Study on Analysis of Flannery O’Connor’s Stories

Abstract: Any individual who works with the fiction of Flannery O'Connor for any length of time cannot help but be impressed by the high degree of mastery she displays in her production of what must ultimately be considered a type of religious propaganda. In story after story, she brings her characters to a moment when it is no longer possible for them to continue in their accustomed manner. The proud are repeatedly humbled, the ignorant are repeatedly enlightened, the wise are repeatedly shown that "the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God," and the materialists are repeatedly forced to recognize that the treasures of this world are theirs to possess for a short time only. Most frequently, as we have seen in the stories, the characters gain their new awareness as a result of having undergone an epiphanal experience. In many of the stories, the epiphanal moment is accompanied by violence and destruction. In ten of the nineteen stories which appear in her two short-story collections, the death of one or more of the characters is used to produce the epiphany. This reinforces O'Connor's comment, "I'm a born Catholic and death has always been a brother to my imagination. I can't imagine a story that doesn't properly end in it or in its foreshadowings." In the remaining stories, the character's epiphany is produced by the destruction of a beloved possession or by the rending of an intellectual veil which has protected the character from the knowledge of his true ignorance.

摘要：人类是一个休戚与共的命运共同体；国际社会应该守望相助、同舟共济。而拟设半夏素为定制医治冠肺炎病毒的药物，在绵阳市早就有一批学者在研究讨论。而完成这种大量的科学测试和动物实验、临床试验，需要大量的经费的投入。没有国家的全国组织、调配和动员更多大商家的资金捐献，光靠中国科技城绵阳要建成类似“硅谷”式高科技的生产治“新冠肺炎病毒”有效药品基地，是不可能的。

时空阶梯--共形循环宇宙学

摘要：时空阶梯-共形循环宇宙学既有完美的数学基础（共形映射），又可以解释众多宇宙现象：在大尺寸方面，可以解释与银河系自转曲线有关的暗物质，在小的尺寸方面，可以解释与暗物质和暗能量有关的神秘的双缝实验----三旋-共形循环宇宙学为时空阶梯理论能提供最好的数学理论基础，而时空阶梯理论为共形循环宇宙提供了最好的实证检验。两者合起来，三旋-时空阶梯共形循环宇宙学将成为最好的宇宙学模型（类似“有生于无”共形映射，除开正实数和自然数及“0”外，也可以部分包容正负虚数和负实数）。

凝聚态弦物理数学五大芯片打造解密 ---凝聚态弦物理数学初探科技应用

Abstract: 量子“0”，也类似一种“凝聚态”，如0+0=0；0+0+…+0=0。其次类似“量子纠缠”，即与1+（-1）=0属于算术及代数运算原理有关的无穷多的自然数、实数、虚数、复数等正负数对的加法计算，涉及到量子起伏、真空起伏等类似卡西米尔效应收缩效应的检测，和霍金黑洞辐射、暗能量包含类似虚数能量效应等现象的观察，都可视为“0量子开合纠缠芯片”。这里举新发现的单光子雪崩现象作分析。

Tesla between challenges, Oopportunities and Human Resource Management

Abstract: The primary aim of the paper is to discuss about some relevant and effective HR practices which needs to be followed by Tesla as they are trying to expand their automobile business in China. The paper has effectively highlighted the importance of HRM and its practices along with the key challenges that will be faced by Tesla in the international environment and this would have an effect on the HRM practice of Tesla. The paper also discusses about how different HRM policies will have an impact on the internationalization of Tesla and how these policies will help Tesla to overcome the issues which they will face in the new market. The paper has also highlighted the cultural differences between the US and China by using Hofstede’s cultural dimensions theory and the different strategies that can be used to attract as well as recruit local talent along with the advantages of selecting employees from host-country national staffing. From the literature review it has been concluded that US follows individualistic culture while China follows collectivist culture and therefore the organization needs to change its HR policies and activities according to the culture that is being followed by the employees of China. At the same time, the paper has also discussed about contingency and behaviour theory of leadership and how the former leadership approach will be suitable for the Chinese market. The paper has also effectively highlighted the difference between the selection process of expatriate employees from the domestic process, types of training and activities that needs to be provided to the expatriate employees along with the compensation and performance management that is followed by a reputed MNC organization known as Google Inc. Finally, the paper has successfully highlighted some recommendations for change of practices as well as perspectives that is required in managing the human resources as the company will be changing from domestic to multinational set up.

元宇宙之战感知人类第三个孵抱期

摘要：元宇宙与2020年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情，“封城”、“锁国”隔离紧密相连……疫情催生大量“云端见”常态化----网络会议、在线教育、线上会展，大数据智能、群体智能、跨媒体智能、人机混合增强智能和自主智能系统等人工智能方面发展方向的认知：类似“空心圆球内表面翻转成外表面”，还可以“不撕破”----类似还有揭示“科统”的这个认知，是与人类起源和文明起源，可能存在共同的交叉点----人类命运共同体全球化历史上，人类起源/文明存在的三大孵抱期：（a）第一孵抱期；（b）第二孵抱期；（c）第三孵抱期等的第三个孵抱期的感知，元宇宙是在迅速拉开序幕。

我对太极图理解和运用

摘要：中国的融合, 我喜欢将太极图上动态场的箭移动到以下运动规律之一的心脏，阴阳的创造，金，木，水，火和地球运动，以兴起一切进化的哲学思想。道教无为的WTO，强调了对立的统一和矛盾。孔子确实是另一个离心运动的流言蜚语，如箭头，仁慈，正义，礼仪，智慧，信仰儒学的诞生，天生就承诺最高程度的伦理适应，不幸的是，它们通常从宏观，微观的角度看待来自分析的问题。对太极八卦的电压表画面并没有真正理解，下面没有办法找到源头，也没有解释太极八卦所展示的所有真实含义的东西，在科学技术上无法发挥出巨大的作用。

摘要：2020年起新冠肺炎病毒疫情大流行，已把全世界作为人质，全球抗击新冠病毒和多种变异病毒疫情联系着大智慧。这种大智慧如医治新冠肺炎病毒药物知识产权能公示，是一种“解密”，揭示了世界的统一性，以及和平与发展仍然在第三孵抱期是时代的主题。那么未来综合第三孵抱期特征的政党与科技这幅“立体交通网”，其实也类似凝聚态和凝聚态弦物理数学芯片“立体交通网”，可促进“第三孵抱期”协作混合增强的大智慧、大科学、大历史的全球化。
