Abstract: The fiscal investment and financing refers to
the government unifies various idle funds, in particular the
private sector together, by way of national credit and they are
managed by the financial sector to achieve certain objectives of
industrial policy and fiscal policy. And the fiscal sector
adopts the way of direct or indirect loans to support the
development of production and business activities. As an
important realization means of allocating resources in market
economy, the fiscal investment and financing has a unique effect
in promoting the economic growth, adjusting and improving the
economic structure, strengthening the macro-control capacity.
Therefore, the government should increase the support of fiscal
investment and financing to the development of circular economy.

ABSTRACT:
Artemether is an antimalarial which is effective in the
treatment of multidrug resistant malaria. Limited information is
available on role of oxidative stress in tissue toxicity during
administration of artemether. Therefore selected biochemical,
seminological and histological changes following acute
administration of artemether were evaluated using animal model.
Artemether was administered to groups 1-4 for five consecutive
days after which the mice were sacrificed on day 6.
Hepatotoxicity, neurotoxicity, nephrotoxicity and toxicity of
testes were assessed. There was increased lipid peroxidation in
the four organs as indicated by increased malondialdehyde and
antioxidants (reduced glutathione, catalase and superoxide
dismutase) in groups given artemether when compared with
control. In artemether treated groups, there were dose-dependent
histopathological effects. Artemether induced oxidative stress
which resulted in reduced sperm quality, lipids and lipoprotein
levels as well as defective histology of the animal tissues.

Abstract:
Now a day’s everyone uses ATM (Automated Teller Machine) for
secure transaction but always carrying the ATM card is very
difficult. Many times we forget to carry ATM card and sometimes
forget the password. Hackers can easily hack the password in the
current era. In this paper we introduce the biometric technology
in ATM and we also use the extra feature i.e. cell number that
easily describe the user identity. Many users have account on
same bank so consuming the less time in searching process
because each user has its personal cell number, firstly we type
the cell number and then can use the biometric technology as an
ATM card and biometric password so that without card user can
withdraw the cash. We can secure the person’s identification and
card from thief and hackers through biometric system because
each person has unique iris, finger print voice etc.

Neuroscience of Sleep
and the Recent Advances in Diagnosis, Genetics and Treatment of
Restless Legs Syndrome

Abstract:
Restless leg syndrome as a condition characterized by
uncomfortable and unpleasant sensation in the legs, with an urge
to move impairs the sleep and may so negatively affect quality
of life and individual functioning of the sufferers. During the
night and while asleep, restless legs syndrome which is now
turned into periodic limb movements (PLM) can be more frequently
seen. This condition is frequently under-diagnosed. They
movements may range from a barely visible small extension of the
foot or big toe, to classical periodic limb movement with knee
and hip bending, to periodic limb movement involving the arms
and/or the trunk and so the whole body. In the face-down
position, a pelvic component of muscle contractions is sometimes
notable in periodic limb movement. PLM can also be smoother or
jerkier. A different and very specific situation is the
augmentation of restless leg syndrome. Here, the urge to move
sometimes becomes overwhelming and very intense or almost
violent movements can be observed, often involving the whole
trunk with rocking movements. In addition, PLM during the day
and night time are present. When observing with a trained eye,
there are many opportunities to observe PLM in the public
spaces, e.g. in waiting lounges at airports and concert halls.
There is a clear division between voluntary and involuntary
movements in RLS which can be reported by patients and further
evaluated by expert physicians. Today we have a remarkable
amount of data coming from the evidence-based medical practice
and research with regard to diagnosis, genetics and treatment of RLS. This will be the focus for the present short review.

Abstract:
This is one of the interesting papers which deals with the
changes in consumption patterns of alcohol and its effects on
human health. This paper elucidates that use of alcohol plays
very important role on human health, society and its
environment. It has been observed during this study that in
ancient times people were used to drinking mainly for pleasure,
while in 21st century consumption of alcohol, is
primarily for stress control, fashion, macho masculine display,
treatment for insomniac, sexual satisfaction, or as a medicine.

Abstract:
This work was carried out in the
course of a screening program for specific actinomycetes
bioactive substances that demonstrated inhibitory effects
against some pathogenic strains.
Different soil samples collected
from various Egyptian localities e.g. (Assiut, Luxor and
El-Minia governorates). Out of 44 soil samples
collected from Assiut, Luxor and El-Minia governorates,
194 isolates of actinomycetes were isolated. The
isolation of the actinomycete isolates was conducted by three
different isolation media which included (starch nitrate agar
medium, casein starch agar medium and glycerol asparagine agar
medium).
One of the actinomycete culture,
symbol AZ-A151 from two cultures was found to produce a wide
spectrum antimicrobial agent(s) against Staphylococcus aureus,
NCTC 7447; Escherichia coli, NCTC 10416; Klebsiella
pneumonia, NCIMB 9111; Salmonella typhi;
Saccharomyces cerevisiae,
ATCC
9763; Aspergillus
flavus, IMI 111023;
Alternaria alternate
and Fusarium
verticillioides. The
nucleotide sequence of the 16s DNA gene (1.5 Kb) of the most
potent strain evidenced an 92% similarity with
Streptomyces
crystallinus.
From the taxonomic features, the actinomycetes isolate AZ-A151
matched with Streptomyces
crystallinus
in the morphological,
physiological and biochemical characters. Thus, it was given the
suggested name Streptomyces
crystallinus,
AZ-A151.

Abstract:
This study
was undertaken due to our concern for determining the
degradation of active ingredient of pesticides during storage
condition. Neem oil 90 % EC was stored under different
conditions. The results obtained during physical and chemical
studies indicated that, azadirachtin active ingredient of Neem
oil 90 % EC was degradated due to sunlight storage (outdoor) for
14 days by 16.6% of its values while, the accelerated hot
storage at 72 ± 2șC for 3 days gave the maximum degradation
(26.6 %). The physical parameters showed a clear changing of
viscosity, surface tension and acidity. Also, their spray
solutions for both soft and hard water were failed because there
were access foam more than 10 ml and sedimentation appeared more
than 3 ml. By extension, the insecticidal activity of neem oil
90 % EC was also decreased for hot storage at 72 ± 2 șC for 3
days and outdoor storage samples, their LC50 were
1521.6 and 797.7 ppm, respectively. The toxicity indexes were
19.9 % and 37.9 % with the references to the initial samples. Finally, we can presented the fact that, the outdoor (sunlight)
and accelerated hot storage at 72 ± 2 șC affect on the neem 90%
EC sample so it must be protected from them which make
degradation for azadirachtin active ingredient and break the
formulation of emulsifiable concentrate for neem oil.
