COMING SOON!...
(A New theory on “j-66
human”)
Abstract:
This scientific research
article focus that “COMING SOON” shall be considered as
the TRANSITION to New Technology and NEW LIFE by
overcoming present day global warming and to ADOPT
new conducive environment to face the FUTURE CHALLENGES
and forecasting PEACE. The j-66 human shall be
considered as origin of new SUPERHUMAN due to impact of
growth of new environmental radiation called “j+-Radiation”
in the expanding universe. The j-66 human populations shall be
considered as genetically varied “Fourth generation”
populations having high level potent called as virgin
population or juvenile population.
Further the ‘j-66’
populations shall be considered as having birth of
additional blood type say ‘j-type’ and could live and
promote as a joint family without any discrimination of
‘caste’ ‘religion’ ‘race’ and ‘language’ in the new
Generation.
“Juvenile
population
shall mean promoting PEACE rather than promoting
regeneration and multiplex of population growth”.

Abstract:
The Present “EARTH PLANET”
is going to be destroyed?... The Present Earth
populations do not have any hope for sustainability of life due
to threat of global warming?... No… No… No… This
scientific research speculates that the Earth planet we will
have life period for another 1000 years. The new
genetically evolved human populations are going to live in the
newly formed Island called “KANNI THEEVU” under the new
environment of Fourth generation radiation called “j-Radiation”.
The Kanni Theevu shall also be called as “SOUTHERN HOLY LAND”.
It is speculated that after the period of 1000 years live, the
present ‘Atmospheric energy level’ may reach ‘Zero
level’ which may lead to the earth atmosphere under
absolute darkness and the earth life may come to an end. The
environment state of earth planet after 1000 years shall be
called as ‘ZERO POINT OF EARTH’.

Abstract:
A review of Foot and
Mouth Disease (FMD) was made to provide principal
epidemiological data on the disease situation in South Sudan.
Five serotypes of FMD virus; A, O, C, SAT1 and SAT2
were revealed in cattle, goats and sheep. Of which
serotypes O and SAT 2 seemed to be the most prevalent
in seven States of the country. The overall mean prevalence of
FMD in Unity and Lakes States showed the highest and lowest
rates of 56% and 25%, respectively. Young stock showed a
mortality of 50% compared to 20 % in adult cattle, sheep and
goats. In the face of FMD outbreak a significant reduction in
more than 10% milk yield and weight losses were revealed. FMD
has been identified as one of the priority diseases of
socio-economic importance. Further study is needed to elucidate
the role of wildlife in the epidemiology of FMD. Development of
control strategies for FMD is imperative for sustainable
development of livestock in South Sudan.

Abstract:
Field trials with soybean
(Glycine max L var. klark) plant. were conducted at the
experimental Botanical garden, Botany and Microbiology Dept.,
Fac. of Sci., Al- Azhar Univ., Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt, in
growth seasons. The aim of this work is to study the effect of
foliar application with ascorbic acid at 0, 50 and 100 ppm, zinc
sulphate at 0, 50 and 100 ppm and pacloputrazole at 0, 50 and
100 ppm on growth, yield and some metabolic activities of
soybean (Glycine max L var. klark) plant. Ascorbic acid was more
effective than other treatments in enhancing growth parameters
during stage I, while zinc sulphate was most effective during
stage II. Pacloputrazole seemed to be less effective regarding
growth characteristics. Different applied treatments tended to
increase photosynthetic pigments, soluble carbohydrates and
soluble proteins in tested plants. The changes in proteolytic,
amylolytic and lipolytic activities were also recorded. This was
associated by improving yield quality and the nutritional value
of the seeds. The effect of pacloputrazole was superior to that
of ascorbic acid, zinc sulphate on increasing yield components.
The highest lipid % was recorded by 50 ppm of ascorbic acid.

Abstract:
Toll-like receptor 4
(TLR 4) is one of toll-like receptors that detects
lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Gram-negative bacteria. The
various TLRs exhibit different expression patterns. TLR 4 is
most abundantly expressed in placenta. Mutations of TLR 4 gene
have been associated with differences in LPS responsiveness. The
molecular weight of TLR 4 is approximately 95 kDa.

Latha, M.A., M.Sc., M. Phil.
Abstract: “Michael” is chief
of all Angels?... No… No… No…
The “HOLY ADAM” shall be
considered as Chief of all Angels. Michael shall mean “FALLEN
ANGEL”. This scientific research attempts to clarify certain
fundamental questions about Holy Angel, Archangel, Angel of
Lord, Fallen Angel based on global level religion, Christian
Faith and how “Angel” differs from “Human”. This
research focus that the Biblically stated “ADAM” shall be
considered as “HOLY ADAM” belong to “ANGEL FAMILY”
Human race lived in WHITE PLANET (White Mars) before
eating “forbidden fruit”, and descended to EARTH
PLANET as “Fallen Angels” after eating forbidden
fruit. This research further focus that the Angel populations
lived in white planet in the early Universe shall
be considered as ‘SUPER HUMAN RACE’ also called as ‘NEPHILIM’.
The Nephilim shall be considered as the Natural Human
originated due to impact of ‘J-RADIATION’ (Zero hour
radiation) and considered lived under Endothermic and
Microgravity environment. It is further focused that
Nephilim Race (Angel family) shall be considered as the
human populations where ‘Male’ is responsible for ‘Pregnancy’
and regenerate population through “EGG” due to impact of
“J-RADIATION” composed of fundamental particles without
involvement of any ‘sexual act’ between male angel,
female angel of Nephilim race. Female angel shall be
considered as a guardian angel for assisting male angel
for safe delivery.
“HOLY ADAM
shall be considered as Father of all Angels;
“HOLY EVE” shall be considered as mother
of all angels. “MICHAEL” shall be
considered as one of the Angels of Nephilim race

Abstract:
Background:
Understanding genetic structure and status of genetic variation
of the Fasciola gigantica and
F. hepatica
isolates from different hosts, has important implications for
epidemiology and effective control of fasciolosis. The aim of
the present work was to study the molecular characterization of
Fasciola gigantica and F. hepatica isolates
collected from cows and sheep, using the random amplified
polymorphic DNA fragments-polymerase chain reaction (RAPDs-PCR)
technique.
Methods:
F. gigantica and F. hepatica of bovine and ovine
origin were collected from the biliary tracts and gall bladders
of condemned bovine and ovine livers from Cairo Governmental
slaughter house. By using (RAPDs-PCR) technique, optimal
standardization of conditions of amplification and
thermocyclation was made, using genetic markers. The methodology
used compared the genetic pattern between the two species
(inter-species) and inside each species (intra-species) between
cow and sheep and the amplification fragments were between 135
and 741 base pairs of marker.
Results:
The results showed genetic variations (polymorphisms) of
Fasciola gigantica and F. hepatica with amplification fragment
based on a 500 – 400 base pair (bp). Inside each species, there
were genetic variations in bovine and ovine strains and the
amplification fragments were between 600 and 400 base pairs
(bp).
Conclusion:
This assay is useful for both individual diagnosis and
epidemiological surveys in endemic regions.

Abstract:
This paper presents application of climate information to the
prediction of seasonal reservoir inflow for Kainji hydropower
generation dam in Nigeria. The direct linkage between
Oct-Nov-Dec (OND) seasonal stream flows and Sea Surface
Temperature (SST) of the preceding Jul-Aug-Sept (JAS) season
extracted from Atlantic and ENSO index (NINO3) in the NOAA’s
climate diagnostic center’s interactive plotting and analysis
tool were identified by performing diagnostic analysis using
lag-3 correlation. It was observed that the correlation between
reservoir inflow and Atlantic Ocean SST is -0.40, and for ENSO
index (NINO3) about -0.60. Negative correlation implies that
positive increase in SST anomalies lead to decrease in stream
flow. Once the linkages has been established, the predictor
variable, (SST anomalies) were selected from the KAPLAN data
bank for different regions of significant correlation, which
include US coast, North Atlantic, South Atlantic and ENSO index
(NINO3) and the historical reservoir inflow data is loaded
inside SANKA data bank located inside International Research
Institute (IRI) data library. The correlation and composite
analysis were conducted to construct the model for seasonal
climate forecasting of the reservoir inflow for Kainji reservoir
using the CDC web based analytical tool known as climate
predictability tool (CPT). The highest correlation of the
observed reservoir inflow at Kainji with the predictor variables
is -0.50, while the highest correlation between the observed and
predicted reservoir inflows was obtained as 0.70. This implies
that with climate base information, long lead reservoir inflow
can be predicted and used to plan for future energy generation.

Abstract:
The performance of three Okra (Abelmoschus esculentus (L.)
Moench) varieties were evaluated at Wuro Baraka river site Mubi
Adamawa State, Nigeria under irrigation during 2010 dry season.
The treatments consisted of three Okra varieties viz: V1
(Improved), V2 (Serial) and V3 (Local) laid out in a randomized
complete block design and replicated three times. The land was
cleared, ploughed, harrowed, leveled and marked into blocks and
plots with 1m between replication and 0.5m between plots. Okra
seeds were sown by dibbling 3 seeds per hole at 50cm spacing.
The seedlings were later thinned to two plants per stand two
weeks after emergence. Phosphorus fertilizer was applied in
split doses at the rate of 45kg P2O5 ha-1 as single super
phosphate. Nitrogen was also applied 2-4 weeks after emergence
as urea. The plots were irrigated on weekly basis. The results
obtained were subjected to analysis of variance and means
separated using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The parameters
measured includes: vegetative parameters (plant height cm) at 2,
4, and 12 weeks and the number of branches per plant and fruit
parameters: (number of fruits at 1st, 2nd and 3rd harvest, fruit
length (cm) at harvest, Days to 50% flowering, harvested fruit
weight (g) and yield tons/ha. Significant (p<0.05) differences
were observed for all the parameters measured. V1 (Improved)
recorded the highest fresh fruit yield of 10.7 tons/ha compared
to V3 (Local) that recorded the lowest fresh fruit yield of 4.9
tons/ha. V1 (Improved Okra) is therefore the most appropriate
for Mubi North.

Abstract:
This paper deals with the stabilization of a class of uncertain
stochastic hybrid systems. The uncertainties are norm bounded
type. Under the complete access to the system mode a dynamic
output feedback controller that makes the closed-loop dynamics
of this class of systems regular, impulse-free and
stochastically stable is designed. The state space matrices of
this controller are the solution of some linear matrix
inequalities (LMIs).

Abstract:
One of the non-self-similar
models which is capable of modeling self-similar traffic in
networks and always attracts attention of researches is MMPP
process. In other words, this model can produce bursty traffics
in data and video networks. In this paper, accuracy and
preciseness of adapting MMPP on voice, data and video traffics
are studied and the efficiency of input process of MMPP into
high speed networks is reviewed based on queue model of
MMPP/D/1. Then by means of advanced and MMPP-based algorithms
such as LAMBDA, data and video fractal traffics are synthesized
based on original trace and their efficiency are compared. We
correct the algorithms in a manner that the coordination
impreciseness resulted by the change in parameters of
self-similar traffic, in particular, HURST parameter fades out.
Our strategy for correcting the above algorithm is as follows:
Whereas the number of MMPP states in adjustment process is low,
we may not be able to cover all original packet trace.
Therefore, if the number of MMPP states increases, we can solve
the efficiency.

Method
Ghulam Muhammad*, Nawazish Ali Shah
Abstract:
In this paper, a steady, incompressible creeping flow
past a sphere is calculated using indirect boundary element
method (IDBEM). The surface of the sphere is discretised into
quadrilateral elements over which the velocity distribution is
calculated. The computed results are compared with analytical
results. It is found that both these results are in good
agreement.

Abstract:
Industrial wastewater from galvanization workshops located in
meet Ghamer city at Dakahlya governorate in Egypt contains high
concentration of copper, chromium, nickel, zinc and cyanide
which violating the Egyptian environmental standard. Three
commercial TiO2 specimens were tested in this work
namely: TiO2 Degussa P25 (80% anatase, 20% rutile),
TiO2 Aldrich (100% anatase) and TiO2
Aldrich (100% rutile) and added with 0.3 ml/l hydrogen peroxide.
At optimum operating conditions: TiO2 Degussa P25
photo catalyst (0.25 g l-1), 0.3 ml/l H2O2,
PH =11 and temp = 29°C and time photolysis of 30 min., The
results confirmed that TiO2 Degussa P25 shows the
best photo catalytic activity in the removal of cyanides. The
removal efficiency reaches 80%. By increasing time and dose of
catalyst give no effect in quality of effluent. So addition of 1
ml/l hydrogen peroxide to the photo catalytic reaction is
increase the removal efficiency to 99.8%. Also, 80% of (Cr6+),
70% (Ni2+) and 94.5% (Zn2+) metal ions
have been photo catalytically removed from cyanide solution.

made up of twenty (20) soil samples that were collected within
the irrigated land for the laboratory analysis of salinity. The
parameters analyzed were pH, Electrical Conductivity (EC),
Magnesium, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Hydrogen and Aluminum
concentration. The results of the soil sample analysis shows
that the mean value of pH is 5.99 which indicates that the soil
is slightly acidic, the mean value of electrical conductivity
(EC) is 0.76 ds/m, Calcium, Magnesium, Aluminum and Hydrogen
concentration were obtained to be 11.29, 7.89, 7.98 and 16.88
mg/l respectively, while Sodium and Potassium concentration were
obtained to be 0.90 and 0.67 mg/l respectively with Sodium
Absorption Ratio (SAR) of 0.25 meq/l. From the analysis it
indicates that the soil is low in salinity. Similarly for water
sample analysis the pH is 7.7 which indicate that the water is
slightly alkaline, EC is 0.8 ds/m, calcium and magnesium
concentration were 0.48 and 0.35 mg/l, while sodium and
potassium were 0.57 and 0.71 mg/l respectively, with Sodium
Absorption Ratio (SAR) of 0.89 meq/l, which shows that the water
sample were found within the safe limit for irrigation. It can
be recommended that application of good quality water, choice of
salt tolerant crops and gypsum be adopted in the study area.

Abstract:
The discourse x-rays the role
females play towards achieving a sustainable development in an
upcoming society in the global community. The productions of low
income yielding crops which are relegated to the females are
highlighted. Issues bothering on gender-imbalance in the
education of children in the society which has led to a
concomitant decline in the number of females involved in science
oriented courses at the tertiary levels of education are
discussed. The issues of poverty which forces female children
into food vending as a means of enhancing the family economic
base also lends a pointing finger at some of the reasons
responsible for the decline. Lack of gainful employment of the
men-folk, which has inadvertently forced females to take up the
role of ‘Breadwinners,’ thereby short-circuiting the original
role of female towards sustainable development are analyzed.
Also, the effect of urbanization and lack of crèche facilities
in work places which takes a toll on the number of females
available to build a virile and sustainable local, national and
global scientific community.
