Abstract: In this paper researchers explain and explore about the statistical test they are mostly used in social sciences and educational researches in all over the world. But generally students and new researchers cannot get the accurate and detailed concept of these implemented tests. In this paper researchers talk about two main tests CHI square and regression test, with few case studies and explanation with SPSS representation and manual calculations, These Statistical test are commonly used for estimation and predictions in quantitative researches. Mostly management and education students use to work with these statistical tests but these days engineering field or researches is also using these test for estimation purposes. In this research paper researchers took two real time mini researches and cases as a real data for the clarification of actual concept of CHI square and Regression statistical tests. This research is designed for the enhanced outcome in the performance of statistic students they are working on prediction based researches and projects. From this article student can easily understand the perception of estimation and prediction test for statistical analysis.

Abstract: The antimicrobial activity of Redeemer’s Natural antibiotic was tested against five clinical isolates from Minna General Hospital, Niger State (Salmonella typhi, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Psuedomonasaeruginosa and Candida albicans), using tube dilution techniques. It was found that Salmonella typhi was markedly affected by the herbal drug at a concentration of 2mg/ml, while Psuedomonasaeruginosa and Escherichia coli were also affected at a concentration of 3mg/ml, all the three organisms were inhibited with zone of inhibition ranging from 5.0mm-14.0mm, while the herbal drug showed no effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans. The inactivity of the herbal drug on Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans can be due to resistivity development to drugs.

Abstract: Organizations have been always attempting to increase market share and competitive advantage. To achieve the aim, efficiency and effectiveness play an inevitable role in supply chains. Moreover electronic methods, information technology and interconnections have been made more effective organizations and firms in changing environment of markets. With e-business emerging as a key enabler to drive supply chains, the focus of supply chain management has been shifted from classic production to electronic customer-driven approaches. These changes propose new challenges in supply chains and have had great influence in construction of them. What worsens the situation is to postpone customer needs which has also called for another challenge under the name of delay risk. In this paper a mathematical model is developed for the quantitative assessment of delay risk based on occurrence scenarios. Therefore, for the entire risk estimation, tree of scenarios is constructed. The risk assessment model considering domino effect, will be built in order to carry out the overall quantitative risk assessment.

Abstract: The study assessed the the skill acquisition programs of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE) in generating employments by its beneficiaries in Abia state. The sample comprised of 108 beneficiaries, It also showed that the beneficiaries of the Agricultural Employment Programme (AEP) created the highest number of jobs by claiming 40.79% of jobs created. Furthermore, beneficiaries of the vocational skills development generated 14.92% of the jobs created among the 4 major skills acquisition programmes while beneficiaries from the Small Scale Enterprise Programme (SSE) generated 17% of jobs created. It further implies that the Agricultural Employment Programme (AEP) is better equipped with the necessary logistics and manpower to create jobs. In addition, results from the multiple regression analysis showed that specifically, age, NDE training, sex and business type, are significantly related to employment generation by the beneficiaries of the programme.
