Abstract:
The aim of the article is studying and analyzing correlation between the
function Human resources supply with staff self- efficacy of
ports and Maritime of Khuzestan-special economic zone of the
Imam Khomeini (RA) port. The research is descriptive and
correlational. Subjects include 522 members of staff were
selected by using randomly simple sampling of 222
staff members as the
research study. Bandura's self- efficacy questionnaire tool
(1997) and the researcher questionnaire were made by function
Human resources supply which their validity are confirmed by
professors and their stability is estimated by using Cronbach's
alpha coefficient as 91% and 60%, respectively. In order to
analysis of data are used the methods of Pearson linear and
correlative regression analysis. Findings showed that
correlation is to 19% positive and meaningful between Human
resources supply and Staff participation and staff self-
efficacy. According to results in the present tumultuous world,
the only way to prosperity organizations is relying on its
qualified staff. The self- efficacy of the staff is one of the
main factors of creating competency in the staff. One of the key
tasks of managers in organizations is to provide the necessary
conditions for the establishment and strengthening of
self-efficacy in staff. For making self-efficient of staff,
managers should make the work environment lively and active and
be sure from the clarity of purpose. And increase sense of
empowerment in staff.

Abstract:
The genus Pistacia, known for its great plasticity, includes
several Mediterranean xerophytes. It is known by the development
of palisade tissue, a thick cuticle and deep root. The
anatomical sections of the leaves show the specificities thus
presenting a high variability between males and females of
plants growing in Rechaiga, Tiaret, Algeria.

The effect of HUCB stem cells
transnsplantation on preservation of liver vasculature in mice
Dalia Ibrahim MD, Gamela M. Nasr* MD, Hamdi Sleem MD and Heba M.
Wagih** MD
Department of physiology, Cardiology*, Internal medicin and
Pathology**, Faculty of Medicine, Suez Canal University.
Abstract:
Background and aim:
Liver fibrosis is an accumulation of scar tissue in the liver
caused by liver disease like hepatitis. However, numerous
chemicals and drugs, like alcohol, can also cause fibrosis. As a
result, effective antifibrotic treatments are urgently needed.
Recently, many studies demonstrated that stem-cell-based
therapies might be developed for effective treatment of liver
disease by ameliorate liver fibrosis and preserve vascular
endothelial function by reducing the biochemical markers of
inflammation (Cell adhesion molecules (CAMs)) and increase
vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
Objective:
The present work is designed to investigate the effect of HUCB
stem cells transnsplantation on preservation of vasculature of
liver and decrease inflammation and fibrosis of portal tract
mice.
Methods:
Induced hepatic fibrosis in mice with CCl4, HUCB stem cells were
infused systemically through the tail vein immediately after
exposure to CCl4. Then continue injection of CCl4 for10 weeks,
control mice received only saline infusion. After 10 weeks of
the first dose of CCl4 mice were killed under anesthesia, liver
was taken for histopathological examination, Blood was collected
for measuring sICAM- and vascular endothelial growth factor
(VEGF).
Results:
found that The serum level of sICAM-1 increased significantly in
G2 (non treated) compared to G3 (control group). Stem cells
reduced the increase in sICAM-1 significantly (P<0.05).
Induction of liver fibrosis increased significantly the release
of sVEGF compared to the control group. treatment with stem
cells increased significantly the release and expression of
sVEGF histological examination suggested that hepatic damage
recovery was much better in the stem cells treated mice as the
portal tract inflammation, fibrosis were statistical
significantly lower in treated mice than in non treated.
Conclusion:
The results suggest that Human Umbilical Cord Blood Stem cells
improve and preserve vasculature of liver and decrease
inflammation and fibrosis of portal tract mice.

Abstract:
In organizing and leading
pedagogical experiments according to the direction and
signification of organizers and participants work carrying out
number of leading functions can be shown. For example, planning,
appointing the place of experimental activity, creating good
conditions for the participant of the procedure of pedagogical
experiments and giving them tasks according to their
capabilities, supporting financially, planning and organizing
functions in social defense will be carried out. Motivating
function will be fulfilled (carried out) by developing in the
results of innovation process and adapting participants` mutual
attitude providing their activities according to their profits
and needs.
