本地性科学初探 - 中国前沿科学检视与西方科学之争 (17 – 21)

Abstract: 科学创新、进化因素，存在普遍性、世界性，也存在有本土性和地域性，涉及科学作为一种智力，特别是数、理、化、生等学科的公式、定理、定律，它的客观性类似早已存在，不以人存，不以天亡，只是等人早晚的条件和来发现。对于不是自己的发现，它类似传说。但他人的发现，也是可以再重复计算、推导、证明、试验检查的。发现成为非物质文化科学遗产传说，一方面它有普遍性、世界性；或者它从本土性和地域性也可以转变成普遍性、世界性。但有些非物质文化科学遗产的传说，它的可证性、表演性很小。本篇是此文的第17至第21部分。

Intellectual capital and Business Performance in Algerian Companies

Abstract: Purpose – The purpose of this study is to empirically test the relationship between intellectual capital (i.e. human capital, structural capital, relational capital) and business performance within different economic sectors in Algeria. Design/methodology/approach – A valid research instrument was utilized to conduct a survey of 120 employees in different manager levels of Algerian companies. Findings – A correlation is conducted to ascertain the validity of the measures and models. Statistical support was found for the hypothesized relationships. Research limitations/implications – The findings offer valuable insights on the generalizability of intellectual capital in a novel research setting. Practical implications – Intellectual capital measurement is of primary interest for senior executives of pharmaceutical firms in Jordan. Originality/value – The research reported is among only a few to investigate the issue of intellectual capital in Jordan and the first to study Algerian firms.

天体运动和物理力学的郭氏定律

摘要：1967年，郭选年发现日心说、开普勒定律、万有引力定律，自相矛盾不能自圆其说，经过长期研究提出系列新理论，撰写了《有关地球物理和天体运动异说》。由于得不到重视和被排斥，郭选年认识到：“人生最大的痛苦莫过于谬论得到公认，真理当作敝履弃之而无能为力。”为一生研究成果不被埋没，总结为定律公布于世，以求幸遇伯乐而受到推荐。

Unfortunately, they generally last from a macro, a microscopic look at the problem from the analysis. Volt meter painting of the Eight Diagrams physically not really understand, following no way to find the source, but also did not explain the Eight Diagrams are shown all the true meaning of things, in science and technology can not play a huge role.

Employees Satisfaction in Public and Private Banking Sector of Pakistan

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of employee’s satisfaction in public and private banking sector of Pakistan. Satisfaction of Employee is increase by increase in Reward and Motivation. In this study we collected the data from National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) and United Bank Limited (UBL). We used survey questioner for collection of the data, which consist of 12 questions and Likert scale. Study revealed that employee satisfaction level is higher in private banks as compared to the public banks of Pakistan, because more rewards (tangible and intangible) are given in private banks due to which employees are more satisfied. Another reason of employee satisfaction level in private banks is their motivation. They are more motivated than employees of the public sector banking.

Abstract: ‘Marriage’ is the ceremony when Bride and Bridegroom are united legally for regeneration of their heirs. Presently it is the global level culture that ‘THALI’ is tied on the bride’s neck putting ‘three knots’. There are so many theories about three knots. This scientific research focus that ‘WIFE’ shall be considered as the ‘IMAGE’ of ‘MOTHER’.  In other words ‘WIFE’ shall be considered as the ‘Transformed soul’ of ‘Mother Nature’.  The philosophy of motherly bondage, wife bondage shall be indicated as below.

Abstract: This scientific research article focus that the CREATOR OF UNIVERSE shall be considered as “SUPREME POET” who consider created the Universe through “POEM” (Triphthong Mantra).  The supreme Poet also be called by name by author as “RAMANUJAM”. Ramanujam shall also mean Supreme God (MEGA VISHUVAN) who created everything through “MOTHER NATURE” (Souls). This scientific research speculated that the Philosophy of Hinduism trinity God BRAHMA, VISHNU, SHIVA shall be considered as supreme God in different Hindu denominations in different phases of time as described. Studying legal responsibility of governments against their own citizens for air pollution, tiny pollen and nuclear waste

Abstract: Air pollution issue is one of the problems that have arisen in the International Community recently. For example, the dust which enter from one country to other country or countries, creates a lot of problems form them and it may impose many costs for governments to remove its traces. Radioactive materials are one of the contaminants of human environment which have been considered today given increasingly use of nuclear materials in producing energy. Contamination resulted from these materials may be due to peaceful use of nuclear energy such as: Nuclear waste disposal, nuclear power plants, or the result of a nuclear wars and nuclear weapons. Based on customary rules and according to provisions of the related convention, Unnecessary & avoided damage to environment is forbidden either directly or indirectly. It is natural that the government has civil and legal liability against people and is responsible for the damage and losses. Thus, air pollution is prosecutable from both legal and criminal perspective. If we want to follow from criminal perspective, we should meet ill will and special purpose elements that would seem unlikely that someone attempt to make it knowingly and intentionally, but legally, one can lawsuit & demand for compensation for damages entering people.

Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase (iNOS) and Obstruction Research Literatures

Abstract: Nitric oxide synthases (NOSs, EC 1.14.13.39) are a family of enzymes catalyzing the production of nitric oxide (NO) from L-arginine. NO is an important cellular signaling molecule that helps to modulate the vascular tone, insulin secretion, airway tone and peristalsis, etc, and NO is involved in angiogenesis and neural development. It may function as a retrograde neurotransmitter. NO is mediated in mammals by the calcium-calmodulin controlled isoenzymes eNOS (endothelial NOS) and nNOS (neuronal NOS). The inducible isoform, iNOS, is involved in immune response, binds calmodulin at physiologically relevant concentrations, and produces NO as an immune defense mechanism, as NO is a free radical with an unpaired electron. It is the proximate cause of septic shock and may function in autoimmune disease. Obstructive uropathy is a condition in which the flow of urine is blocked. This causes the urine to back up and injure one or both kidneys. Obstructive uropathy occurs when urine cannot drain through a ureter. Urine backs up into the kidney and causes it to become hydronephrosis. It can occur suddenly, or be a long-term problem. If the blockage comes on suddenly, kidney damage is less likely if the problem is detected and treated promptly, and the damage to the kidneys goes away normally. Long-term damage to the kidneys may occur if the blockage has been present for a long time. If the problem is caused by a blockage in the bladder, the bladder may have long-term damage, which may lead to problems emptying the bladder or leakage of urine. This article introduces recent research reports as references in the inducible nitric oxide Synthase (iNOS) and obstruction related studies.
