Abstract:  According to Global Monsoon Time Scales, changes in climate are going to happen in the Afghanistan in the coming years up to 2075's. Future changes are expected to include a warmer atmosphere, a warmer and more acidic ocean, higher sea levels and larger changes in precipitation pattern. According to an estimate, the climate of the Afghanistan will change in the coming years and Heavy rains and floods will occur. The rivers that currently flowing normally will overflow. ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to bring to the fore the essence of the organizational structure in the assignment of responsibility in relation to the flow of authority in a corporate setting. Organization refers to the structure of relationships among position jobs, which is created to achieve certain objective and control the activities of man with a mechanism. The approach adopted by the authors is to study related literature based on the typical issues related to the concepts and draw meaningful conclusions per a logical analysis of the compiled literature. An in-depth examination of the literature collated revealed that there should be a clear definition of authority in the organization and that this authority flows, one link at a time, through the chain of command from the top to the bottom of the organization. Communication in the organization is through channels. Following this principle generally results in clarification of relationships, less confusion, and improved decision-making. KEYWORDS: Accountability, Organization, Responsibility, Structure, Chain of Command.

STUDY ON Psychoanalytic Criticism

Abstract: Psychoanalytic criticism begins from the publications of Sigmund Freud's “The Interpretations of Dreams” (1900). In this  work we find the first example of applied psychoanalysis with Freud’s interpretation of William Shakespeare’s play “Hamlet”. for Freud, “Hamlet” derives from repressed infantile sexual desire. Hamlet is the first modern psychopathological character on the English stage; he is a character who is able to perform any act except take vengeance on the man who did away with this father and took his father's place with his mother the man who shows him the repressed wishes of his own childhood realized. Thus Hamlet reveals to us our deeply repressed oedipal desire. Freude’s brief, interpretation of “Hemlet” has been criticized by Shakespearean scholars but at the same time it has remained a peculiarly enduring reading of the play.

Section 377 of IPC missing in the proposed Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 would lead men remediless towards unnatural offences against them

 AIR 2018 SC 4321

WP (C) No. 10907/2019 (Delhi High Court)

Abstract: The Union Home Minister Amit Shah has introduced three new Bills in the Lok Sabha which propose a complete overhaul of the criminal justice system in India. The proposed Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 would repeal and replace the colonial era Indian Penal Code, 1860. It is disheartening to see that an offence akin to Section 377 of IPC does not find place in the proposed Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. Meaning thereby, the protection of law towards non- consensual sexual acts/unnatural sex against adult men would no longer be available in the new Code. Further, a man or woman committing bestiality would also not be an offence in the new Code which is currently treated as intercourse against the order of nature under Section 377 of IPC.
