Abstract:
In Republic
India “BHARAT RATNA” is considered as “GEM”
of India and Highest Civilian award being offered to
meritorious artist, politician, scientist, literature
and recently to sports person also. Further ‘NAVARATNA’
is considered as nine most precious, rarely
available stones used in the jewellery since ancient
time as believed in the culture of Hinduism, Jainism,
Buddhism for prosperity of life. This scientific
research article focus that ‘Bharat Ratna’, ‘gem’
shall be considered as closely associated with, ‘COSMO
UNIVERSE’. ‘Ratna’ shall mean ‘cosmo’.
“Gem” shall mean ‘universe’. Bharat Ratna
shall mean MEGA STAR emanating radiation. This
research further focus that in the origin of universe ‘J-RADIATION’
shall be considered as the ‘GEM’ of universe
responsible for birth and existence of billions of
precious, semi precious colourful stones and matters. In
Proto Indo Europe language the mega star, gem shall be
called as “OLI VILAKKU”, “MUTHU MANI” as
described below.

Perfect man, qualities, and his officials

Abstract:
The Understanding of the perfect man is the most
important and essential religious education and human.
Furthermore, the knowing of the perfect man, not only it
is the scientific aspects also But its belief aspects is
also essential the Prophet of Islam that is a clear
model of the perfect man introduced him as an epitome of
the Islamic community. The discussion of the perfect man
begins with this question that one of the fundamental
interior beliefs of the Islam after unification is the
epiphany of full names and sub Hannah’s right attributes
in his manifestation, it means the perfect man. Ibn
Arabi, the perfect man is expressed in three major
aspects of cognitive world, is a perfect example of
creation and all initial prototypes have generally in
itself. Such that all hierarchy of person are nothing
except various branches of the tree whose roots are in
heaven, and it spreads all over the universe. But from
the prophecyaspect, the perfect man is the eternal
divine word and verb that each stage can be likened to
one of the prophets. Therefore, each chapter of chapters
Al Hekam has been awarded a highlight of the man
perfect. The Prophet is a manifestation of divine
science that he actually will manifest them in the
world. In this conception, the perfect man becomes
Muhammad fact that the realization of its land is by the
Prophet (pbuh). After Ibn Arabi, in contemporary period
Imam Khomeini offers the best and most complete picture
of the man. From Imam
Khomeini sview, the perfect man is like a mirror that
shows right, Allah finds himself it in. Intuition is the
mirror of the whole universe. This means that the
perfect man is like a mirror that has two faces, in one
of faces will manifest the divine names and attributes.
His purity right, is observed in the mirror that
indicates right and in the other face of it displays
universe with all the attributes and perfections of
existence.

摘要：1967年,郭选年否定日心说、万有引力定律，修正牛顿三定律，提出新的天体物理理论。至今得不到专家的支持和认同，证明天体物理学坠入迷信的深渊，难以唤醒崇洋媚外者。郭选年估计先进国家发射太阳卫星环绕一周，或测绘出类地行星的空间轨迹，可证明他的天体物理学新理论是正确的。郭选年垂垂老矣又多病，故写下此文告诉后人，他四十八年奋斗得不到国家支持，是走的艰辛坎坷的科研之路，可认识中国科研体制的缺失。

Folkloric Media as Veritable
Human Rights Strategy for Development Communication in
Nigeria: Beyond the Permissible Nuances

Abstract:
Traditional cultural forms — often loosely and
interchangeably referred to as traditional media, folk
media and folk art forms such as drama and songs — are
strong and effective means for development
communication. They are rooted in indigenous culture.
Originating from different societies and evolving over
time, they have been used for moral, religious and
socio-political education. These forms are still alive
and receptive to new ideas, and therefore have great
potential as development communication tools. The
initial problems in every approach to folklore as
communication tools are definition and terminology. Not
only does the definition of folklore differ from
discipline to discipline, from context to context and
from time to time, it also evolves as society and its
values change. Moreover, at an international level, a
dichotomy between the meaning of folklore in the
developing and developed world can often be observed. In
addition, for intellectual property purposes, especially
in documentary and theatre for development, it is
necessary to have a clear and shared understanding of
what is legally meant or not meant by the term folk
media. In what follows, the most common meanings and the
basic concepts underpinning folklore across nations and
cultures will enable the analysis of folklore from an
international and Intellectual Property law perspective
to sustain development projects from the perspective of
protecting indigenous heritages. Traditional folk media
forms are personal, familiar and credible. Community
members can easily identify themselves as part of their
folk art forms. Therefore, despite the rapid diffusion
of new communication technologies, folk media continue
to demonstrate value as effective vehicles for
developmental messages. This paper therefore attempts a
broader definition of folkloric media in order to echo
its universal and intimate power for sustainable social
change in Nigeria.

A Common Sense Theory
On “Varying-Science”?...

Abstract:
“SCIENCE” means “KNOWLEDGE”?...“VARYING-SCIENCE”
means “KNOWLEDGE VARIES”?... This scientific
research focus that the ‘COSMO UNIVERSE’ shall be
considered as Supernatural Pre-existences closed type ‘TRIPOD’
like structure having infinity level of ‘stored
energy’ in the form of ‘AKKIE PARTICLES’
(Understood in Quantum physics as Antineutrinos and
Neutrinos) responsible for source of matters and
sustainability of matters in the universe. The whole
Cosmo universe shall be considered exists on
three-in-one foundation of SUN, EARTH, MOON
rotating on its ‘AXIS’. Various cyclic climatic
environments consider occurs due to varied relative
position of SUN, EARTH, MOON. SUN, EARTH, MOON
considered as pre-existence rather than “EVOLVED”
from cloud of “STAR DUST”. Further this research
focus that the entire Material universe shall be
considered as ‘void’ in the prehistoric time (say
6,00,000 years ago). At one stage say during ‘ZERO
HOUR’ the universe began to emerge ‘VIRGIN
RADIATION’ through ‘WHITE HOLE’ called by
Author as ‘J-RADIATION’ composed of
three-in-one most fundamental particle PHOTON,
ELECTRON, PROTON having LEAST MASS (say Zero
Mass) and also having Electric, magnetic optic
and charge properties. This research further focus that
the ‘J-RADIATION’ consists of BILLIONS of
minute ray (say SOUL) responsible for ‘SPONTANEOUS
CREATION” of all matters of Universe say ‘NATURAL
MATTERS’ (or) “VIRGIN MATTERS” (say 5,00,000
years ago). The initial created matters at one stage
undergone ‘PLASMA STATE’ during ‘DARK AGE’
(say 4,00,000 years ago) and the ‘NATURAL HUMAN’
consider transformed from ‘WHITE PLANET’ (Mother
planet of Universe) to EARTH PLANET and started
living on ‘KACHCHA THEEVU’ (plasma virgin Island
of earth planet) around 3,00,000 years ago. The
first human populations lived on ‘KACHCHA THEEVU’
considered having ‘Dark skin complexion’ with ‘BLUE
EYE IRIS’ called by Author as ‘PROTO INDOS’
(Flying Human). This research further focus that the
entire material universe consider contains only “THREE
GALAXY” of planets and matters which was “EVOLVED”
in three phases of Time (Understood in Quantum physics
as SPACE and TIME and growth of Gamma,
Beta, Alpha radiations in three nuclear age) called by
author as ‘BLUE GALAXY’, ‘GREEN GALAXY’, ‘RED GALAXY’.
The ‘WHITE GALAXY’ (Absolute white body matters)
and ‘DARK GALAXY’ (Absolute Black body matters)
shall be called as “WHITE AGE GALAXY” and “DARK
AGE GALAXY”. This research further focus that the
initial “SPONTANEOUS CREATION” matters consider “EVOLVED”
in three Nuclear age with “Varied Universe constants”.
The origin of various ‘SPECIES MATTERS’ shall be
considered shall be considered due to impact of varied
universe constants and become various skin complexion,
physical, mental traits and eye Iris like “BLUE EYE
IRIS”, “GREEN EYE IRIS”, “RED EYE IRIS”, in three
generations of nuclear age. The philosophy of “J-RADIATION”
and the ‘SOUL’ of Universe shall be indicated as
below. SOUL shall also be called as “LAW OF NATURE”.

FESTIVAL” only for “TEENAGERS”?...iii) ”VALENTINE
DAY FESTIVAL” not for “SENIOR CITIZENS”?...NO…
NO… NO… This
scientific research focus that “VALENTINE DAY
FESTIVAL” shall be considered connected with “BIRTH
DAY FESTIVAL” or “PEACE PROMOTING FESTIVAL”
rather than “LOVERS FESTIVAL” of youngsters. This
scientific research further focus that populations lived
in “KACHCHA THEEVU” shall be concerned as “DIVINE
POPULATIONS” (3,00,000 years ago) transformed from “WHITE
PLANET” (white mars) during “DARK AGE” of
universe and Diversed to various parts of world and
further adopted to respective Environment conditions and
continue to sustain in “three nuclear age”. The
so called “Modern Human” shall be considered
belong to 3rd generation population

Radiation) as GOD. Further annual festival

celebrated since ancient time to commemorate the
birthday anniversary of J-RADIATION for promoting
peace among their families. It is focused that the
Philosophy of VALENTINE shall mean SECULAR
or ONE FAMILY. It is further focused that during
the course of time the “SECULAR FAMILY”
considered become ethnically diversified families

Abstract:
量子纠缠（quantum
entanglement）是指在由两个或两个以上粒子组成的系统中，虽然粒子在空间上可能分开，但是它们仍然相互影响的现象,
即量子关联。一旦两个粒子发生纠缠，当一个粒子发生变化，立即在另一个粒子中反映出来，不管它们是在同一个房间，还是相距万亿光年。即使这量子纠缠着的粒子相距及其遥远（远至万亿光年），它们似乎连在一起，中间没有空间，它们之间的联系即信息传输不需要时间。量子纠缠着的粒子之间的空间及粒子间信息传播的方式、时间与速度，是现在科学最大的谜团。基本的生物化学反应、生命过程、思想思维、精神本质、灵魂存在与否等等，及其与非生命物质的本质区别是什么？这依然是未解之谜，其与量子纠缠的关系，或许是其中谜底。

Abstract:
暗物质（Dark
Matter)是一种比电子和光子更小的物质，不带电荷，不与电子发生干扰，能够穿越电磁波和引力场。暗物质的密度小，数量大，充满整个宇宙，因此它的总质量很大,
占据了宇宙中90%以上的物质含量。1932年，暗物质作为理论的产物被提出，现在我们知道暗物质是宇宙物理存在的组成部分，主导了宇宙结构的形成。暗物质无法直接观测到，但它却能干扰星体发出的光波或引力，其存在能被明显地感受到。暗物质的本质还不得而知。有一种可能，人类灵魂存在于暗物质粒子。灵魂的粒子在处于可见性时我们定性为常态宇宙物质，处于非可见性时把它定性为宇宙暗物质。

Abstract:
相对论和量子力学的提出，是20世纪物理学的两个划时代的里程碑，相对论和量子力学理论以前所未有的深度改变了人们的世界观，然而由于它们的基本概念与人们日常生活经验如此不同，诞生伊始至今，对于相对论和量子力学原理的诠释存在持续不断的争论.由于理论的发展和认知理念的进步都应该遵从循序渐进的规律，而爱因斯坦却实现了一次大的跨越，在公众消化和接受他这些全新观念的过程中，出现一些偏差完全都是可以理解的.相对论和量子力学是近代物理学的两大理论支柱,它们的提出推动了人类科学技术的迅猛发展,可以预料再今后相当长的一段时间内,这两种理论还将会处于统治地位并得到进一步发展.但相对论提出后的近100年,一直受到不少人的反对,其中包括一些著名物理学家.但一种科学理论遭到如此多人的反对在科学史上还是少见的,托勒密的地心说尽管是一个错误的理论,但在当时它还是符合人们的直觉经验的,在逻辑上还是自恰的,用托勒密的地心说进行一些历法计算还是相当准确的.

Abstract:
物理过程是客观存在的，人类在黑暗中探索，凭着不完全的感觉——实验观测到的现象、数据材料等，引出新的观念，找出新的规律，说明已有的结果和预言新的现象.这些由实验启发而得出的“基本规律”，是客观世界真实过程的近似描述，肯定有适用的范围.它所用的观念和处理问题的方式，也会深深打下发现者自身的烙印.他们的正确发现使人类对客观世界的认识前进了一大步，他们的某些错误和不足也会引导人们走入歧途.作为学习和研究的正确态度，对任何理论，即使是被认为最“成功”、最完美的理论，在学习与研究时要不为其成功所迷惑，透过表面现象需看到它的不足和局限，自始至终保持清醒的头脑，为更新观念和理论留下创造和接受的空间.尽管我们寻求的理论美是由简洁的基本原理赋予它那种和谐性，但一个理论并不单是从一组预先设定的原理就能用数学推导出来的.有些原理是在过程中产生的，有时来的很恰当，带来了我们希望的那种和谐性.物理学是研究物质的最简单运动规律的科学，其最终目的是：找到物质运动、变化与相互作用的内在联系，以最少的假设，通过分析、推理解释所有相关实验结果，预言新的实验现象.

Abstract:
物理学是一门自然科学，它的理论和应用基础是建立在实验和观测上的.而实验和观测总是离不开某一个具体的参考系(或坐标系)，加上历史上把惯性系之间的伽利略相对性原理和伽利略变换推广到狭义相对性原理和洛伦兹变换，从而建立狭义相对论这样的背景，许多物理学工作者以参考系的属性(惯性系或非惯性系)来界定狭义相对论的范畴是自然的，不足为怪.至于这种界定的优劣，那就是属于“仁者见仁，智者见智”的事情了.

Abstract:
时间是反映物质运动持续性和次序性的一个物理量。时间的本质就是穿越空间的速度.
时间是一种尺度，事件发生先后可以按过去-现在-未来之序列确定，也可以依照事件持续的期间以及事件之间隔长短来计算。时间是除了空间三个维度以外的第四维度。一种观点认为时间是宇宙的基本结构，是一个会依序列方式出现的维度。另一种观点认为时间不是任何一种已经存在的维度，也不是任何会流动的实存物，它只是一种精神的概念，配合空间和数可以让智慧者对事件排先后顺序及进行比较,时间不过是人为便于思考宇宙，而对物质运动划分的概念。现在标准的时间计算是原子钟。普遍接受的物理理论认为时间是连续的，不间断的，也没有量子特性。但有一些理论将相对论与量子力学结合起来，如量子重力理论，弦理论及M理论等，认为时间是不连续的，有量子特性。霍金认为宇宙的时间是有一个起始点，由大爆炸开始的，在此之前的时间是毫无意义的。而物质与时空必须一起并存，没有物质存在，时间也无意义。
