Res Judicata: A Broad Principle Of Civil Law

Abstract: It was debatable whether the term ‘suit’ would include writs and whether the principle of res judicata would apply to writ petitions. The concept of res judicata is basically based on the principle of equity, justice and good conscience i.e. once the matter has been contended on the merits and has been finally heard, the same matter shall not be brought before except under the provisions of appeal, review and revision. And it would be unconstitutional to leave the party dispute having obtained the decree in the state of apprehension, uncertainty and anxiety which also violates the principles of right to dignified life under article 21 of Indian constitution.

Abstract: In new poultry production prebiotics medication are widely used due to their positive impact on poultry performance, one of this prebiotics that found to have many beneficial effects is Garlic extract. Garlic by products has outstanding beneficial effects among all medicinal plant, as it show antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal and antiprotozoal properties. Moreover, it boosts the immune system, improves the body weight gain, heighten the digestibility of ingredients, decrease the bad cholesterol, and also augment the meat quality parameters. The present review was carried out to evaluate the effect of supplementation of garlic, ginger and their combination in the diets of broiler chickens and assessment in terms of feed intake, growth performance and economics of feeding. Garlic (Allium sativum) is well known for its antimicrobial activity and the poultry farmers in Namakkal (Tamilnadu) use it in feed to combat infections. However there are limited reports on the efficacy of garlic against poultry pathogens.

Abstract: One of the indicators of progress in each country is the development of roadways. Therefore, the importance of constructing roads as well as maintaining them based on heavy costs of construction is very high. In Iran, most of the constructed roads have asphalt concrete treatments. Asphalt concrete consists of two main parts of bitumen and rock materials, and if each of these components does not have the necessary properties, the effectiveness of the pavement will be reduced and have less useful life too. In such cases, the use of additives can improve the properties of asphalt mixtures. Hydrated lime was used as one of the most important additives in asphalt mixtures for the first time in order to prevent the phenomenon of stripping in aggregates of asphalt mixtures. After observing its significant effects in asphalt pavements, serious researches in this field began and its effects on other failure factors of asphalt were investigated. In this research, effects of two main additives - hydrated lime and Zycosil - were investigated with different percentages on the moisture sensitivity of hot asphalt mixtures. The experiments included bulk density, free space percentage, Marshall resistance and indirect pull resistance. Results indicate improved Marshall strength and moisture sensitivity of the mixtures due to the presence of these two additives.

Abstract: Knowing the material basis of the original celestial body, it is the force of the force to push forward the frictional motion. Its principle mechanism is to transform the sputum and copy more energy or force. The celestial body is from simple to complex. From the low-level to the advanced step-by-step evolution, the universe of all things or celestial bodies who are of great quality or proper method, who is a unified field in this living field. There is no immutability. They make a one-dimensional repetitive and orderly movement in time, and space is the orderly movement of disorderly movement, irregular velocity, irregularity, and asymmetrical elliptical motion. Explain that the universe's celestial bodies should start with the perfection of physical theory to solve the problem. Solved the physics theory, all the breakthrough problems have been solved. It is known that if a star moves upwards as one of the stars in the center of the galaxy, it will be consumed by the friction force on the field, and the inner core of the planet will be copied. The rotation force is reduced, and the rotation speed is slowed down. Therefore, a planet moving upwards forms a density wave when it is elliptical. The light transformed by the friction on the planet is also darkened, and it is shot at the center of the galaxy. And another ice age in winter.

Abstract: A cross-sectional study was conducted in and around Asosa town from November 2018 to May 2019 to estimate the overall prevalence of bovine mastitis and its associated risk factors in cross breed and local zebu breeds of dairy cows, and to isolate Staphylococcus aures and Escherichia coli from mastitis cases. The physical examination of the udder, California Mastitis test and bacteriological examination were used in this study. Among the total 367 dairy cows examined for bovine mastitis, 127 were found positive with the overall prevalence of 34.6% in dairy farms found in and around Asosa town. Out of these, 7.9% (29/367) and 26.7% (98/367) were clinical mastitis and subclinical mastitis cases, respectively. The quarter level prevalence of mastitis in this study was 30.21%; 7.6% and 22.6% quarters showed clinical and subclinical mastitis, respectively. The analysis showed that statistically significant association with the risk factors namely breed, milking hygiene and teat lesion (p<0.05) with mastitis. In this study, only two bacterial species such as Staphylococcus aureus (57.3%) and Escherichia coli (42.7%) were isolated. In conclusion, the present study revealed the prevalence and the associated risk factors with bovine mastitis in dairy cows found in and around Assosa town. Therefore, appropriate mastitis control strategies should be implemented with consideration of the associated risk factors.

Abstract: I invented the Geoscope in 1987 with an ideal to serve the world people from the earth’s related matters. This is not what Buckminster had proposed in 1962. My invention is completely different, intended to study the earth’s underground and earth’s surface for public purposes. The basic aim of invention is that create an architecture to take and keep the entire underground to be under control in the name of Geoscope by establishing in between the underground data procurement apparatus and surface data analysis laboratory with the help of a deep well with many revolutionary proposals just like to study the underground mysteries; explore the underground resources; predict the geological hazards; attract the sea waters to the underground areas of deserts through the layers by electro-ionization; attract the vaporized sea waters to the desert plains through the sky by geo-magnetizing atmosphere when the weather is surrounded by water molecules during the trough of low pressure areas; create artificial cyclones, artificial rains etc by constantly managing the Geoscope proposed by me in 1987. Many researches & studies have been conducted by me on the Geoscope system. It has done more developments by world scientists in future. Let us discuss some about the Geoscope in this article.

Abstract: Introduction: Of the innate immune response Toll-Like Receptors (TLRs), are important components that recognize pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) and trigger immune responses. TLRs could contribute to cirrhosis and HCC as TLR3 signaling negatively regulates liver regeneration via stimulating NK cells to produce IFN. Aim of the work: To detect level of TLR3 gene expression in patients with hepatitis c, its correlation with INF-α and other parameter. Patients and methods: This study was done on sixty patients with hepatitis c from Kafr Elsheiekh university hospital and sixty healthy control. Results: There was highly significant increase of serum INF alpha levels in patients when compared with control group, as regard TLR 3 gene expression by comparing patients against control there was highly significant difference. There was significant positive correlation between TLR 3 gene expression and INF alpha level in patients. There was no significant correlation between TLR 3 gene expression and (Age, ALT, AST, ALB, Total Bilirubin, HB, PLT, TLC ). Conclusion: The results of this study suggested that Toll-like receptor3 has a great role in host response against HCV infection. There is significant positive correlation between TLR 3 gene expression and INF alpha level in patients. The down regulation of TLR3 expression by HCV may contribute to the decrease of IFN-α in HCV patients.
