Abstract:
The last decade of
the 20th century highlighted the role of women in work
place and issue such as WLB surfaced the human resource
literature. The previously considered women issue was
realized to have impacts on both the genders. Imbalances
leads to stress and role overload for employees. Studies
highlighted the role of different factors influencing
the WLB. The current study analyzed the role of gender
and Perceived organization support in WLB using data
from 180 respondents at different Universities in
Peshawar. The results of Regression show that POS has a
direct relationship with WLB. Results from Independent
sample T test supports the females of having more WLB as
compared to men.

A

Abstract:
The
present study was designed to compare government and
private secondary school teachers on their teaching
competency. The sample for the present study consisted
of 100 secondary school teachers (50 Govt. Secondary
School Teachers and 50 Private Secondary School
Teachers) selected randomly from the different schools
of district Anantnag. The data for the present study was
collected with the help of General Teaching Competency
Scale by B.K Passi. The major findings of the study
revealed that significant difference were found between
the two groups on their teaching competency.

Abstract:
Because of the immense success of technology, general
public regards science (which is a fascinating
exploration of the impossible – from death rays and
force fields to invisibility cloaks and the geometry of
curved space and many counter-intuitive notions, such as
black holes — regions of space with so much mass that
even light rays cannot escape) as a rigorous body of
physical knowledge, as established as a beautiful truth.
But it is absolutely-absolutely false. Even though its
computational power and its conceptual scope are
remarkable, science has fatal limitations. The whole the
scientific community is ignorant about it. It is strange
that the scientists are not raising the issues. Science
means truth, and scientists are proponents of the truth.
But they are teaching incorrect ideas to children
(upcoming scientists) in schools /colleges etc. from
decades or millennia. One who will raise the issue will
face unprecedented initial criticism. Anyone can read
the book and find out the truth. It is open to everyone

Abstract:
从小孔成像到双缝实验；从超导能隙到中微子振荡；从微积分韦尔张量相因子到弱电统一规范场标准模型；从对称破缺质量希格斯粒子生成到高维穿行破膜唯引力场天下；从无限可分纳米发电机变法到暗物质夸克禁闭色变飘零；从土壤渗透到机体渗流；从中医药治间隙里病到本末出候与天眼天网、分子基因快速查病仪共舞，等等迹象，无不说明在中国暗物质卫星上天、四川锦屏山暗物质地下实验室等，不断取得国际领先研究成果的时候，第2届全国自然国学学术研讨会达成共识：“要像屠呦呦、吴文俊那样善于把传统与现代、整体论与还原论有机结合，树立创新性思维，进行创新性工作”，被人形容类似在20世纪初丹麦首都哥本哈根，形成研究微观物理现象以玻尔提出的并协原理为理论共识的哥本哈根学派的量子力学，产生的中国哥本哈根学派式的“间隙jian标学”。

Abstract:
Not only your good self but also any reasonable and
honest person unaffected by politics and dictum of
funding policies of corporate arms will certainly
conclude that the method that we have adopted in modern
science is imperfect. Under a wrong influence (politics
and funding agencies) majority of scientific community
take for granted that the real goal of science is to
defend/establish materialism and thus the entire
scientific research is centered around wrong
presumptions like abiogenesis, insentient view about
lower species (like animals, plants, bacteria and so
on), bodily evolution theories (macroevolution), genetic
determinism, AI (sentient robots, creativity of
mechanical systems like computers and so on) and so on.
