Abstract:
卡尔·波普尔:「人们尽可以把科学的历史看作发现理论、摒弃错了的理论并以更好的理论取而代之的历史。」爱因斯坦:「真正伟大和富有灵性的东西只能由工作在自由之中的个人所创造。」
本章的目的在于,用建立在作者「新黑洞理论」基础上的「宇宙黑洞模型」与「大爆炸標準宇宙模型」作比较,论证‘前者’的正确性和‘后者’的诸多错误,从而建议学者们用正确的完好的「宇宙黑洞模型」,以取代过时的错误很多的「大爆炸標準宇宙模型」.

摘要:量子能谱物理学迎来非线性暗物质量子研究与应用革命时刻,赤壁第八届量子信息研讨会虽然对量子技术产品成分保密是囧事,但联系国内多年对显物质与暗物质原子量子镶嵌纠缠科学原理等的补充研究,如果利用量子比特作为信息载体传输技术平台的星地里奇张量量子引力通信是成功的,就说明它与量子计算机可以不分离,同时和“量子色动纠缠引力信息传输智能手机”可结合使用。运用黑箱分析的方法,设置的“量子色动纠缠引力信息传输智能手机”模型,能否揭秘提取非线性暗物质量子能源的研究与应用,将照亮21世纪?

Role of women in Pnachayati Raj after 73rd

Abstract:
To record Role of women in Pnachayati Raj after 73rd
Amendment the present study was planned in Dhanipur (Pehowa),
Fatehpur (Thanesar) and Salimpur (Shahabad) village of
district Kurukshetra, Haryana (India). For the above
study 50-50 women in each village were interviewed. In
present study 50 interviewed were more adult, i.e., 66%
in Salimpur village, 62% in Dhanipur village and 56% in
Fatehpur village.
Also in present study old age female are more in number,
i.e., 12% in Fatehpur village and finally 10% in
Dhanipur
village and least in number (6%) in Salimpur village. In
present study the interviewed female belongs to 56%
general category, 24% other backward category and 20%
schedule caste category in village Fatehpur; 46%
general category, 28% other backward category and 26%
schedule caste category in village Salimpur and 44%
general category, 30% other backward category and 26%
schedule caste category in village Dhanipur. In present
study educational qualification of interviewed female is
also observed. In village Dhanipur more women’s were
secondary (40%), post graduate (22%), graduate (20%),
senior secondary (6%) and others (4%). In villages
Fatehpur educational qualification of interview female
was secondary (34%), senior secondary (28%), graduate
(26%), post graduate (10%) and illiterate (6%). Also in
village Salimpur educational qualification of interview
female was secondary (30%), senior secondary (22%),
graduate (18%), post graduate (14%) and illiterate (4%).
In present study the family income source of interviewed
female were also observed. Maximum house women observed,
i.e., 48% in village Salimpur, 38% in village Fatehpur
and 36% in village Dhanipur; agricultural income source
of family i.e., 22% in village Salimpur, 42% in village
Fatehpur and 38% in village Dhanipur, government
employee income source i.e., 14% in village Salimpur, 4%
in village Fatehpur and 6% in village Dhanipur and non
government employee income source i.e., 16% in village
Salimpur, 10% in village Fatehpur and 14% in village
Dhanipur. In the present study, women awareness about 73rd
amendment and Panchayati were also observed. The
awareness about 73rd amendment were observed
maximum 16% in village Fatehpur, 12% in village Salimpur
and 10% in village Dhanipur; income source of Panchayati
raj maximum 30% in village Dhanipur, 28% in village
Salimpur and least 16% in village Fatehpur; knowledge of
work and power of Panchayati raj were observed maximum
30% in village Fatehpur, 16% in village Dhanipur and 6%
in village Salimpur; knowledge of position of female in
Panchayati raj were maximum 14% in village Dhanipur and
salimpur and least 10% in village Fatehpur; knowledge of
reservation of women in Panchayati raj, assemble,
parliament and rajysabha were observed maximum 16% in
village Salimpur and dhanipur and least 4% in village
Fatehpur; knowledge of women empowerment were observed
maximum 18% in village Fatehpur, 12% in village Salimpur
and least 6% in village Dhanipur. In the present study
out 50 interviewed women’s participated as 80% women as
voter, 18% women’s with political parties, 0% women’s as
movement and only 2% women’s as candidate in election
of Panchayati Raj in village Salimpur. Also in village
Fatehpur, out 50 interviewed women’s participated as 78%
women as voter, 4% women’s with political parties, 16%
women’s as movement and only 2% women’s as candidate
in election of Panchayati Raj. Also out 50 interviewed
women’s participated as 70% women as voter, 20% women’s
with political parties, 8% women’s as movement and only
2% women’s as candidate in election of Panchayati Raj
in village Dhanipur.

Abstract:
Using Jiang function we
are able to prove almost all prime problems in prime
distribution. This is the Book proof. No great
mathematicians study prime problems and prove Riemann
hypothesis in AIM, CLAYMI, IAS, THES, MPIM, MSRI. In
this paper using Jiang function we
prove that the new prime theorems (691)-(740)
contain infinitely many prime solutions and no prime
solutions. From (6) we are able to find the smallest
solution .
This is the Book theorem.

Principles and Rules Governing the Construction of the
Kernel Functions in Support Vector Machine

Abstract:
Support Vector
Machine (svm) is a favorable method for categorizing
different types of data. The main problem with this
method is significant decrease of classification speed
against increase in the problem magnitudes, that the
magnitude of the problem is positively correlative to
the number of the support vectors. Thus changing,
selecting, or modifying the Kernel function can account
for a part of this speed reduction, and pave the way of
solving the problem. In this article, we introduce the
common kernel functions and kernels derived from
orthogonal polynomials, and investigate the principles
and rules governing the construction of the kernels.
