SEROLOGICAL PREVALENCE OF HEPATITIS B VIRUS AMONG PATIENTS ATTENDING O. B. LULU BRIGGS HEALTH CENTRE IN PORT HARCOURT, RIVERS STATE, NIGERIA.

ABSTRACT: Nigeria has one of the greatest disease burdens from chronic viral hepatitis. Thus, this study aimed to investigate the prevalence of HBV infection amongst patients attending Lulu Briggs Health Centre, University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria and its associated factors among patients. Serum samples from 100 participants were screened for a serological marker of HBV infection (HBsAg) by Monolisa HBsAg ULTRA enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kit (manufactured by BIO-RAD Laboratories, California, United States) following the manufacturer’s guidelines. Of the 100 patients tested, 8.0% were positive for HBsAg. A higher prevalence of HBV occurred in males (12.2%), age groups 21-40 years (13.5%), the married (16.7%), graduates (21.4%), and civil/public servants/lecturers (33.3%). From the results, the prevalence of HBV among these patients is moderate (8.0%), which indicates a rise in the study area. The findings of this study confirm the findings of other studies that HBV is endemic in Nigeria. This study adds important granularity to our understanding of hepatitis endemicity. For a more accurate description of HBV prevalence, large cross-sectional studies are required.

The Plumed Serpent: D.H. Lawrence’S novel

Abstract: The life and the philosophy of D. H. Lawrence influenced his novels. The emotional turmoil of his life, his obsession with perfecting human relationships, and his fascination with the duality of the world led him to create his most experimental and pivotal novel, The Plumed Serpent. In The Plumed Serpent Lawrence uses a superstructure of myth to convey his belief in the necessity for the rebirth of a religion based on the dark gods of antiquity; coupled with this was his fervent belief that in all matters, sexual or spiritual, physical or emotional, political or religious, men should lead and women should follow. Through a study of Lawrence's life and personal creed, an examination of the mythic structure of The Plumed Serpent, and a brief forward look to Lady Chatterly's Lover, it is possible to see The Plumed Serpent as significant in the Lawrencian canon. Though didactic and obscure at times, the novel is an important transitional work.

摘要 更何况今天的最新科学研究发现，在人的大脑颞顶联合区内还有一个精神系统灵魂，它是由外部的热气流向心涡旋成团,必然被转化出离心旋力将空穴中心的气旋团抛出去,就同向心旋来的热气流,发生推挤摩擦发热到一定温度.就转化出新貭量的一个物貭灵魂系统；这个系统有什么气的貭量,就聚合成一颗什么貭量的微粒子,存放在心脏上,心脏有了作用力推挤做岀了功就,就驱动了血液在心脏周围不停地环绕运动,如将进入心脏的白血球推挤摩擦,使平时所吃的如土豆肉类含铁元素气流,进化成红血抛出心脏等来表述。

《我对新型肺炎病毒病起源和防治的认识》

摘要： 这次世界性疫情发病率多,时间长，范围广，至少由五个方面原因。如为病人注射药水针或挂水输液治病.在当时1931年美国医生drbaxbr与同伴合作在改造后的旧车库内, 生产出世界上笫一瓶商业用输液产品, 在第二次世界大战中被大量应用于很多伤员脱水, 或流血过多,或发烧及伤口被病菌感染进行抢救治疗。如输液三十小时內使病人立即退烧，感染伤口西药上去,特别对病菌立即见好效果等。在当时短时间內发现不了对慢性病及对病毒，长期输液使用后的副作用问题。首先对《新型肺炎病毒病》作起源和防治的问题进行论叙，以利建立起实效全民防疫,将疫情中的经济损失再夺回来。

An Overview of Women Right in the work place in India

Abstract: These guidelines were instituted by the supreme court of India to ensure the safety of women at workplaces and lay down the guidelines for dealing with the cases that are related to sexual harassment at the workplace. The Bhanwari Devi case is the most significant landmark case in the history of cases involving sexual harassment of women. The constitution of India is the supreme law of our country and must be protected and respected in every instance. The fundamental rights of equality and personal liberty should be protected and the citizens of our country should not be discriminated against on any grounds. Hence, it is legal as well as a moral duty to provide a safer work environment for women to prosper. So, we all should respect the constitution and all the authorities. It is also not only the responsibility of the judiciary but we also have some responsibilities. As a society, we have to develop our old and primitive thinking. It's the modern era everyone has their rights that what they have to do or what they don't have to do.

外来入侵物种—混点迪氏粉蚧

形态学和DNA条形码鉴定

摘要：本研究最初是从市场上购买鲜切花中发现的一种无法鉴别的粉蚧而开展的。本文通过形态学和DNA条形码技术，利用mDNA COI基因和rDNA 28S序列构建粉蚧NJ系统发育树，最终确定该粉蚧为混点迪氏粉蚧Delottococcus confuses。该粉蚧原产于南非，是山龙眼科植物的重要害虫，由于也能危害柑橘，其已经被多国列为禁止进境物种。截止2021年，我国的柑橘种植面积超过3926万亩，Delottococcus属物种的侵入将会严重威胁我国柑橘产业发展。由于粉蚧体型小，易隐藏，极易通过山龙眼科植物的鲜切花传播，这就需要我们应该加强对苗木切花和水果进行检疫，防止有害生物传入我国，危害我国农林业生态安全。

摘要：中国的融合, 我喜欢将太极图上动态场的箭移动到以下运动规律之一的心脏，阴阳的创造，金，木，水，火和地球运动，以兴起一切进化的哲学思想。道教无为的 WTO，强调了对立的统一和矛盾。孔子确实是另一个离心运动的流言蜚语，如箭头，仁慈，正义，礼仪，智慧，信仰儒学的诞生，天生就承诺最高程度的伦理适应，不幸的是它们通常从宏观或微观的角度,看待来分析问题。对太极八卦的电压表画面并没有真正理解，下面没有办法找到源头，也没有解释太极八卦所展示的所有真实含义的东西，在科学技术上无法发挥出巨大的作用。
