ABSTRACT: Contemporary thinking challenges the view that giftedness and high IQ are synonymous. Contemporary thinking also challenges the view that being gifted is something real. A number of authorities in the gifted field advocate a paradigm shift; moving away from emphasizing categorical definitions of giftedness and adopting a talent development perspective. This shift to a developmental perspective advocates that we consider giftedness as the unfolding and transforming of uncanny potential among young children into actual outstanding performance and accomplishments in adulthood. The early identification and ongoing assessment of individuals of uncommon ability takes on a more complex, nuanced, and rich perspective when viewed from a developmental model.

Atom is a gigantic universe in which there are galaxies, stars, planets and human worlds

Abstract: Atomic-universe, that mean the atom present from hydrogen to uranium etc. is a gigantic universe, having similar universal structure and properties such galaxies, stars, planets in the form of electrons, protons and neutrons exactly similar to our universe. Just as there are continents, oceans, countries and human beings on some earth-like planets in our Geo-universe, continents, oceans, countries and living beings can be present on some neutrons in the atom. That is the atom is a vast universe as our universe. But we do not recognize them. For the creatures in the atom, in their view the atom is a great universe but they do not know that another gigantic universe exists above them, and that their atom in which they resides is acts as a tiny atom in our universe just as we do not know that our gigantic universe is a small particle in the universe above us. There may be humans on neutrons who have civilizations like countries, governments, planes, trains, ships, motors etc. just there are humans who have civilizations on our planet. Such atoms being built by universes of its descending order of creation that are photons and the same atom being act as a primary syntactic unit in its ascending world that is our universe. Let us learn more mysteries about the Atomic-universe through the Irlapatism-A New Hypothetical Model of Cosmology.

ABSTRACT: E-Marketing (a.k.a. electronic marketing) refers to the marketing conducted over the Internet. Two synonyms of E-Marketing are Internet Marketing and Online Marketing which are frequently interchanged. E-Marketing is the process of marketing a brand (company, product, or service) using the Internet through computers and mobile devices mediums. By such a definition, eMarketing encompasses all the activities a business conducts via the worldwide web with the aim of attracting new business, retaining current business and developing its brand identity.

编者按：本文摘要自2021年4月24日“观察者”网发表北京大学国际政治系教授4月17日在复旦大学国际关系与公共事务学院“重新思考比较政治学研讨会”圆桌讨论环节的发言《潘维：建立中华政治学中国学派》一文。马列主义在今日整个世界已成为人类命运共同体的共识----类似现代宇宙学用“宇宙共形”研究自然研究政治，潘维教授作为现任北京大学国际关系学院教授，北京大学中国与世界研究中心主任，1982年考入北大国际政治系师从陈翰笙教授的研究生，1996年美国加州伯克利大学政治学系毕业的博士的新一代的“中国学派”，现执教于北京大学讲授世界政治理论、中国政治、比较政治、中外政治制度比较、美国社会发展史等课程。
