Abstract:
SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19), a positive sense ssRNA virus,
adherent of family of “corona” virus, is disseminating
its appendages worldwide because of paucity of drugs at
the moment. Due to its vital role in virus replication,
Mpro and Spike (S) proteins have currently
been considered as an appropriate target for designing
of drug. The current study focused on the inhibitory
activity of calotropin, a component of milk extracted
from Calotropis gigantean, against Mpro
and Spike proteins from SARS-CoV-2. So far, there is no
work commenced on in-silico study of this compound
against Mpro and Spike proteins of
SARS-CoV-2. In the current analysis, we had used
Patchdock analysis to study molecular docking. Protein
Interactions Calculator was practiced to analyze
interactions among proteins. In-silico Absorption,
Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity (ADMET)
profile was also studied. Docking score specified actual
binding of component calotropin towards COVID 19 Mpro
and S-protein. Interactions consequences specified that,
Mpro and S-protein protein/calotropin
complexes involve in interactions (hydrogen and
hydrophobic). Besides, our analysis also threw light on
the significant outcome that the S2domains of COVID 19
“S” glycoproteins possibly make interaction with
calotropin. In silico ADMET analysis provided guidelines
and possibility for identification of effective anti
COVID 19 drug. Consequently, calotropin could signify
probable herbal therapy to be used as inhibitor of COVID
19. Though, additional research is obligatory to explore
their probable therapeutic use.

摘要:中微子相互作用的本真态和质量本真态相联系的映射矩阵与中微子的质量矩阵之间,建立的非常确定的波粒二象性,联系从宏观到微观物理学双缝实验的判据,这涉及庞加莱猜想与不确定性原理等价问题。如果不把李政道先生的物理和丘成桐先生的数学两大优势,在他们有生之年尽快地结合起来,我们将错失良机。

摘要:马赫的贡献在于揭示了引力速度和光速的内禀性质。但他把整体与部分的相对绝对化;他不像威滕的弦/M(膜)理论,威滕不用一个单独的整体,而是一个整理的网络观测,并且是一个数学模型描述,所有的部分在整体下都是等效的,并且具有意想不到多的对应关系,可以解释从无限小的粒子到无限大的宇宙的统一场。但M理论网络还不能解释生物场、认识场、经济场,现在统一超弦和三旋的膜理论的类圈体及转座子学说,却是一个超M理论,可以解释从无限小的粒子到无限大的宇宙的统一场、生物场、认识场、经济场。

Abstract
Practice shows: Without enough parameters, 1+2 cannot
estimate 1+1 and 1+1×1. At the same
time, it is pointed out that among the prime numbers not
greater than N, the prime number 6t-1 is more than
the prime number 6t+1, (this is the "detail" that Hardy
and the others did not notice.) "detail" (= "remainder")
affects Represents the negligible oscillation in the
accuracy curve of the number r2(N) of Hardy-Litttlewood
conjecture (A) in 1921. (In 1989, Hua Luogeng (华罗庚)
confirmed that conjecture (A) is the
"main term" of even Goldbach's problem.)

Abstract:The
density of the universe determines the geometry and fate
of the universe. According to Freedman’s equations of
general relativity published in 1922 and 1924, the
geometry of the universe may be closed, open and flat.
It all depends upon the curvature of the universe also.
Various results of Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation
(CMBR), NASA’s Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe (WMAP),
and ESA’s Planck spacecraft probes found that our
universe is flat within a margin of 0.4% error. In this
short work, by applying the laws of quadratic equations,
we attempt to show that OUR UNIVERSE IS FLAT.
