Abstract: Sports is a Physical, psychological and physiological activity. The physical, intellectual, and physiological guiding of game enthusiasts can be crucial for sports workouts sports instruction along with the many skills of a motion and sports exercises in today's competitive world. The organizations are set up not only to provide the overall performance in movement but also to win the activity. Hence, the ability cap potential—which is now unpalatable for the abilities—is required for winning the movement. Yet, the main challenge is the heart of the game enthusiasts, with which they play and perform their spectacular inside the opponent. Psychology is a behavioral science had made to create to aid coaches in their work and improve athletes' performance. It also worries about the total wellbeing and personal adjustment to the persons whose involved in sports. Sports performance is not only depending on physical appearances but also psychological characteristics plays an important role.

Abstract: There are many problems in natural science troubling scientists, but Einstein customized his thinking in the search for the field of unified gravity, electromagnetic force, strong force and weak force. Therefore, he could not first create the theory of a unified field, and then analyze and discuss who is of the largest quality, and unify these forces and transform them into new matter.

Abstract: Das explores powerful themes of feminism/equal rights, freedom, and marriage in ‘An Introduction’. This poem is a very clear feminist statement that advocates for free choice for all women. This is in regards to every aspect of life, but the poet puts a special emphasis on marriage. She compares and contrasts the roles of men and women in society and explains for the reader how her life, the rules she’s forced to obey, infringe on her freedom. Readers should be able to ask themselves while moving through the poem how, if at all, the things Das is talking about apply to their own life. If nothing matches up, they might ask themselves why and if some kind of unaddressed or unacknowledged privilege is making their lives better.

Abstract: Around 150 species of microorganisms, typically bacteria, are capable to cause mastitis in dairy cows. Based on the source of infection, these microorganisms are categorized into contagious and environmental pathogens. The main contagious mastitis pathogens are Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, and Mycoplasma species. Streptococcus agalactiae is a gram-positive coccus with a tendency to form chains and it is beta-hemolytic, fastidious, catalase-negative, and facultative anaerobes. The objectives of this review are to give a brief overview of Streptococcus agalactiae and to assess diagnostic methods of the bacteria.GBS is surrounded by a capsule composed of polysaccharides (exopolysacharide). The species is subclassified into ten serotypes (Іa, Іb, ІІ- ІΧ) depending on the immunologic reactivity of their polysaccharide capsule. Streptococcus agalactiae is known for its high infectivity, rapid spread, and silent nature. The bacteria show the existence of two transmission cycles: a contagious transmission cycle via milking machine and a fecal-oral cycle, via drinking water. California mastitis test (CMT) is very simple and can be performed on farm for somatic cell count (SCC) estimation. The CMT reaction must be scored within 15 seconds of mixing because weak reactions will disappear after that time. S. agalactiae are CAMP test positive which gives a sharp arrow-head enhancement of haemolysis caused by the beta-haemolysin of Staphylococcus aureus. First choice antimicrobials for treating mastitis caused by streptococci and penicillin susceptible staphylococci are β-lactam antimicrobials, particularly penicillin G. Measures aiming at preventing new cases of mastitis include fly control, optimal nutrition, improvement of milking hygiene, avoidance of inter-sucking among young ones, implementation of post-milking teat disinfection, regular control of the milking equipments and implementation of milking order.

Abstract: Fasciolosis is one of the major constraint factors for ovine production development in Ethiopia by inflecting direct and indirect loss at different parts of the country. Ovine fasciolosis is an economically important parasitic disease of sheep caused by trematodes species of the genus Fasciola, which migrate in the hepatic parenchyma and establish and develops in the bile ducts. In Ethiopia, both species co-exist at different altitudes. The snails of the genus lymnae are mainly involved as an intermediate host in the life cycle of fasciolosis. Ovine fascioliasis in Ethiopia were losses annually estimated at 48.4 million Ethiopian birr due to mortality, productivity (weight loss and reproductive wastage), and liver condemnation at slaughter. This fasciola disease has three phases of clinical sign acute, sub-acute and chronic forms. Acute fasciolosis occurs as disease outbreak following a massive, but relatively short-term, intake of metacercariae. Death usually results from blood loss due to hemorrhage and tissue destruction caused by the migratory juvenile flukes in the live resulting in traumatic hepatitis. Diagnosis of Fasciolosis is based on clinical sign, grazing history, and seasonal occurrence, examination of feces by laboratory tests and post mortem examination. Treatment of infected animals will largely depend on the correct use of appropriate and registered anthelmintic. Triclabendazole is the most effective anthelmintic drug which can be destroys or kills all stage of fasciola. Fasciolosis may be controlled by reducing the populations of the intermediate snail host, or by appropriate anthelminthic treatment and the population of snail should be destroyed by applying Molluscicide and destroying the environment that suit for snail’s reproduction.
