To Prevent Heart Diseases, you must make sure you get plenty of rests. Quit smoking, tobacco, and drugs, as they not only damage your heart but also many other parts of your body. Regular check-ups with your doctor is essential because early detection gives you more chances of treating your conditions.

Healthy diets also play an important role. Even though milk is an important part of a healthy diet, some people have trouble digesting milk. Try to drink a small amount at one time or drink low lactose milk. You can also try having coffee or tea with low fat milk instead of creamer.

Cutting down salt intake is also important. Season food with herbs and spices instead. Salt should be used sparingly to enhance, instead of overwhelming the natural flavors. Eating fresh fruits and vegetables can add more fibre to your diet and reduce the risks of heart attacks.

Brown rice contains almost 3 times the dietary fibre of white rice, so go for the brown rice. Eggs may be high in cholesterol, but they are a valuable source of protein, iron and vitamins, so eat them in moderation. Remeber, too much of anything can become poison, but too little of anything can also be bad. The key is moderation.

Healthy diets also play an important role.
