value of news
information; the guiding role of the audience's follow-up
reactions and behaviors based on this news has become more
prominent. On the basis of virtual reality, big data and robot
technology are also continuously integrated into virtual reality
news. The news reporting process is no longer simply to restore
the scene through technology. The "human" thinking has become an
important factor in the virtual reality news report. Virtual
reality news greatly improves the processing power and
efficiency of news information with its fast intelligent
analysis and news presentation capabilities in real-time reports
with high timeliness requirements.

Abstract:
Sports injuries are one of the
main obstacles facing the development of the athletic level of
the player and prevent him from achieving the required athletic
achievement, as the progressive development processes are
affected by the distribution of sports training loads as a
result of the various injuries that the player is exposed to, in
order to prevent the player from achieving the target over the
periods of the training season.
Objectives:
The research aims to design a
program of rehabilitative exercises to improve the percentage of
muscle balance after a shoulder strap injury in some athletes
and to know its effect on the following: Muscle strength in
affected muscles improved after physical rehabilitation, Kinetic
range of the affected muscles improved after physical
rehabilitation., The pain intensity of the affected muscles
improved after physical rehabilitation.
Hypothesis:
There are statistically
significant differences between the mean pre-measurement and the
mean after measurement in the improvement of the muscle strength
of the affected muscles in favor of the post-measurement. There
are statistically significant differences between the mean
pre-measurement and the mean after measurement in the
improvement of the motor range of the affected muscles in favor
of the post-measurement. There are statistically significant
differences between the mean pre-measurement and the mean after
measurement in the improvement of the pain intensity of the
affected muscles in favor of the post-measurement.
Conclusions explanation: It is clear that there are
statistically significant differences between the tribal
measurement and the dimensional measurement in the research
variables, where the rate of change between the average tribal
measurement and the average dimensional measurement in muscle
strength reached 146.88%, as well as a noticeable improvement in
pain intensity of 86.29% Also, there is an improvement in the
kinetic range of 44.05% for the tide movement, and 88.23% for
the horizontal divergence movement, in favor of post
measurement.
