Abstract:
Geo-universe, that means the
universe seen around our earth is a gigantic universe, having
magnificent structure and properties such as galaxies, stars,
planets etc. There are continents, oceans, countries and living
beings on some planets in our geo-universe. Such gigantic
geo-universe is a little atom in its ascending world. That means
our universe is in that ascending world just as atom is in our
universe. We do not know whether our geo-universe is in the air,
water or elsewhere in that ascending world. In my opinion, our
Geo-universe is in an intelligent creature in that ascending
world. But what is not known to that creature in that ascending
world is that there are galaxies, stars, planets and human
worlds in their atoms. In their view it is thought that there
are tiny particles in their atoms. But they do not know that
there are galaxies, stars, planets and human worlds in their
atoms just as we think that there are electrons, protons,
neutrons in our atom. But we do not realize that there are
galaxies, stars, planets and human worlds in the atom So do
they think they have little particles. Such geo-universe being
built by universes of its descending order of creation and the
same time being act as a primary syntactic unit in its ascending
order of creation that is not yet known to us. There are many
mysteries in the Geo-universe and learn more about them through
this theory.

Review of
Life Skills' improvement in
Primary Schools' Students in
Post-Corona Period

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study was investigation a framework to
improve life skills for primary schools' students in post-corona
period. Global school closures in response to the COVID-19
pandemic present an unprecedented risk to children’s education,
protection and wellbeing. While there is not enough evidence to
measure the effect of school closures on the risk of disease
transmission, the adverse effects of school closures on life
skills and learning are well documented. Disruptions to
instructional time in the classroom can have a severe impact on
a students’ ability to enhance life skills. For example, how
long can the current remote learning approach be sustained,
including learning achievements, and social-emotional wellbeing,
given domestic pressure on caregivers and other context-specific
factors? When select schools have been identified for reopening,
six key dimensions should be used to assess their states of
readiness and inform planning: policy, financing, safe
operations, learning, reaching the most marginalized and
wellbeing protection.

SOFTWARE SOLUTION FOR TRACKING
ACCOUNTABILITY FOR NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANIZATIONS (NGOs) IN
NORTH-EASTERN NIGERIA

Abstract:
Often times, accountability is the main pressing issue when it
comes to public assets implied for the overall population. These
are required in a bid to foster the development of some sort of
software solution for following the descending accountability of
humanitarian dispensation in the North East of Nigeria. The
review embraced a blended technique for a specialist to meet as
the essential information assortment strategy while utilizing
content investigation as an auxiliary information assortment
strategy. For the design, it was carried out using Object-
Oriented Analysis Design strategies. Microsoft SQL Server 2014,
C#, HTML 5, and Bootstrap CSS were utilized to implement the
improved model. Simulations based on the models demonstrated an
improved correspondence interface among the donors, government
agents, and the recipients. This shows improved descending
accountability to the recipients, which reinforces the
regulatory role of the public authority and increments trust in
the benefactors. The aftereffects of this research have some
significant administrative and strategy suggestions. In the
first place, it shows that Data innovation (IT) can be utilized
successfully to work on inner and outside accountability in NGOs
tasks and operations. It additionally shows that data
accessibility is efficient in addressing fraudulent tendencies
and debasement related with NGOs instrumentality for
transparency in operations. As a result, the research suggests
that NGO chiefs and policymakers ought to take on the software
solution in keeping track of major operations of in an effort to
minimize fraud and which, through the use of IT services will
advance an ever-evolving expansion in accountability in the
public sector.

Abstract:
Direct tax is
in the form of taxation in which tax is paid directly by people
to the authority which imposes this tax. The word tax comes from
the Latin word taxare or taxo. It means to assess the
worth of something. Governments impose taxes to use the services
provided by it. Some characteristics of tax are that it is
compulsory, for the public good, it is a contribution, it is
paid from one’s income and it improves the revenue of the state.

第三次超弦革命与21世纪语境分析

摘要：超弦理论和圈量子引力理论的语形、语义、语用、语境分析，在物质形相和时空能相的统一上都得了失语症。例如，动量的不确定性也将导致时空的不确定性的图像像什么样？只是分立的，不连续的，离散的，存在最小的时间单元和空间单元的，客观上不再存在比时间单元和空间单元更小的时空尺度，实验上也无法测量到比时空单元更小的时空尺度，等等含糊用语，能说明什么？对自旋进行严格的语义学定义，从而摆脱社会学的语义、语用和物理学的语义、语用，对自旋、自转、转动定义含糊不清的语境，给21世纪量子引力理论反常期的重要论战，带来新的活力和现存的范式，这才能凸显语境分析真正的价值和作用。因为对自旋作语境分析，并作严格的语义学定义，是超弦和圈量子引力、微观和宏观物理学统一的唯一选择，也是分辩球量子图像和环量子图像自旋趋向的唯一选择。

Abstract:
Atomic-universe, that mean the
atom present from hydrogen to uranium etc. is a gigantic
universe, having similar universal structure and properties such
galaxies, stars, planets in the form of electrons, protons and
neutrons exactly similar to our universe. Just as there are
continents, oceans, countries and human beings on some
earth-like planets in our Geo-universe, continents, oceans,
countries and living beings can be present on some neutrons in
the atom. That is the atom is a vast universe as our universe.
But we do not recognize them. For the creatures in the atom, in
their view the atom is a great universe but they do not know
that another gigantic universe exists above them, and that their
atom in which they resides is acts as a tiny atom in our
universe just as we do not know that our gigantic universe is a
small particle in the universe above us. There may be humans on
neutrons who have civilizations like countries, governments,
planes, trains, ships, motors etc. just there are humans who
have civilizations on our planet. Such atoms being built by
universes of its descending order of creation that are photons
and the same atom being act as a primary syntactic unit in its
ascending world that is our universe. Let us learn more
mysteries about the Atomic-universe through the Irlapatism-A New
Hypothetical Model of Cosmology.
