Abstract: 科学创新、进化因素，存在普遍性、世界性，也存在有本土性和地域性，涉及科学作为一种智力，特别是数、理、化、生等学科的公式、定理、定律，它的客观性类似早已存在，不以人存，不以天亡，只是等人早晚的条件和来发现。对于不是自己的发现，它类似传说。但他人的发现，也是可以再重复计算、推导、证明、试验检查的。发现成为非物质文化科学遗产传说，一方面它有普遍性、世界性；或者它从本土性和地域性也可以转变成普遍性、世界性。但有些非物质文化科学遗产的传说，它的可证性、表演性很小。本篇是此文的第22至第26部分。

摘要：原子轨道核外电子回旋的韦尔张量效应的量子信息隐形传输，与核内量子起伏质子卡西米尔效应产生负能量的超光速发射，两者本末出候天衣无缝的结合，成为量子力学二次革命的先声。这种量子编码解释了自然的很多秘密。在物质、能量和信息的世界里，人们都认为物质、能量比信息更基本、更重量。错了，信息比物质、能量更基本、更重量；当然这个基本和重量，是必须进行“编码”来说的物质、能量、信息与暗物质、暗能量、暗信息，在对偶、有限、无限和有界中作的转换，即“编码”是一切物质、能量、信息与暗物质、暗能量、暗信息的前提。

Singularity of the Universe

Abstract: Cosmologists have developed many theories to explore the ultimate origin of the universe. There are three main branches including scientific cosmology, philosophical cosmology, and theology. Although all the existed theories get to the point very closely, every theory has its own shortage. Scientific cosmologies fail to explain singularity due to all the known laws of physics break down in it. Philosophical cosmologies stuck in the cause of the universe could not be the universe itself. Theologies meet with the same dilemma. God being the whole universe or a part of it if He/She exists in it cannot be the cause of it. Taking into account the advantages and weaknesses of all the existed theories, I neglect all the known laws of physics and make use of pure mathematical functions. The calculation result reveals there is a singularity. Interestingly, the singularity is negative universe that could be the answer to the first cause of the universe.

Levels of Heavy Metal Concentration in the Tissue of Crassostrea gigas Obtained from Imo River, South Eastern Nigeria.

Abstract: The levels of some heavy metals and total hydrocarbon (THC) in the tissues of Oysters from Imo River, Ikot Abasi in Akwa Ibom State were investigated. Samples of Oysters were collected for a period of three months in the intertidal region of the River and were analyzed using Atomic Absorption spectrophotometry for the determination of heavy metals and soxhlet extraction gravimetric method was used in the determination of total hydrocarbon. The mean level of heavy metals varied in all the three month. Also, same variation was observed for total hydrocarbon. The levels of heavy metals and total hydrocarbon during the study period across the month showed no significant difference (P > 0.05). This was attributed to the fact that they were less industrial activities in one month than the other resulting in the variation. These studies demonstrate that the evidence of bioaccumulation of heavy metals and total hydrocarbons were below the recommended tolerable limits when compared to that of world standards for Aquatic Organism. The result of the studies implies that Oysters caught from Imo River are safer as a food source for human consumption. However, constant monitoring of water bodies receiving effluents is emphasized in order to forestall cumulative effects of pollutants which may lead to sub-lethal consequence in future if not checked.

Comparative Nutritional And Anti-Nutritional Analysis Of Ocimum grattissimum and Ocimum basilicum

Abstract: Ocimum grattissimum (OG) and Ocimum basilicum (OB) are medicinal plants reputed for extraordinary therapeutic effectiveness. Both plants were analyzed for their nutritional and anti-nutritional factors, proximate composition, mineral elements and phytochemicals components using standard procedures. The result revealed the presence of phytochemicals with both preventive and curative importance in the two samples. It also indicated high concentrations of potassium, (462mg/100g) and (483mg/100g); calcium, (540mg/100g) and (460mg/100g); moderate amount of sodium, (149mg/100g) and (159mg/100g); appreciable concentrations of phosphorus, (26.9mg/100g) and (35.9mg/100g); and iron(11.4mg/100g) and (10.5mg/100g) for (OG) and (OB) respectively. The ash content, crude fiber and moisture content for (OG) and (OB) are (12.18%±0.00%), (14.96%±0.00%) and (6.93%±0.00%); and (15.73%±0.00%), (11.31%±0.00%) and (5.72%±0.00%) respectively. Higher lipid and carbohydrate content in the leaves (16.25% ± 0.01) and (20.8%± 0.01%); and (22.7%± 0.00) and (14.50% ± 0.00) give a corresponding increase in the energy value (287.3 ± 0.06 kcal/100g) and (281.5 ± 0_.02kcal/100g)for scent leaf and curry leaf respectively. The study also revealed that (OB) has higher concentration of crude protein (30.00% ± 0.00) compared to (OG) (28.88% ± 0.01) which is same for their ash and carbohydrate contents. This result shows that the vegetables are rich sources of nutrients and minerals essential for human growth and development.

Preliminary studies on rearing of Schizothorax esocinus with special reference to growth and fecundity

Abstract: The Schizothorax esocinus was reared at the Dachigam National Park Kashmir from 2010-2011. Growth and fecundity was assessed. Artificial food was provided of the composition of Fish meal, Soya meal, Mustard cake, Wheat bran, and Rice bran .the feeding was made through square method and was given twice a day. The Standard deviation observed on growth at control was 40.94, at feed first was 59.37at feed second was 58.27 and at feed third was 62.99. The P. value is 0.0002 considered extremely significant. All the cultures passed the normality test. The results observed on fecundity at control was 80.57,at feed first was 127.95 ,at feed second was 128.96 and at feed third was 214.99. The P. Value observed was 0.7012 considered not significant.

Adaptations of Common Carp with changing environment with special reference to their hematology

Abstract: Common carp (Cyprinus carpio) were collected from the Dal Lake Kashmir seasonally. Some of the hematological parameters were assessed repeatedly. The results observed indicated that the common carp is a hardy fish but seasonal variation in environmental factors has a profound effect on fish hematology. The results observed in winter, spring, summer, and autumn respectively The mean of the results of hematocrit include 43.916, 43.416, 43.33, and 44.33 respectively where as the mean of red blood corpuscles include 3, 3.083, 5.2.58 and 3.125 respectively. The mean of the white blood corpuscles include 4.425, 4.233, 2.463 and 3.85.The P. value of hematocrit is 0.2583 considered not significant. Variation among column means is not significantly greater than expected by chance. The P. value of red blood corpuscles and white blood corpuscles is <0.0001 considered extremely significant Variation among column means is significantly greater than expected by chance.

Using genetic algorithm to determine the weight of each constituent share of portfolio

Abstract: Organizations can choose the appropriate methods for optimum portfolio investor interested in working in the financial markets, especially the second group of investors (people lack information and knowledge) contribute. In this study mean - half of the variance model for the portfolio is used and optimal model using genetic algorithms. For this reason, companies are examined in population in several stages and eventually selected 70 companies as research samples and data are needed (efficiency and risk-quarter) collected for research. As well as to assess Half of the variance Mean- model Markowitz model for portfolio Mean- variance efficient frontier models are used and the results are compared with each other. The results show that the use of genetic algorithm to determine the weight of each component of the portfolio, the formation of the portfolio is optimized.
