Abstract:  Water generally collects in the Chambal river from rains and other sources such as groundwater recharges, springs, snow and climate changes, heavy rains, droughts affect the river. It is possible to predict what climate conditions will be like in river basin catchment areas in the next 50 years roughly through Monsoon Time Scales. According to an estimate, Chambal river will overflow with floods in the coming years. Through this research proposal we can know the future consequences of that Chambal river. Plans can be made accordingly. So, scientists can establish Monsoon Time Scale for that  Chambal river basin catchment areas and predict what is going to happen in that above river basin catchment areas in the coming 50 years roughly.

STUDY ON SOPHISTICATION IN THE POETRY WITH REFERENCE TO KAMALA DAS

Abstract: In conjunction with these aspects, it is imperative to call into context the opening quote. The lines highlight certain important aspects that demand attention while studying a vibrant area like Indian Literatures in Englishv , particularly poetry. The main points of contention are the multiple ways of engagement with language and the need to examine how Indian poets have deftly manoeuvred it, which becomes the focus of this research on Kamala Das. In short, cosmopolitanism refers to the opinions and behaviors emerging from the theory that cultural and artistic activities should have neither national nor parochial boundaries even when defined by them. In other words, it emphasizes a dialogue among differences, thereby validating itself as a tool in analyzing the gamut of Indian Literatures in English, particularly poetry. Now, therefore, you are no longer foreigners and strangers, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, having being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the cornerstone, in whom the whole building, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. In whom you are also are being built together for a habitation of God in the spirit.

A PASSAGE TO INDIA : A COMPARATIVE INTRODUCTORY STUDY TREATMENT OF INDIA IN RUDYARD KIPLING’S KIM AND IN E.M. FORSTER’S

Indra Pal Singh

Former Ph.D. Research Scholar, Department of English, University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, (Indian)

Email: indrapal1219@gmail.com

Abstract: A Passage to India is Forster's best knows and most widely read novel. it deals with the problems of humanity at large in the novel. Though, the background of the novel is India and most of the characters are either Indian or Englishman who have come to India as officers, yet the issues that arise due to the interaction of these characters are of universal interest. A Passage to India is not only a true representation of the British-Raj in India but also a vivid portrayal of the relationship between the oppressed and the oppressor. Mr. Turton and Ronny are the representatives of the imperialistic design of England. Similarly, Aziz, a Muslim doctor, Hamidulldh or even been robbed of its opportunities due  to political subjection, rather than the representatives of India alone. In fact, Forster is determined to depicting the clash of individuals. A friendship between Aziz and Fielding presents  a hope that the British and the Indian can be good friends. But Aziz knows the ground realities of the British-Raj and ends up the novel with a note that there could be no friendship between the haughty British rulers and humble Indians. A close study of the English novels relating to India makes it clear that the setting of these novels is to great importance. It has rightly been observed by George Orwell, he remarks : "In all the novels about the East, the scenery is the real subject matter”.

Corruption, Money Laundering and Other Transnational Crime

Pooja Saharan

Former LL.M Student, Maharshi Dayanand University-124001, Haryana (Indian)

Email: poojasaharan0509@gmail.com

Abstract: Perhaps there has never been a better time than the present to undertake cross-border M&A activities as the world is turning into a highly integrated global market. However, as government agencies and regulators around the world are strengthening their enforcement efforts (having unearthed major bribery, corruption and money laundering related lapses by various corporates in the recent years), corporate activities have come under increased regulatory scrutiny. A target's historical and existing anti-money laundering (AML) or anti-bribery, anti-corruption (ABAC) violations and resultant liabilities typically become the acquirer's responsibility post-closing. This can have far-reaching legal, business and reputational consequences on the acquirer and in an extreme case, could result in an acquisition being a failure. As a result of this, acquirers have to be cognizant of not only any post-closing transgressions but also any pre-closing ones that they know, or ought to have known.

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s Contribution in Indian Education and its Society

Ravinder

Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Govt. College of Women, Mahendergarh, Haryana (India)

Email: rsdpekuk@gmail.com

Abstract:-Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. Right to education is the fundamental right that every child of India enjoys. Free and compulsory education is the birthright of every child born on the soil of India; it automatically means that there is no need to pay for education. However, this situation has attained with a price. The marginalized lower caste paid the price. B.R. Ambedkar is the finest example and the survivor of the discriminatory practices of the Indian society. There was a time when Indian society deliberately limited access to education. Only upper castes were allowed to attend school, and many castes (Shudra and atishudra) were denied the opportunity of an education. Ambedkar had to face many unforeseen situations, many times drastic, harmful and humiliating, only to attain education. His philosophy of education reflects the experiences that he lived, faced and overcome. In this article, the researcher has tried to explore Ambedkar’s views on education. He is counted among the makers of modern India. He considered the denial of education as an injustice to the down-trodden. Ambedkar used a constructive and structural approach to reform the society. Education to him was the sole base of political, social, and economic revolution. He focused on making education free and compulsory by incorporating article 45. He also emphasized women education and education that builds the character of individuals. Ambedkar’s philosophy is influenced by societal problems that he faced.

Abstract

There is a need to do researches on some things which are unsolved in science. Time Machine is one of them. I tried to my best to create Time-Machine in modern methods and through this it is possible to we travel to past and live and tried to conduct researches but uncompleted due to lack of support and opportunities. I call on world scientists to do researches that create Time-machine. The researches and studies done by me on the Time-machine can be useful and inspiring for future generations. So, scientists can study the researches, studies and published works I have done thoroughly and go up with solutions to solve the issue.
