Abstract: Accurate measurement of adequacy of haemodialysis is essential for evaluation of the care provided to patients with end stage renal disease on regular haemodialysis. Adequacy of haemodialysis is often measured using urea reduction ratio or kt/v. The usefulness of serum cystatin C reduction as an indicator of adequacy of haemodialysis is not known with certainty, therefore the present study will be undertaken in order to evaluate the potential clinical utility of serum cystatin C determination in patients undergoing haemodialysis. Aim of the work: This study will be conducted on 40 patients with end stage renal disease on regular haemodialysis by measurement of serum cystatin C before and after dialysis session to evaluate cystatin C reduction ratio as an indicator for adequacy of haemodialysis compared to urea reduction ratio, and serum creatinine.

Abstract: Traditional drugs, such as opium, heroin and other natural products, usually, have physical early and specific effects and side effects. But consumers of stimulants, such as "glass", except for the change in pupil size and dimensions, possible wounds in corners of tongue and small amounts of impotence are the physical symptoms and changes in consumer behavior. The remarkable thing is that, traditional drugs have signs of "hangover" or withdrawal of the drug after 4 to 12 hours from the last consumption. The statistical population of the study is all women undergoing conservative treatment that referred to center for addiction treatment of doctor Jafari in the six months of 2015-2014 that after informing and obtaining consent from individuals to engage in research, 30 people were randomly selected among them and were in two groups of 15 participants for testing and controlling. Then, in 8 weekly group sessions of 45 minutes, the experimental group participated in the treatment group with the aim to teach distraction techniques. The instrument used in this study was a 17-item questionnaire of Scherrer and 14-item questionnaire of Haynes and colleagues at the pre-test and post-test. The main findings obtained from covariance showed no significant difference between the mean scores of craving posttest in the experimental group.

Abstract: The objective of this paper is some technological developments of smart phone applications, electron Stethoscope and Real-time monitoring systems and their diagnostive purposes and others like vaccinological technologies their comparisons in to human and Veterinary medical that create some new technical and technological workings for the cases of animal disease diagnosis, treatments and preventions, To change our country visions in to new technological applications for veterinary medical practices and the word technology means different in to different peoples or individuals. Many of us think of smartphones or sophisticated computers as cutting-edge technology and perhaps don’t imagine much in the way of technological advancement is occurring in everyday veterinary clinical practice. The truth is a lot of advancements in a variety of technologies are taking place in veterinary practice, and it is some of these this article will explore. Technology is, for me, anything that helps us to do our jobs better, whether it be enabling us to perform tasks faster, more effectively, or to enable us to achieve a better outcome for our patients and clients. In essence, technological advances should, and usually do, enhance both our personal and working lives. Sustainable food production capable of feeding a growing human population is a significant global challenge, and is a priority encompassed within the United Nations Millennium Development Goal to ‘eradicate extreme poverty and hunger’. Infectious diseases reduce the productivity of farm animals, and the globalized trade of animals and their products increases the threat of disease incursion. Accurate and rapid diagnostic tests are an essential component of contingency plans to detect, control and eradicate such diseases.

Abstract: Human architectures, like human beings themselves, are generally united, coordinated and targeted where components of fabricators systemize them completely. In the contemporary era, industrial revolution and their outcomes on the one hand and the need of impressive and bulky structures with the development of architectural science on the other led the ground for separation of theory and action and similarly separation of civil engineering from architecture. During this transition, structures are formed that often develop not only a coordinated and unified mould rather in a collection of mould with separated parts. By this way, whole architecture and their targets endanger and there may emerge a kind incompatibility between structure and space as the most real architectural components. In the process of architectural designing with worrisome essence, axial and tandem solution with criticism, test and error; programming is considered vital enough to reach to targeted modality along with beautiful form and space. The present research therefore, is an attempt to study the unanimous realization of structure and space and coordination in architectural planning.

Abstract: During the last years, natural resources in Iran have suffered severe degradations. For the sustainable and better management of these resources, various policies have been advised, the most promising of which is the management of natural resources through participation of the local people. However, it has proven difficult to involve local people in natural resources management activities. Therefore there is a great need to know the reason for the low level of participation by the local communities. This study was designed to analyze the relationship between attitude toward watershed management plans and people participation in Iran. The purpose of this study is to assess Farmers’ attitude toward the soil conservation practices in the Kushk-Abad catchment basins in the province of Khorasan Razavi. A sample of 200 farmers was randomly selected from 1200 farmers living in Kardeh catchment basin. A questionnaire was developed and revised by experts’ panel of agricultural education and promotion to confirm the validity of the questionnaire and satisfactory reliability coefficient was obtained as well. The results showed a medium level of soil conservation use by most farmers. It was also found that there is a significant positive correlation between the amount of communication channels, information resources, and access to the IT infrastructures use with our dependent variable i.e. soil conservation implementation. The hierarchical regression analysis was applied in two steps to determine the predictive variables of soil conservation practices which, at the first step, the variables pertaining to the amount of communication channels and information resources were entered followed by variables of access to the ICT infrastructures on the second step as the independent variable. They explain 16.1% of variance of soil conservation practices. The results of this research also showed that the level of the respondent’s attitude toward SCP was relatively high. This study also proved that participation in SCP is positively and significantly correlated with attitude toward SCP (r = 0.534, p =0.000).

Abstract: This research studies the evaluation and comparing the effect of financial providing via issuance of common stock and long-term bonds on the return of the shares on listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange. The statistical sample in this research includes listed companies in Tehran Stock Exchange which have used the issuance method in common stock or long term bonds for financial security during the years 2001 to 2007. The number of companies which acted in issuing common stock, were 149 and those using long term bonds for financial security were 89. Three hypotheses have been discussed in the present research. It is assumed that return of equity (ROE), return of investment (ROI), and the return of each share (E/P) in the companies that issued common stocks were more than those that used term loans. The above-mentioned hypotheses of research were tested by using Kolmogrove—Smirnov Test, equality variances and independent sample t- test. The results indicate that there is no significant difference among ROE and ROI in the two groups of tested companies. But E/P in companies that have used term loans is more than those that have issued common stock.

This paper has been achieved from the second author’s Ph.D. thesis, under supervision of Dr. Seyed Majid Mofidi Shemirani and consultancy of Dr. Farah Habib which is currently being undertaken in Science and Research branch, Islamic Azad University, Tehran, Iran, titled “Criteria Codification of Urban Sustainable Communities (emphasized on Iran hot and arid climate)”.

Abstract: Population increases in cities, as well as a strong trend towards urbanization that have a variety of reasons, including focusing more services in cities is a phenomenon with which large cities in developing countries are faced. On the other hand, due to the increase in global warming and climate change, thinkers and theorists have sought many different solutions, one of which is the theory of "sustainable development". For years, the theory had further emphasized the economic needs and environmental limitations, but it has played more part in the local and indigenous aspects with the emergence of the slogan "think globally, act locally" in the past decade. On the other hand, each city can be identified by the characteristics of its residential communities, and can meet various economic, social, cultural needs of its citizens if the problems and damages are less at the community level. What can currently be seen are developments in the old urban contexts and their replacement by new contexts in which a large number of problems may be encountered, and then there would be more problems when a comparison is made between the new contexts with older communities? This paper has been explored criteria for structure of sustainable urban communities and tried to prove the hypothesis, which physical characteristics of a community in the hot and dry climate of Iran meets some principles which have led to sustain traditional indigenous communities. To prove the hypothesis, three traditional indigenous communities in Yazd were studied. The physical criteria for sustainable community in both housing and community sectors were studied by distributing questionnaires using importance-satisfaction rate. Finally, the scientific-deductive method confirmed that the traditional indigenous communities have more stability than existing communities in terms of its body.

Abstract: Dominated by mountaneous and hilly terrain, and drained by major rivers to the north and east. Bosnia and Herzegovina has a climate that is as variable as the rest of the former yugoslova federation, with moderate continental climate. Conditions generally very cold winters and hot summers. Bosnia and Herzegovina resides in an area if active scismic accivity and earth tremors do happen a very so often, large scale earth quakes also occur. Flash floods and land slides etc disasters also hit the country. Bosnia and Herzegovinapossesses considerable water resources. There are many minerals such as bauxite, iron, and zinc and other brown coal, coke, lignite, barite, crushed stone, lime stone, salt, sand and gravel etc., available.

Keeping in view of all above geographical facts of the country, I have conducted many comprehensive studies on the Bosnia and Herzegovina weather conditions and natural calamities combined with my researches and proposed the Bosnia and Herzegovina Monsoon Time Scale, Bosnia and Herzegovina Weather Time scale and Bosnia and Herzegovina National Geoscope Project along with the other scientific results Bioforecast effect, Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology etc which can help to estimate the impending weather conditions and natural hazards of the country in advance to take mitigative measures and save the people, crops and other assets. For example-

By setting up the Bosnia and Herzegovina National Geoscope project and maintain, the country can be predicted the impending earthquakes(and / or storm surges, tsunamis, volcanic hazards etc geological hazards also) in advance. Earth’s underground mineral and water resources can still be found. Geoscope is also useful in emerging industries such as geothermal and geo-sequestration etc.

By establishing the Bosnia and Herzegovina Monsoon Time Scale and maintain, the country can be estimated the impending weather conditions and natural calamities rains, floods, landslides, avalanches, blizzard and droughts, extreme winter conditions, heavy rainfall, mudflows, extreme weather, cyclones, cloud burst, sand storms, hails, and winds etc in advance. Surface water resources can still be found.
