The Prejudiced Justice?...

(A New theory on “Stony Heart”)

Abstract: This scientific research article focus that the “Human Ancestor” lived in “WHITE MARS” (also called as white planet) consider contain only “single chamber heart” and the judgment delivered shall be considered as “Perfect judgment” without any prejudice. In the early universe they shall be considered lived under “J-RADIATION” (Zero hour radiation) which shall also be called as perfect radiation (or) virgin radiation. During the expanding universe at one stage the white planet ancestral populations consider transformed to “EARTH PLANET” and undergone “Heart evolution” say two chamber Heart, three chamber heart, four chamber heart in three nuclear ages. It is speculated that the consistent increased in Heart chamber consider influence on higher level prejudice in delivering judgment due to growth of higher level intelligence, which made the society to suffer beyond the jurisdiction of bearing capacity. Further this research focus that the mars ancestors who deliver judgment shall be called as ‘JUDGE’ rather than ‘JUSTICE’ who belong to Earth planet.

Identify the Problems and Challenges Faced By Female Students in Co-Educational System at University Level In Sindh

Abstract: Background In co-educational settings, female students are affected globally, which is quite more regular in university campuses in most developed countries of the world through specific policies and mechanisms of enforcement, it remains a forbidden topic in Pakistani colleges and universities. Objective: This study was conducted to identify the problems and challenges faced by female students in co-educational system in public institutions of higher learning. Methods: This study is a cross-sectional study undertaken using quantitative and qualitative methods, in which the university community participated. Results: The problems most frequently cited were violence, harassment and lack of security. Lack of facilities and assertiveness, workload, and academic performance were mentioned less often. In particular, awareness towards the existence of gender discrimination in campus departs. However, the solutions suggested focused on raising awareness, guidance and counseling, academic support and improvement of facilities. Conclusion: This study strongly suggests that in order to improve female achievement in tertiary education, attention should be given to personal security, material support and assertiveness creation in addition to academic needs. The educational status of females in Pakistan is unacceptably low, in fact, amongst the lowest in the world. The purpose of this study was find out the challenges faced by female students in co-education at university level and identifying the cultural and social barriers confronted by them getting Higher Education.

This Scientific research focus that HUMAN ANCESTOR who lived in “WHITE PLANET” (White Mars) shall be considered as having absolute integrity.  During the course of Expanding universe the personality traits become corrupted genetically due to varied environmental condition and transformed to “EARTH PLANET”.  The genetically varied new population shall be considered as origin of tribal population on the earth planet. Black Money?...(A New theory on “MONEY”)

Abstract: “BLACK MONEY” means “ILLEGAL MONEY”?... “BLACK” means “SINFUL”?... If so… “CARBON MONEY” earned by global  national for “CARBON CREDIT” is ILLEGAL?... SINFUL?... The clergy men, Judges, magistrates, who wear long black robes are illegal?... No… No… No…

This scientific research focus that the term “MONEY” shall be considered closely associated with “MATTER” of Universe composed of fundamental particles rather than denoting different currency of nations.  (e.g)  BLACK MONEY shall mean BLACK MATTER; WHITE MONEY  shall mean WHITE MATTER. This  article further focus that in the early universe White Matter, Natural Metter (or) Holy Matter considered exist in WHITE PLANET (White Mars) even much before origin of matter in the EARTH PLANET.  At one stage during expanding Universe the White Matter considered transformed to Earth Planet and there after  Earthly Matter considered evolved  into distinguished SPECIES MATTERS with different combination of particles under different environmental conditions in three  nuclear Age. The THREE-IN-ONE universal law of money shall be indicated as below.

Consumers’ Willingness to Pay for Organic Leafy Vegetables in Oyo State, Nigeria

Abstract: This study investigated consumers’ willingness to pay for organic leafy vegetables in Oyo state, Nigeria. Multistage sampling technique was employed in the selection of one hundred and twenty respondents through structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the contingent valuation method, descriptive statistics and logit model. Majority (80.83%) had prior knowledge of organic leafy vegetables with Cochorus olitorius as the most preferred. The mean willingness to pay is ₦23.00. Freshness is the major attribute mostly considered by consumers. Age, years of education, awareness of health and environmental benefits positively influenced willingness to pay for organic leafy vegetables while marital status and household size had a negative effect. Hence, efforts should be intensified on improving the educational status of citizens and policy measures oriented towards nutrition security and food safety should include birth-control.

The Jiang Periodic Table Of Elements (蒋元素周期表是最伟大的中国梦)

Abstract: Using the stable number theory we calculate the best electron configurations of the elements and not from experimental data[6-8].We make the Jiangt periodic table of the elements. In studying the stability of the many-body problem we suggest two principles. (1) The prime number principle. A prime number is irreducible in the integers, it seems therefore natural to associate it with the most stable subsystem. We prove that 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 23, 47 are the most stable primes. (2) The symmetric principle. The most stable configuration of two prime numbers is then stable symmetric system in nature. We prove that 2, 4, 6, 10, 14, 22, 46, 94 are the most stable even numbers. The stability can be defined as long life and existence in nature, and instability as short life or non-existence in nature.

Dead Parents Are Living Angels?...(A New theory on “Resurrection”)

Abstract: The “SOULS” of our dead parents, ancestors are still Alive?... could they see us every day?... yes… yes… yes… This scientific research article focus that Every human considered as having inbuilt with “SOUL” when born on within Mother’s womb.  The SOUL of every human shall be considered like “SIM CARD” of mobile phone having their own individual identity among billions of customers connected to “MASTER SWITCHING CENRE” (MSC).  Alternatively the soul of human shall be considered like a “SEED” planted on the “EARTH PLANET”. This research further focus that Human ancestors considered living on WHITE PLANET (White mars) in the early universe before human life sorted on Earth planet. The white planet populations shall be considered as natural virgin populations belong to “ANGEL FAMILY” having distinguished genetic structure and capable of “FLYING”. During the course of expanding universe the Angel populations considered transformed to Earth planet due to varied environmental conditions and could not survive at white planet and become population of Earth planet and ‘adopted’ to distinguished genetic structure and could lost ‘flying capability’ slowly during the course of time. It is further focused that after death of person the “DEPARTED SOUL” consider regains and accreted to original state of ‘Angel family populations’ after certain dormant period of burial of body and burning of the body. If so… where they are living?...

THE SOUL OF THOLKAPPIAM (A New theory on “VALLUVAM”)

Abstract: “THOLKAPPIAR” is a Great philosopher?... No….. No…. No…. ”AKATHIAR” shall be considered as a Great philosopher. “THOLKAPPIAR” shall be called as great ”POET” (Kaviperarasu) elaborating various Predefined ancient philosophies in his poems written in high grammatical form  during post Vedic period. This scientific research focus that the population of “AKATHIAR” race (also called as Akkanna population) shall be considered as Ancient population lived in “KACHCHA THEEVU” during pre-vedic period (Say 5,00,000years ago) who written many philosophy of planet system, medicines Ethics in “PALM LEAF MANUSCRIPT”. It is further focused that the philosophy related to various subjects shall be considered derived from “stone culvert” (Tablet) scatterly available here and there. Alternatively it shall be stipulated that “Akathiar race” consider simply “TRANSLATING” the matter available in the Prehistoric stone culvert and wrote in the form of ‘palm leaf manuscript’. Exemption from criminal acts, physicians and surgeons

Abstract: In medical profession, doctors and surgeons act according to their scientific knowledge, and implement their acquired medical expertise. In doing so, they do their best to utilize all facilities and equipments at their disposal. Not always these efforts, yield intended results. Sometimes, for instance, doctors or surgeons, during operations which are performed according to standard procedures cause patients injuries with perilous consequences which could result in patient’s death. Can a surgeon become subject to prosecution due to punditry negligence or intentional wrongdoing causing injuries? To answer this question, theologians and law makers have sought to exempt doctors from punditry investigation and each has, in their own view, justified their actions and relived them from responsibility. This essay investigates the principles on which doctors and surgeons can be exempt from punditry prosecution. Then legitimacy of surgical operations or any other medical treatment upon permission from the patient or his guardian; observing legal procedures in medical and scientific works; professional qualifications of the doctor; considering the balance between benefits of medical operations and the risks involved; following government regulations including circumstances in which actions of doctors and surgeons are exempt from punditry responsibility in Islamic laws; urgency is also is an exceptional reason which is very important and causes one to consider everything beyond normal conditions and has been stated as a condition upon which doctors and surgeons can justify unusual measures. Ultimately, it became clear that Islamic law of prosecution is considering elimination of the condition of necessity and is seeking the establishment of the principle of justification of medical operations to its religious legitimacy, regardless of necessity.

Abstract: Given the problems with implementation of this law during more them one decade, which attracted judicial procedures' and jurists' attention, this paper outlines some questions which are given answers within three topical domains; some issues in relation to the application scope of the law and effects parties' agreement has on it, parties' claims and rights at the time of eviction of rental places subject to the law and other issues related to key-money under the law are examined and, finally, some suggestions are presented in order to amend some articles of the law in question.

Abstract: 教育是一种知识与思维的传授，而人因为其自身的意识形态，又有着另样的思维走势。大学是提供本科教育和研究生教育的机构。全世界教育投资之大、发展之快、影响之深、学生人数之多，显而易见。以美国为例，美国50个州3亿人口，有四年制本科大学3000多所，注册本科学生1000万左右，研究生300万左右，各类培训等受教育学生数千万。中国人对教育的需求，更是超过美国，各国各地的人民，对教育的需要也是会永远保持上升之势。虽然全球化是人类社会进步发展的必然，势不可挡，全球化在世界经济方面发展迅猛，文化与教育的国际交流日新月异，各国之间互派留学生数量与日俱增。但是，真正意义上的国际大学全世界至今还没有。当代社会我们需要建立真正意义上的强化教育方式的国际大学。
